Very pleased with my experience today! Was referred by my sister and couldn’t be happier - found my permanent dentist. The dental hygienists were friendly and personable. Love that the Davies in Davies Dental is who you see, and not a string of other dentists. I have to have a deep cleaning and was able to schedule. Today I had fillings and have had no pain. I had my first patient exam and cleaning last week. Marcy was so amazing. She was gentle with my cleaning but very complete with my care. Dr. Davies came in for my exam and listened to the issues I was having. Got me scheduled quickly. I went back today for my fillings. Taylor and Dr. Davies made a great team and got me in and out with no pain. Thank you for a great experience.

Was in for my 6-month cleaning today and was in and out in a flash. Quick and easy, and Marcy (hygienist) was friendly and efficient. Actually looking forward to seeing them again in 6 months.

It was my first time to this dentist and I’m really glad I went. They give you a lot of reminders about your appointment and when you arrive there is no wait! They talked to me about the options I had for treatment and did not pressure me to make an immediate decision. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly I dont even know where to start. From entering the door to leaving was an amazing experience. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. She worked with me and made me feel so welcome. Little did I know from there it would only get better. This was by far was the best teeth cleaning Ive EVER had. They took their time, making sure it was thorough and done correctly. Davies Dental is amazing! The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain short term and long term treatment plans with your best interest at heart. I am very happy I chose them for my new dental team and I am actually looking forward to the dentist now!

The staff and doctor are wonderful! Adam is a perfect addition to the team. He is amazing!!! He did my cleaning and gave me some very useful tips on how to take care of my teeth. My only issue is really an insurance complaint. I need work done that I cannot afford. I want a doctor to recommend something that is realistic if you cant afford a procedure. I dont know if these doctors exist? Its just frustrating.But, if you have good insurance this is the place to go.

Jenna is very unprofessional, her work is of low quality , and she needs to work on her personal hygiene habits. Hand washing has been strongly emphasized during pandemic you think a Dr would listen and care about patients safety. Id give 1 star but Adam was great. She seems only concerned about profit and offered me a shirt for a high review. Like really do I look a charity case. Being from out of town its tough to find a good dentist cant believe she has positive reviews.Funny how all the negative reviews you claim their is no history of being a patient.

I hate going to the dentist. Davies Dental made me feel comfortable with my decision with coming there. The doctor gets her job DONE! I like how they are up front about all cost and fees. Nothing hidden. I definitely will be going back to get the rest of my teeth work done. Looking forward for this office to be my official dentist. No more going anywhere else. I found home. I trust this office!

Even though I was a complete nervous wreck yesterday. Your team did everything they could to make me comfortable! Not once have I felt judged which was a big thing for me! I have confidence that I will hit my goal of getting everything done before October of next year! Every experience so far has been nothing but positivity and I thank God for talking to me to come to your office! Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the other reviews I’ve seen on here. I gave Dr. Davies a chance but I noticed some of the same behavioral issues that others have noticed. Lack of adequate hand hygiene, talking down to patients, and an apparent underlying greediness. She advised me that I needed a crown placed on one of my molars. I was feeling unsure of this so I went a sought a second opinion and they said there was a small cavity that just needed a filling. Front desk staff was friendly is the reason for the two star review. It’s not their fault they work for someone incompetent. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and hope that her opinion on the crown was due to incompetence and not outright fraud.

Today I met with a new technician named Adam who was delightful. Adam was super friendly, thorough and professional. He gave me helpful tips (from best practices with whitening to his suggestion on how to proceed with services to address first) throughout my appointment and was cheerful from the moment we met until walking me to the check out counter. I look forward to coming back for my next appointment.

If I can give a negative star, I would. When I drive by I’m still surprised this place is open. She treats her patients poorly. My husband has had multiple dental work done there and each time he has to continue to go back and get reworked which cost us money. I have never seen so many problems with her dental care and I’m in healthcare myself. We will not be going back.

2/2/2021Jamie was fantastic today. Great attitude, kept me fully engaged and was thorough and took great care of my teeth. The ladies in the office helped me immediately with my insurance, and a referral request. And Dr. Davies as always was sweet, precise and professional.

My first time here! Vida did my teeth cleaning and she was gentle and kind and kept me comfortable the whole time chatting about her family. Dr. Davies looked at my X-rays from Brand X dental (six months ago) and found a cavity Brand X did NOT!! Very impressed with the staff, especially Monica who say with me and helped me fill out the dreaded usual paperwork.I give this practice and all the staff and Dr. Davies FIVE STARS! I would give them 10 if I could!’

The location of the dental office conveniently situated in a shopping center making parking pretty easy. It was a good experience and would highly recommend Davies Dental!

Claims to be all female ran but her husband is a listed as business owner. She may be woke but her skills as a dentist are terrible. Avoid her practice.

I just had another fantastic 6 month dental check-up with Davies Dental this morning. I am a transferred patient from Dr. Hadley and I love the care and concern I get from Dr. Davies & her staff. This was my first outing since the pandemic and I felt safe due to the diligence of Dr. Davies and her staff such as having me wait in the car, checkIng my temperature, using sanitizer on my hands, wearIng safety glasses during my cleaning, while the staff wore proper protection. They are the kindest, friendliest group and take such good care of my teeth. Thank you all.

I had 2 older crowns replaced and thought I needed the nitrous to get through it. They were so good at it I was able to get through it. They made my painful experience not so bad thank you Dr. Davies & staff.

Great friendly and knowledgeable staff! I had two teeth prepped for crowns. It was painless. I’ve had many crowns throughout the years, today’s experience was the best of all. If the Geist area is convenient for you, I definitely recommend Davies Dental.

I would highly recommend Davies dental! The staff was very friendly. When I called to make my appointment with Shelly, she was very helpful and answered all my questions in a professional way! Abby, the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth, was a delight! She made sure I was comfortable and was gentle and effective! She noticed a slight discoloration in a tooth that I have had since I was 9 yrs old that not one of dental professional had mentioned since then. Impressed me! Dr Davis was very professional and discussed my options with me instead of just telling what my treatment plan would be. I wish I could give them 6 stars!

On an air quality alert day, I had to reschedule my appointment as they had either strong perfume or possibly an air freshener going and my asthma couldnt tolerate it. This is the second time this had happened (same office and staff, new dentist) so there are notes on my chart about being scent free for my appointments.This happened June 28 and they cant reschedule me until mid August.It is clear they either didnt review my chart or they didnt keep the notes when they changed dentists, as this has happened there before. They were genuinely surprised at my reaction (I barely got in the door and had to immediately leave as I couldnt breathe). They said, we cant smell anything and we didnt do anything different, maybe its an air freshener, so it is clear they hadnt even checked my chart before hand, as they would have known to disable all air fresheners. Again, this was on an air quality alert day.I really expect medical offices to be allergen free, and to know what that means from a medical perspective. That it has now happened twice is problematic.I am going with a different dentist.

If you have doubts about seeing a Dentist then this is the Dental office for you. Staff is over the top friendly from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave and the care you receive is always top notch.

The staff is always very friendly and informative. They do their best to make sure any questions I have are answered and that I know what the next steps will be.
