If I could give this nursing home a zero, I would but I will settle for 1 star. Today is April 24, 2021 and my family had to pick my grandmother up due to neglect. My grandma was only in this nursing home since last Thursday for PT, and we have already seen a significant DECLINE with her health. Here it is Saturday and she still have on the same clothes and underwear from Wednesday. When she entered this home her legs were in good condition, and now her feet and legs are both swollen. These nursing homes don’t expect families to be active, but my family is extremely active when it comes to my grandmother’s health. Everyone that have someone in this nursing home, check on your love ones ASAP!

I have been told several times sorry we dont have your medication for the 5th time the nurses have had several incidents recorded on paper and noted by the facility and addressed and told to have nurses call her (jackie ) the nurses refused to give me their names and laughed and mocked me sayin ,, quote see thats why i dont get in a hurry around here .. now i fear i will be treated different and have my communication taken away so i cant complain like this in have 9 different incidents since i arrived here on record wrote down, also threatened me saying im calling jackies boss saying im not co-operateing because ive had several legite incidents this establishment has called 911 for me and came to me saying we cant care for you properly ,,, quoted by them i gave them benifit of doubt and over and over i have had problems no medication 5 times didnt see doctor till after 14 days of being here still have not seen phyc doctor after a month and been telling them i my need meds had staff scream jesus christ at me cuss at me threaten me and laugh in my face refuse to give names in order to protect their jobs ... i have more but am in fear the people i do get cooperation from may get in trouble , meaning jackie head of everything and head of nurseing ms tiffany are helping me but cant contact them at night and nurses refuse to give me their number for emergency complaint which jackie did say if any further problems have them call me ..the night staff is the ones sleeping on job several times as buzzers from patients went off and sleeping in empty patient rooms which ms tiffany adressed god love her and jackie they are golden the ones at night only neglecting patients watching tv and sleeping not giving meds at rt times or not having them at all ... much needs to be done again im in fear they will take my communication away and retaliate because of this complaint and other complaints again its only night shift when office people are gone im contacting the ombudsman in hopes of help and waiting till ms jackie and ms tiffany arrive tell help im just tired of this being neglected disrespected as nurses should they be held accountable for their action and neglect 9 different times and im not the only patient saying these things
