I was in the middle of a long recovery from a torn glute, when I found a Groupon for Cryotherapy Indy. What a lucky day! After 2 weeks of Cryotherapy and a month of Infrared my PT couldn’t believe my progress. I am back to doing the activities I love about 2 months ahead of schedule. I have to thank the staff who made me feel like family. The kindness shown to me also facilitated a atmosphere of healing. Sunday, Savannah, and Charity are lovely human beings.I highly recommend this healing space. There is something for you here. You don’t have to suffer anymore

Over all great experience. After our pick 3 package I felt alive and energized. The cryotherapy hurt a little at first, but its worth it to hang in there. Ive never felt so rejuvenated. I have been going to Cryotherapy Indy since 2019. I bought a package that allows me to use the cryo machine once per day. Cryo has helped me tremendously with my arthritis. After my 3 minute session, I experience total pain relief for 3-4 hours sometimes longer. This means I do not have to resort to NSAIDS which can wreak havoc with my body. Another aspect of the treatment is the huge serotonin boost I get immediately after stepping out of the machine. I feel happy and optimistic and ready to start my day. The other major result of cryotherapy is its ability to reduce the size of my lymphadema affected legs. I always wear compression for my legs and before I go into the chamber, I am wearing a size XL compression garment and when I come out, I am able to slip on my Medium sized compression stockings! This is truly astonishing and helpful for heavy legs. During Covid lockdown, I realized how much I missed my daily cryotherapy session and how important it was to my wellbeing. I am happy to be back enjoying my regular sessions. The staff at Cryotherapy Indy are wonderful. They are all warm, friendly and make my 3 minute cryo session sail by. I am a 64 year old woman and suggest that if you are older and in chronic pain, that you give Cryotherapy Indy a try.

Absolute amazing experience/ service they keep me hydrated and ready for practice

Let me start by saying as a single parent I am really cheap but Ive been having issues with my legs for a couple years now and Ive always wanted to try the salt soak !! I visited the downtown indy location twice now and both times have been amazing Ive tried a couple different things and was nervous but the ladies that work their are amazing and very informative and walk you through everything !! Highly recommend and will definitely be a loyal customer ❤️ !!!

My husband and I enjoyed the customer service and we enjoyed how relaxing the sauna was. My husband was in a car accident a couple years ago and was experiencing back pain prior to the visit and after going into the cryotherapy his pain subside enough to get through the day. We will be considering doing cryotherapy in addition to his treatment with the chiropractor.

Dr Brinza is wonderful. He has helped me with many issues. He always has a smile and is very knowledgeable. I liked the float and focusing on relaxing. The chryotherapy is quick and easy and has loads of results.

I started going here for the cryotherapy a few months back. Which I absolutely love. One day I was in a lot of pain from my hip that I had been seeing a chiropractor for when I went in for a cryotherapy session. The gentleman that assisted me with my session noticed that I was limping. So during my session he asked me questions about my pain. Little did I know he was one of the doctors here. He told me about the acupuncture and chiropractic work they do here. So I scheduled an appointment for an evaluation. It was the best thing I have ever done!! I was hesitant on acupuncture as I do not like needles. I can honestly say they are not bad I barely feel anything but reap so many benefits! I was seeing my other chiropractor two to three times a week for the better part of a year not really fixing anything. In six sessions here I am able to walk pain free again. There are not enough words to say how amazing the staff are here. They are all amazing, kind, and genuine! I truly am amazed and grateful of the progress we have made in 6 weeks.

Incredible experience here. My favorite combination is doing the infrared sauna followed by a normatec session. The sauna is so relaxing and the best experience you can have in order to detox. The normatec is great for recovering sore muscles and giving them treatment. Incredible staff and a very clean facility.

I purchased a deal on Groupon and it was well worth it! The staff is nice and the facility is clean. Their hours of operation are more than accommodating. This is one place that I will suggest to others and continue to come back.

My wife and I had our first experience in a float tank here at Cryotherapy Indy and it was very relaxing to say the least. They do have just the one tank but they were nice enough to let us sit in a comfortable massage chair with a few tvs while the other was on the float. A+ on the hospitality of the employees!

The float tank here is the calm my mind, body, and day needs. :-) As a busy mom of 5 it sometimes feels like I’m spinning quite a few plates, all day, every day. An hour in the float tank is glorious and healing stillness. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The team here is top notch and if I could give more stars I would. They treated me as a person no more like family. They actually care and want to treat the problem and not just get you in and out. Just tried hydrotherapy for the first time and it was amazing! Everyone was very professional,and everything you need is provided! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and had a great appointment. I used groupon for the first time and misunderstood part of what I had purchased, but instead of it being an issue, they made it right for me!

The team at Cryotherapy Indy is top of the line. I cannot recommend Cryotherapy Indy enough. I have had shoulder issues and posture problems, and their evaluation, therapy, dry needling, and home exercises have improved my pain significantly. Each doctor I have had the pleasure to work with (Dr. Harb, Dr. Brinza, Dr. Hunt), has been professional and kind. You can tell they make each and every patient a priority. As an added bonus, they have many other services to enjoy! I tried IV therapy and loved the experience and the feeling of energy afterwards.

Scheduling online is so convenient. The staff is always super friendly. Cryotherapy gives me more energy throughout the day, helps me reach goals in the gym and decreases overall inflammation. Definitely a must-do!

I came in for the infrared sauna. The 30 minute session was wonderful. It was simple to make an appointment and get right in. Definitely would recommend it if you want to detox! Only side note is that they dont have a place to rinse off after.

My first float ever and it was awesome. Takes some practice to get into a relaxed mode. But my mild claustrophobias were not a problem at all. The tank is roomy. The staff is very friendly and helpful in making you feel welcome.

Cryotherapy by far the most wicked experience next to streaking across the Antarctic ice caps with your fellow penguins or running from a polar bear, whatever.
