The folks at Spivey have been handling our insurance needs --- home; autos --- for YEARS....I think before I married my wife almost 20 years ago. Really good feeling to know competent & caring folks like them will just handle it, and promptly, with all the confusing (at least, to me) minutiae of insurance. My wife and I were purchasing a beach house and had certain insurance specifications we needed based on this home. I reached out to maybe 8 different insurance agencies. Of those, maybe 3 took the time to reply. One of those was Lisa Stearns at Spivey. From her first reply forward, the communication, information and knowledge she provided was incomparable. Lisa would reply to my phone calls or emails within minutes and at maximum an hour. She dealt with my constantly changing requests and need for additional quotes without hesitation. I actually looked forward to getting the chance to speak with her. She was so knowledgeable about insurance and guiding us to what we did and did not need. Lastly, she is just a great person who genuinely cares about the people she helps. We now have two policies with Spivey and cannot recommend Lisa enough.
