By far the best vet we’ve ever been to. We took our 9 year old Chihuahua here for dental surgery and a few other things he needed done. They got everything taken care of in one procedure, at an affordable rate. My dog has always been upset at the vet but he seemed to be really content here. He healed quickly with no issues and they were quick to follow up on his aftercare. I’ll definitely be returning for all my dog’s needs

The doctors and staff at ITAH are amazing. They love the animals and it shows. They also care about the humans and never rush through an exam. In fact the doctors always make sure they have answered all of my questions and concerns. Rooms are always clean and the animals are well cared for.

Everyone here cares about my dogs! Roscoe is very loud and they treat him like he was their own!! Dr. Kaylor is Roscoe’s and Gator’s favorite vet!! Roscoe loves the peanut butter mat! I would recommend this facility to anyone with animals! They listen to my concerns and take action with whatever may be going on with my dogs!

We chose this multi vet clinic after being with a single vet clinic for more than 5 years anticipating that the change would make appointment accessibility better. This could be further from the truth in our experience. If your pet has to be seen for anything other than a routine check, then has to be seen for a follow up, this clinic prefers to only schedule you with the vet who treated the issue/sickness. This is a huge problem due to the limited scheduling of clinic hours for some of their providers. Also, there seems to be a break down with communication administration staff and clinic staff.

My Boy, Archie felt loved, safe & comfortable immediately, after being greeted by all of the staff. Since Archie is a rescue, that has blessed our family for only 1 week, his comfort level is paramount to us. I needed to have my pets vaccines updated so that I could board him while I was out of town. My regular vet was booked up and suggested that I contact Indian Trail Animal Hospital. They got me in the same day and took care of everything for me. My pet and I were treated like family. Thats what really matters. The staff was very friendly. Best experience here. My sweet Magnolia saw Dr. Mudiwa. Cara is the nice lady who brought my dog in and back out to me. Both professional and kind to me and Mags. My dog gets very scared and they were so good to her. Dr. M and Cara answered all this worried mamas questions! Will be back!!

We have taken our cat Daniel to Indian Trail Animal Hospital since we got him many years ago. The doctors and staff have always been very caring and taken care of all of Daniels needs. *Im updating my review and adding a star because I did receive a follow-up call after my cats test results came back. Ive decided I will take my other cats to ITAH when their boosters are due because given all the positive reviews from others, I dont want to be too quick to judge based solely on a single visit. :)Im new to ITAH and I recently took my rescue cat there for an exam and vaccines. I didnt see the doctor for more than about two minutes (Dr. Z), so I can neither praise nor complain but she seemed very friendly and I liked her. The tech seemed like she was in a hurry, though. Nobody asked me any questions about the cats general health, only which services/tests I wanted to have done so once I got home, I wondered if anything had been missed. There was no advice given regarding care. It just felt very rushed. At this point Id like to give them a chance and meet the other doctors and staff but Im honestly not sure.

We arrived with two nervous dogs who were taken great care of and actually seemed to enjoy being there which was a joy to see. I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

This was my first time at Indian Trail animal Hospital I need to go to Sun Valley animal Hospital. Indian Trail animal hospital was very professional our doctor was awesome. Dr. Wolfe updated ask you the whole procedure called us on our cell phones and explained everything to us. Our dog Lily is feeling much better she has put Lilly on a pill that she will have to be on the rest of her life. Sun Valley was never able to diagnose the problem. I am so happy with Indian Trail animal Hospital and Dr. Wolfe I will be staying there. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital to all my friends I really can’t say enough about how great Dr. Wolfe was. Thank you for everything see you in the future.

Ive been bringing my animals to ITAH since I think 2017, possibly longer. Everyone there is wonderful. One of my first experiences here I brought my dog to see Dr. Gawel and to get bloodwork done as he had just turned 10 years old and I had never had it done before. Everything came back normal and I asked if they could look as a few lumps he had that I suspected to just be fatty deposits. As I was showing Dr. Gawel one near his stomach I pointed out what looked like a large mole and actually said This just looks like a mole so Im not worried about this and he told me he would really like to test it if that was okay with me. It turned out to be exactly what he suspected which was a mast cell tumor. He reccomended removal of the tumor and a biopsy. For my dog, whos like my child, to have to have surgery at 10 years old I was an anxious mess. But Dr. Gawel took amazing care of him and the removal was successful, he had a great recovery and it was a low grade so everything worked out. My dog passed away at 13 but I still continue to bring my two cats and my new puppy to Dr. Gawel and I wouldnt want them to go anywhere else.

We were at another vet for 5 years and came for a 2nd opinion on our 12 year old dog. Let me just say during covid they are doing curbside service. It was so organized. The tech spent a good 15 mins going over my girls history and issues. Then the vet herself called me. She spent almost 30 mins answering questions, explaining things and was upfront about costs. Ive been a pet owner for almost my whole life and this was without a doubt the best most thurough exam and talk Ive ever had about my dog. DONT go anywhere else. I plan to use them from now on. Thurough, caring, upfront about cost, available for questions and kind. What else could you want! 🐕 🐱

The Customer Service Team is a great group. You can text questions, make appointments someone will get right back to you. Techs are so loving to my Lucy. I can’t say enough good things about the Veterinarians. (Especially Dr.Kaylor) he has cared for our dogs 15 plus years. If you have a pet and want the best care, I recommend ITAH.

Kind and loving staff. Treats our babies, like theirs babies. We have brought our pets here for as long as I can remember (about 30 years) and we love this location.

Dr. Kaylor is a good man. He fit my sick dog in his schedule same day, ran an Xray and even an Ultrasound to diagnose. He gave me a great price and even cut a deal because the US found nothing. With the medication he gave me, my 15year old girl was able to live her last 10 days in peace. I wish I had gone here instead of Banfield for years, and reccomend anyone to do the same.

I have been using them for all of my cats and dogs for 18 years. Dr. Kaylor has been wonderful helping them through a long and happy life. Everyone has always been very accommodating through maintenance and end of life. Never considered anyone else.

I cant say enough good things about the Hospital and their care team! A first-time customer, they went all-out to work me into the schedule to care for my ailing cat... it was just a wonderful experience all-around, and I will definitely be back for all of my routine pet care as well.

Indian Trail Animal Hospital is an AWESOME Place!! They are wonderful there! We had to unfortunately take our cat in to have him put to sleep. He developed cancer and he was only 3 years old. It is NEVER easy to have to put one of your animals down. They are like a part of your family. Even though we have this pandemic going on, they still allowed us to come in and be with our cat while he was being put to sleep. Of course we had to wear our masks (which I am NOT a believer in) inside. But the staff was wonderful and stayed with us the whole entire time and they took however long we wanted to be with our cat. I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone to this Animal Hospital!! AWESOME AWESOME PLACE!! And also very clean...

We adopted a dog last April and this was the vet we chose to take him to. Within the first month that we had him, we made an appointment to have him examined because we were unsure of his history. He was already on flea and tick medication but they suggested a different kind, Credelio. Not long after we adopted him he started having seizures. The seizures started out once every couple of months but then began to get more frequent. We took him back to the vet because we were concerned. They basically said it was canine epilepsy and said that the frequency wasnt anything to worry about. They suggested acupuncture as a potential treatment but couldnt guarantee it would help. The seizures progressed to being about once a month. We took him back yet again out of concern. It is awful to watch your dog seize and not be able to do anything. The original vet that we wanted to see was out of the office so we decided to take him somewhere else for a second opinion. After the second vet examined him, he immediately said that the Credelio that Indian Trail Animal Hospital put our dog on could be causing the seizures. In fact, it says it right on the box. I felt horrible because I didnt read the box, trusting the original vets recommendation. It is their job to know what medications affect animals and to know whats best for your animal based on their medical history. The second vet recommended taking him off Credelio immediately and using a topical flea and tick medication. He said if the seizures continued and the frequency increased we would have to probably resort to medication. It has been over 2 months since we took our dog off of the Credelio medication and he has had not one seizure. I wanted to wait a while before writing this review just to be sure about the seizures. Please, do your research when you are taking your animal to a vet. I know others have used Indian Trail Animal Hospital and have had a good experience. Us, not so much.

We moved here 6 years ago and I picked them due to close location to our house. Everyone there goes above and beyond. Every time bella gets any shots or any procedure done - they always follow up with a phone call to see how she is doing. That is going above and beyond. :) when we lost honey during the pandemic - they were so empathetic and mailed us a card of sympathy - so thoughtful. I highly recommend them! Kudos! Thank you!

This was the first time ever coming to this clinic and oh my goodness I am beyond words. The staff were extremely nice and friendly and punctual and they asked and answered your questions. The Vet I had was Dr. Cierra Tabony. The first thing she told me was how sweet my dog Lola was and how well behaved she was and then she went on telling me the diagnosis in great detail and she didn’t just bluntly answer my question, she went step by step as to what was done and what should be done to make my puppy feel better. She knows what she’s talking about and I trust her with every fiber of my beam. The cost wasn’t too expensive , it was affordable for what your getting. Highly highly recommend this place!

My first visit was in April 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was bringing my new, 9 week old puppy for her first exam and shots. The receptionists were phenomenal. They made scheduling easy and convenient, especially during these crazy times. I was not allowed to go inside with my puppy during her appointment, so I stayed in my car and everything was done through the phone. Laurel and Dr Wolfe made me feel comfortable and confident while they were with my dog, even though I wasn’t in the room with them! All of my questions were answered and I was told everything being done/ giving verbal consent before they did any treatment with my dog. I look forward to building my relationship with Indian Trail Animal Hospital!

Very disappointed in this facility! My dog is a blue pit and such a sweet girl. She is very protective of our family but has never bit anyone. We took her to get a nail trim and the workers are scared to touch my dog even though they had us dope her up with 200mg of trazdone the night before and 200mg 2 hrs before the appointment and a mussel on her face! I have paid ALOT of money to this place and if my dog growls or jumps they can’t take her. She goes to daycare 2-3 times a week no problem or incidents. They basically lied to dad and said my dog didn’t need her nails trimmed even though it’s been months and told me they felt uncomfortable. I would no recommend this place for true dog lovers.

Our pets have been patients at Indian Trail Animal Hospital for 10+ years. They have always and continue to be the best Vet practice we have ever worked with. The physicians and staff are so caring. Most recently our 3 year old Mini Schnauzer had to have bladder surgery during the Covid pandemic. They were able to get our little Daisy in quickly for surgery and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the ordeal making sure we were comfortable with everything. She has recovered quickly and we are so thankful that the professional staff were able to diagnose the problem, take appropriate measures to treat her and recommend a course of treatment to hopefully avoid the same issue in the future. They are the best!

The receptionists and vet techs are all superstars , pleasant helpful and extremely kind. This was my first visit and the Vet was spot on with his diagnosis. My beautiful girl was back to herself in next to no time. I have been going to Indian Trail animal hospital for about 4 years now. As soon as you enter the building you notice how friendly and courteous the staff are. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment which is great just in itself. Dr Gawel Is the absolute best vet I have ever been to. Once when my dog was sick he treated her and then went on vacation. But he took the time while he was on vacation to email me to check on Ally. Where else do you find that nowadays? You wont find a better animal hospital anywhere. I have recommended them to friends and family and they are all more than satisfied. I cant say enough great things about Indian Trail animal hospital.

This is the best vet weve ever gone to!!!! Dr. Taboney is the only veterinarian that has helped with my cocker spaniels ears. Hes 15 years old, and has had many ear infections through out his life. Im glad weve found a Dr. that cares AND has provided the RIGHT solution for his ears. The staff is also great!!

We had a small emergency (ear infection) that had to be dealt with. After calling vet after vet (they were all booked, so no fault of theirs for not fitting us in) Indian Trail Animal Hospital said they would try to fit us in.From the start, it was an amazing experience! Their staff was so polite and friendly despite the fact that they were super busy. They dealt with my uncooperative puppy (50 lbs) wonderfully!I was fretting the bill since it was last minute, but even the cost was reasonable, and less than expected.Thank you to ALL the folks at Indian Trail Animal Hospital. Although my wife is generally the one who takes our dog to the vet, I am very pleased with this practice!The waiting area is clean and large enough that our dog doesn’t feel threatened by other dogs.Everyone I’ve encountered is polite, knowledgeable, and personally seems to care about the animals best interest.Dr. Wolfe responded quickly and thoroughly to an email we sent regarding medicine for our dog.We’re completely happy with the practice.

Dogtor Boomer from Apex Chiropractic was feeling under the weather last week until he was able to see Dr. Gawel. I needed my 16 year old Jack Russell seen with hind leg, hip issues before I left town for a weekend away. My vet of 45 years couldn’t work me in & my neighbor suggested I call her veterinarian hospital which is Indian Trail Animal Hospital. They gave me an appointment for the next day.My dog was seen, diagnosed & prescribed medicine which has made her much more comfortable. Dr Gawel, was very nice & informative on my dogs condition. I have another good friend who had also given me the recommendation to try ITAH. I will continue to be a client as long as I have pets. My other Jack Russell is 17, & when necessary an old dog needs attention ASAP. ITAH has certainly met that mark.This is a great place for your veterinarian needs.

There have been a few instances that required immediate attention and medical care and he has always been very prompt and makes time in his busy day. We have been customers with ITAH since moving to Indian Trail in 2012 and have had 6 babies under their longtime care. Three have since passed away and they helped make that heartbreak much more bearable. We have 2 currently under their care and highly recommend. All the staff, reception area, boarding, techs, veterinarians, etc. are all friendly, wonderful and caring. They follow up quickly whether by email or phone with answers, recommendations, medications, whatever the need. We see Dr. Katherine Wolfe and our Lexi and Eva all love her! She has done wonders for our scared Lexi who went lame suddenly 1-1/2 years ago and she had her walking again within less than 5 days! The quality of service, concern for their care and for our wellbeing, along with working to help keep costs down, is greatly appreciated!

Last Friday I called the office at 4:00 because of some serious symptoms my dog Banks was having. The front desk team member was so friendly and genuinely concerned and told me we could be worked in if we got there before 5:00. I was there right before 5:00 and I was out by 6:20. Dr. Kaylor was amazing (as always) and took so much time with us answering our questions and was able to let us know what was going on and gave us what was necessary to help Banks out. They even called first thing Saturday morning to check on him. I can’t say enough how genuinely friendly every team member was even though they had to work a little later for us. I have been going to Indian Trail Animal Hospital for at least 15 years and will never go anywhere else!

We love Dr. Wolfe! Other vets have helped us also and everyone is so helpful! We board our five pets here when we go out of town. They love your pets and let you know of concerns!

We took our dog, Charlie to Indian trail animal hospital this week. The staff were incredibly patient and attentive. Our dog gets anxious very easily and is afraid of new people. They took their time with him and gave him lots of treats to make him feel better. They addressed all of our concerns, and the doctor gave us wonderful advice for how to best care for our pup. They are also very reasonably priced which is the icing on the cake!! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone with a pet!

We love Dr Gowel! He is so great with our dogs. He actually cares for our pets and doesn’t push unnecessary items like our previous vet. We are so glad we switched.We needed an emergency visit one day and they were completely booked, but still managed to fit us in. Everyone is super friendly and we love it there!

I’ve been involved with feline rescue for many years and have been to numerous vet practices in the area. For my houseful of cats I choose to go to ITAH. The doctors and staff are so easy to work with and so very knowledgeable. I’ve taken hard to handle cats in to see Dr Gawel and am always amazed as to what he is able to accomplish with them. Communication with the Veterinarians is outstanding even during this difficult Covid-19 times. I recommend them highly.

From all the vets that I have been to (due to moving a lot), this is the best one! The staff is incredibly thoughtful and do their best to help with cost. I have only seen Dr. Tabony for my pets and will stick with her. She is kind, patient, and knows how to explain things to a non professional! You can see the love this office has for animals.Also, they are reasonable on their pricing for their services.

Did not have an appointment so I ended up waiting close to 2 hours for my cat to be seen. Staff was super friendly and apologetic, bringing us water and checking on us consistently. The vet seemed super knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and treat my cat within minutes of seeing him. Overall great experience other then the wait.

Recently moved here and I stopped in to schedule an appointment for my dog (I was recommended this place by my neighbor). I stood at the front desk and I was never acknowledged by the two receptionists that were on the phone. The first one hung up the phone and immediately walked away and again never acknowledged I was standing at the desk. The other receptionist continued talking and still no acknowledgement. I walked out without being helped. I am sure the other animal hospitals down the road would appreciate my business.

Took my Husky there this morning for the first time. The facility is very clean!! The staff is also very very friendly. They truly cared to listen to everything I had to say and they loved my sweet blue eyed pup. I walked in without an appointment and was still treated wonderfully. I was seen quickly and I could tell they really wanted to help me. Price wasnt bad either. They work quickly and efficiently. thank you guys for caring about my fur baby!!!

I am a 20 year customer of ITAH and have always been extremely happy with their animal care. Having 2 seniors there is always something popping up and when we need to go now, Dr Wolfe has ALWAYS accommodated us and rushed us in. THANK YOU! Misty is back to normal!

They were amazing with my cats. Not only did they super prepare the room to make my cats comfortable, but they continued being very attentive to my pets needs as well as my own! They were clearly very knowledgeable with all the things they did and made me feel like they truly cared about my cats happiness and wellbeing during the normally stressful outing. The only fault was that, like most other vets, the prices were difficult to see, but the effort that this vet put in was worth the dollar amount. They even included a gift baggie for the next time I go to the vet which is full of things that will help my pets not be so stressed!

Dr. Wolfe is our vet and she is thorough, listens to what youre saying, and Nellie loves her! She communicates well with the humans but, especially good with the animals. Her body posture is always non-threatening and thats very important to the overall experience for your pet.Unlike some practices who operate on the thinking of this is the way weve always done things, this group keeps up to date on the latest facts regarding total care that is best for your pet. They utilize positive reinforcement techniques to ensure the experience for the pet is a happy one.The office is also a very dog friendly, clean area with plenty of room to allow multiple dogs and never feel threatened by space issues.I highly recommend this practice and am completely satisfied with the level of care they offer.

I was recommended this animal hospital from my mobile vet. Everything about the experience was great. The staff are excellent and caring and the services are very reasonable.

Our 13 year old lab was blind, deaf, and had arthritis in his hips and back. Wednesday night he took a turn for the worse. We brought him in thurs am with an appointment. They took him in as soon as they were able which was 2 hours before the appointment. They were so kind and treated our dog with such dignity and respect. A few days later we got a sympathy card for the loss of our pet! I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much for the care of our dog during his last minutes on earth!

Very caring staff. They try to work the best they can with you on medical things as procedures/medications can get expensive. Recently had to put my dog down and he was a regular patient for a few years...our vet cried with me. Really appreciate the care this place has always provided.

Have had to use the hospital when my pet has been injured because they are close to my home. Top notch staff and service. Dr. Gawel has been excellent and this is a great place to take your pet.

Just got off the phone with Mindy (I believe was her name, with reception) and she was so pleasant to talk with. It took an 11 minute phone call to schedule a simple appt but I kept asking questions and checking different days for availability and never once did she seem annoyed by it. It was just a nice feeling!On a different note, Dr Kaylor is amazing. I have seen him for 11 years and I appreciate his conservative and honest opinion when it comes to my pets. He always gets a high recommendation when im asked who I take my dogs to. Julie, his vet tech also is very knowledgeable and has been with him ever since I’ve been going. No better team that will give you honest and trustworthy care!I’m sure all the other vets and care team are great as well. Never had a bad experience!

Were there frequently as we have 2 dogs. The staff is friendly, the docs are wonderful and take the time to really talk to you about whats best for your pets. We do our boarding there as well!

ITAH is the best in town! The entire staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Dr. Wolfe is so wonderful with my dog Charlie, he actually likes going to the vet!

We have used ITAH since moving to Indian Trail in 1996. This is a team of people who love animals! The staff there has seen us through the ups and downs over the lifecycle of several well-loved pets. They are very caring, and service there is very personal. We are particularly grateful for Dr. Kaylor, who is an extremely compassionate, caring and knowledgeable doctor. The best vet hospital in town. All doctors are good. Especially Dr. Wolf. She really makes my dog happy everytime. And answers all my questions and worries.

DO NOT USE INDIAN TRAIL ANIMAL HOSPITAL!I had the worst experience there! I brought my two kittens in last week. I called ahead of time to get all the pricing so I would be prepared for the bill. My credit card was over charged $84! I called for a refund and the manager said the staff member told him that she never told me that price. Unbelievable! When I arrived to pick up my two kittens I was told that there would be a delay due to the fact that they were performing euthanasia and there were no rooms available. Why would a staff member tell a client this?! When I arrived home and opened the carriers, I found one kitten had a very bloody paw so I spent the next hours cleaning blood from all over the carpet.

My cats were well taken care of. The desk staff is friendly and so are the vet staff. I would suggest them to anyone for vet treatment or boarding your pets.
