While I am not sorry that I went down this road because it has been an opportunity to get to know great people and make improvements to my health, I would NOT choose to do this, knowing what I know now.Dr. Claire Stagg is a conscientious dentist with an abundance of tools and training at her fingertips. She and her staff are warm and welcoming. I appreciate her thoroughness and dedication. Also, I find her to be quite intuitive, able to sense the kind of support I have needed from other health care practitioners, as well as the work she does. She is like a conductor of an orchestra who directs her patients to other aspects of their health that are connected to the dental work she is doing. I feel that Dr. Stagg is very sincere in her desire to find the source of her patients’ health issues.I initially went to her for teeth cleaning in January 2020. She found many other concerns with my dental health. Once I underwent many tests and scans in order for her to accurately access the situation, she made a comprehensive report of recommendations including oral appliances on both my upper and lower teeth. The information she provided was very detailed and rather overwhelming. It included expensive hardware to be worn 24/7. She provided links to videos about some of these issues in order to help me make my decision. After considering her proposal for several days & reading reviews of her and her practice, I decided to go with her highest recommendation. I did so in the hope that not only the dental concerns, but also related health concerns would improve under her care. I had a cross bite, an overbite, an underdeveloped arch and a “gummy smile”. She also found, with the help of a WatchPat device that I took home, that I had Obstructive Sleep Apnea. In addition to not sleeping well, I also suffered from long time sinus congestion that I had tried to address in many ways prior to seeing Dr. Stagg. My other main concern was lower back pain. She convinced me that everything was connected and that the dental work she was proposing would help to alleviate all of my health concerns.When I first received the oral appliances it was a lot to take in. I needed to wear them all the time, even to eat, only taking them out to clean them and my teeth. Eating was frankly miserable. Food would get stuck in and around the appliances and chewing was greatly hampered by the surfaces of the appliances. After about 3 months, I began removing them to eat, against Dr. Stagg’s advice. Eating was much more manageable after that.In the 7 months that I have worn the appliances my teeth have responded well. There are no more overlaps of teeth, my cross bite has improved, as has my overbite and underdeveloped arch. My teeth look better, for the most part, although I now have some large gaps between my teeth where food regularly gets stuck. ( Please note that we have not officially concluded this work).I am 62 and while the appearance of my teeth was never a concern for me; the OSA, sinus congestion and lower back pain were. As far as I can tell, the dental work has done little to improve those issues. However, Dr. Stagg did refer me to several health care practitioners who have assisted me with these. For that I am grateful. I am also grateful to Dr. Stagg for her time, attention and expertise.I have spent much time both going to her office every three weeks to monitor the progress of the appliances and maintaining them. I am told that I will be wearing them at night as retainers once their work is complete.Further, I have seen quite a bit of turn over in the staff at Dr. Stagg’s practice in the year I have been going there.

Overcharges and does unnecessary treatments to up your bill. Beware. Poor reviews are removed on here. Do deep research on another site there are 15 POOR reviews.

As a past employee of DHHS, CDC, I was extremely pleased to find such diligence, care, and expert service in Brevard County. I remain impressed and greatly satisfied by Dr. Staggs wide range of expertise, the cleanliness and efficiency of the office and all materials, and the warm friendliness and attention to details that set her above a great many dentistry services in Florida as well as other states. For me Health Centered Dentistry means what I believe Dr. Stagg intended it to mean - centered on you your health, your options for healthy choices and expert care - a comprehensive dentistry good for body, mind and spirit. I went in to talk about a specific tooth I was having a problem with. I was given an extremely comprehensive evaluation that was very expensive but totally unnecessary. I was given a long list of referrals to other doctors to address my many newly discovered “issues” and a lengthy and expensive proposed treatment plan but when I asked what about my tooth I was told to “stop obsessing about that tooth”. Later when other doctors needed copies of records for follow up treatment they were told that “nothing was written down” about those issues. She sure didn’t have any trouble writing down the charges! I have had to start all over addressing everything which has cost me a lot of time and money. I would not recommend this doctor at all.

I have spent my life going to mediocre dentists until I met Dr. Stagg. She is the first dentist to explain the bigger picture of how the problems with my teeth are relating to the structure of my face, my head, my neck, and my body. At one level, I knew this but she made it a living reality for me. In addition, her clarity concerning the stages of healing and working though various dental problems was so satisfying and reassuring. She took a great amount of time. Finally, the actual work done in my mouth was the most delicate, precise and comfortable that I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Stagg to the world. Anyone seeking help with dental challenges will be well-served by her.

Dr. Stagg is a one of a kind dentist. Her along with all of her staff are some of the kindest people I have met. It is hard these days to find doctors who are actually compassionate and want to work with their patients to help them. The level of care I have received here is more than exceptional and every practice should strive to have this standard of care. The dentist goes above and beyond to make sure any and all of your needs are met so that you leave knowing you are in good trusted hands. Stagg has also gained extensive knowledge and has done lots of post graduate studies so she is at the top of her field in determining efficient treatments for her patients. I have pretty serious TMJ issues and have spent countless hours going to numerous doctors, PT’s, and dentists with very little help. When I first arrived here, she understood my issues, gave me an honest opinion of whether she could help or not and created a plan to treat the cause of my symptoms. I have finally began to have relief and and so glad I can go about my normal life without worrying about these issues. I am so happy to have found someone who is honest and truly cares for their patients. Whether you are just going in for a cleaning or have other dental concerns you need to go and see Dr. Stagg!! I would recommend this practice to anyone!!!

Dr. Stagg is much more than your run of the mill dentist. Her office is beautiful with a garden in the back to match. There is little to no waiting time and greeted with a friendly and professional staff. She provided me with individual care, consulted with me one on one so there was no pressure, and the best part was that she offered me relief in my unexplained headaches. I have recommended her to all my friends and family.

I have had Dr Stagg as my dentist for over 20 years. Very professional. In fact. I am a snow bird now and been to 2 different dentist in Tn. Both asked me who had done my dental work as it was the best they have ever seen. Ive seen her interact with her employees. Always professional and courteous. You cant always please disgruntled employees who are untrained and unprofessional. I hope you fired her. Not a good person to have on your wonderful team. Clair, stay the way you are. Your reputation proceeds you and someone trying to bully you over the internet shows how unprofessional she is. Maybe she should change jobs, maybe Wal-Mart is looking for people more toward her intellect.
