Was very impressed with this medical office. Foyer was clean and tidy receptionists were friendly and professional. Dr Cooper was very cordial, friendly, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned about me and the medical issues I have. He took time to talk to me, he listened and answered my questions and concerns. I was very impressed with him and his genuine desire to help me. I would definitely recommend Dr Cooper.

Dr. Vlach is smart, competent, and honest! PRP injections along with physical therapy and long term exercise got me back to running, biking, and working without less pain, without surgery!

I do not recommend this office. I was referred to this office because of nerve pain. In my initial visit I was told it could be diabetes or carpal tunnel. However both of these didn’t make sense concerning my symptoms. I have pain and numbness/tingling all down my arms starting in my neck. They wanted to do a nerve test even though my MRI showed a pinched nerve in my neck.I agreed to the nerve test and returned for my appointment. However I wrote down the time for my appointment and then they called me while at work and left a message saying my appointment was at 9:30. I figured I must have mistakenly wrote the time down wrong and I arrived at 9:15 and they told me my appointment was at 8:45. I already took this day off from work, because it was hard to schedule in the first place. They wanted me to reschedule for two weeks later from that day. I just left, because they didn’t seem like a good fit in the least.

Lindsay Venn is fabulous and friendly. My visit with her was educational and gave me real concepts to corrected a life long problem with eating incorrectly. I appreciate the time and consideration she gave to my care. Im excited to implement her plan for me and feel as if my future health is on a great path finally with corrected education and consideration. Thank you kindly. The office staff us also friendly and helpful.

I have seen Lindsay Venn and would highly recommend her to anyone. What excellent care I have received from her. She is so very interested and caring as she guides you to a plan for optimum health. I see K’Lynda Snarr and Sara Vlach as well and highly recommend both of them. This is an office that cares about their patients health passionately. The front desk staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good about the entire practice. Grateful to all of them for their caring attitude and superior medical help.

The staff at Eastern Idaho Spine is very friendly and professional. They do not treat the patient like “you’re the next irritation in their day” as most health care facilities do in this area. As the nutrition specialist, Dr. Lindsey Venn is focused on improving your health and quality of life. She is knowledgeable in the proper diet to suit you’re health situations. I look foreword to feeling better, more energy, and being considered an important part of their business. Here you won’t be patronized, marginalized, or chastised because of a mistake. They are a refreshing alternative to the “God Complex” most other Idaho health care practices have.

Dr Vlach was willing to do the tests necessary to figure out what is wrong with my spine. She listened to my concerns and we decided on a course of action.

Ive been in customer service for over 20 plus years and have to be honest this is one of the best places I have ever been to from start to finish I was absolutely amazed how well the entire staff worked together you just dont see that type of service at all these days . This wonderful group of Drs has been able to rid me of the horrible headaches I have had since 1990. They are now working to help me with my very bad arthritic neck pains. I have Occipital Neuraligia and been seeing different Dr.s for it and nothing was working. I saw Dr. Cooper, not only was very thorough with x-rays, looking at previous imaging I had done, previous Dr notes etc. and took time to evaluate the best course of action. I haven’t had a headache in weeks. Less inflammation, and less pain in neck and shoulders, and upper back. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper. The staff was also amazing.

My son plays high school baseball here in Idaho Falls and started the season with some shoulder problems. Dr. Mangrum was easily accessible and positive with my son. Affects of the acupuncture could be felt immediately. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Everytime I go here I always feel like Dr. Cooper is really trying to find out ways to solve my pain and the symptoms that may be causing it. Time is spent with me and I never feel like a number.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to be perfectly honest, especially if you’re dealing with a WC claim. Front desk staff is beyond rude and makes it clear that she doesn’t want to be bothered. If you like rather blunt doctors who have no sense of empathy then sure you may like the place... After all it was apparent that he wasn’t pleased with the joke I made to try and keep myself from being super upset considering I was getting rather devastating news. Then god forbid your claim gets accepted the hoops you’ll jump through are ridiculous. Dropped off my info for my claim almost a month ago, receptionist never put any of it in. Was transferred to the billing department where that girl informed me that the receptionist was obviously just entering it as we were talking. Filed a complaint and was told a manager would contact me, didn’t happen. 2 weeks later and they still haven’t even submitted it...

Having been to the Ortho in Jackson and receiving devastating news, I sought a second opinion with Dr. Vlach. After her diagnosis and subsequent physical therapy referral, I am happy to report that due to her highly ethical approach, I am pain free and recovering sooner than I ever expected. In a world of drs that are cut happy, it is nice to know that there are actually HONEST people like Dr. Vlach who are more interested in wellness than $$. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Worst doctors visit I have ever had. My wife went to this place because of back pain and was misdiagnosed (turned out to be herniated disc and was diagnosed with scoliosis and leg discrepancy...are you kidding me?). Our doctor was not a doctor. She was 25 minutes late to our appointment and was cold, unwilling to listen to her real symptoms and scared my wife to death with her assumptions. We then get a bill, these people who have the audacity to charge our insurance $75 extra because the appointment went over 30 minutes. Im positive she factored in her 25 minute delay getting into our room because we were there just long enough to realize her incompetence. We would never, never recommend this place to anyone.

After several Xrays, two MRIs and numerous Get used to it and change your lifestyle, a friend recommended I go see Dr. Vlach. Now Im back doing the things I enjoy doing, without the pain and without changing my lifestyle. I highly recommend paying her a visit.

Dr. Mangrum has treated myself and my husband for back pain. With all of our experiences he has been so good to take the time to explain our diagnosis and educate us about treatment. Dr. Mangrum is very personable and approachable. One of my husbands visits revealed a rather serious medical problem non-related to his back, he quickly referred us to another physician and personally called me to see how my husband was doing. I love having non-surgical options and we are fortunte to have such skilled physicians in our area.

I am an endurance cyclist and it is extremely important to me that my body recovers quickly and - if any aches or pains arise that are more than I can handle - that they be taken care of in a manner that keeps me on my bike. Dr. Mangrum has been an AMAZING influence in diagnosing, treating, and keeping me pedaling.I have had problems with my hip because of a bad bike fit that ended up hurting it pretty badly. Last year I accomplished the Leadville 100 MTB ride (along with many others) and this year I have more big ones coming... couldnt have done it - and couldnt keep doing it - without Dr. Mangrum!

I have visited Dr. Mangrum and Dr. Vlach several times and I could not have asked for a more professional visit. I have had long standing lower back issues and they have not only helped they have always gone out of their way to provide me with multiple approaches to helping me solve my back problems. This is absolutely the best way to go if you have any type of pain. Before I went to Dr. Mangrum, I was having a hard time riding my bike due to elbow pain. Dr. Mangrum introduced me to new treatment methods and prescribed post treatment therapy that has resulted in my return to normal activity. I tell anyone that is considering surgery to go to Doctor Shane Mangrum first. If I has serious back issues, I would consult with Dr. Mangrum before speaking with a surgeon. Dr. Mangrum is incredibly intelligent and is up-to-date on the newest treatments and therapies.

Dr. Mangrum and Dr. Vlach not only practice medicine that is based on firm research and evidence but they do it with a warm, caring attitude. They have truly mastered the art of giving the patient a fulfilling medical experience. We get frustrated at times as PTs when we get left out of the loop in the course of care with the patient. Dr. Mangrum and Dr. Vlach are constantly consulting with us about their patients care and that steady, reliable communication allows the patient to improve and get the most out of his or her course of care in the most efficient manner. Eastern Idaho Spine Center is simply amazing!

I have been to multiple doctors with very little success and have not been pleased with the lack of interest taken into my case. When I first visited with Dr. Vlach on my first visit and with Dr. Mangrum on subsequent visits, I had nothing but outstanding professionalism and courtesy by the office staff, and both Dr. Mangrum and Dr. Vlach were far superior to any other physicians that I had visited for my back issues. Dr. Vlach and Dr. Mangrum are very up to date in their field, always searching and providing the best solution with the least minimally evasive approach. They listen to the patient and not only had solutions, they had multiple options to help correct years and years of poorly diagnosed back problems by other physicians.
