I’ve been going here for over 3 months now, and my goodness the work they do is phenomenal! I only get my eye brows threaded and they do such an amazing job I’m sure their other services are just as good! Plus, everyone is so incredibly nice and sweet every time I go in. They really know how to treat their customers :).I wish there was a 6th star because they would get it from me! Place is a MUST go!

I always see Saa (Saapa). She is the BEST of the BEST! Always the friendliest, always makes me feel welcome and is happy to see me each time I visit. She does great work from henna art to ear candles, brazilian waxing, brow threading and regular waxing. I have had it all. I would recommend her to everyone as I have done so far and will continue to.

So I have been dealing with Rita for some time getting my eyelashes done. very pleased with her however I refilled my eyelashes one day and the next day they fall off she was kind enough to accommodate me but I couldn’t get there the next day due to weather. I call today to schedule an apt saa answers and has the worst attitude yelling at me over the phone and how she can’t guarantee the discount nor will she guarantee the lashes falling off the next day.Mind you Rita is on vacation. Horrible customer service skills, very rude, and will not stand by their services who would want her to help them. Going forward I will only deal with Rita and pray that Saa becomes somewhat understanding and reasonable to clients or else I guarantee she will not have clients! I work with clients as well and would never ever treat them the way I was treated very disappointing! I’d give Saa zero stars if I could.

This review does not reflect the amazing service I receive each time I come.The conditions of the salon during the past month has made a huge impact on my experience. In the past 20+ days I went on two separate occasions and was shocked to see that the air condition was still not working after my first visit, two weeks later. I certainly understand that things break down, however a place of business should make this a priority not only for their employees but for their patrons as well. It is 100 degrees plus outside and it was incredibly uncomfortable waiting to be seen both times.Management- please make this your priority to correct this issue.

Love my eyebrows but the henna is awful!!! Completely uneven and not even close to what I wanted, which was simple and really esay acording to her. The flower didnt even look like a flower. Once I noticed how bad it was getting I let them know and she said it looked fine, but it didnt at all. I washed it off and they still tried charging me for it even though it was gone. Highly recommend you not to get henna here.

I’m kinda upset bc on the 4th I walked in to see the make up lady about an even and she took me to the eye brow place to talk to the make up artist . To find out it was the same place that did my eye brows before . They trapped me in a chair where I could not leave and asked me to put money up front to book an appointment and I don’t do that . I pay after the job is done . I told them no and after the 10th time the lady stated my eyebrows didn’t look great and I should get them threaded so I said that’s funny bc y’all were the ones that did them . I walked out with a laugh after that and their ac don’t work I’m just done with their rudeness. Lost a good tipping client who tipped them $100 last time I got my eye brows done .

This was my first time at this salon. There were two women working and neither one of them, greeted me or asked me to sign in. I sat down and waited, then another customer walked in behind me, walked right over to a computer to sign herself in. I asked if I should sign in amd they said yes, resulting in me losing my place in line. While I continued to wait, one employee began talking trash about the customer that had just left, which made me feel uncomfortable. Finally, it was my turn, upon completion of my eye brow threading the woman handed me the mirror and asked if they looked okay. She missed a spot and i told her to just get that one spot and they would be perfect, she then began to argue with me, saying they were even. So, i left it alone and went to pay. The card machine was not reading my card and the woman got upset with me. So, i put my phone on speaker phone and called my bank to prove that I had money and that my pin was correct because she kept saying I was putting in the wrong pin or I didnt have money . Finally, the other women came over and manually entered my card number, my card was accepted and she printed my reciept. I left in tears, I was so embarrassed and I would not reccomnd anyone I know to do buisness with this company.

I was here to get my eyebrows done but I just went to find out that place has gone downhill!, the lady who did them didnt even try to shape them after she got them done I told her they needed to be thinner from the bottom and she tried to blame me saying that I had a scar on the top of my left brow and thats why they looked the way they looked well I trusted her judgement and walked out, huge mistake! I was just not satisfied and went back to get a refund and the two ladies told me that I couldnt get a full refund I was pissed but told them to just give whatever they could so I could get tf out and not come back! Im pissed I needed to have my eyebrows done for an event and these ladies f***d them up even more! Not comming back!
