Do Not Hire This Firm by any means! I was in a wreck December 2020. A car ran a light and totaled my 2015 Chrysler 200. I didn’t even contact the firm, a 3rd party connected the firm to me and they offered to “take care of my settlement” for me. I entrusted Tony and Thomas to get me what I was entitled based on the circumstance and for the next 6 months I was given nothing but “just a little longer”, “we should get an update tomorrow”, other irrelevancies that had nothing to do with making sure I was compensated appropriately. At a point, the blame was placed on me that it was my fault that “why didn’t you go to the hospital” and was rushed to get treatment when the firm took over 2 months to contact me after the wreck when nobody reached out to me until January. After being informed a demand package of $12,500 was being sent to the opposing insurance company, 6 months after the wreck, a breakdown was returned stating I was only entitled to $1500 settlement AFTER the firm STILL took $880 for the lawyer fees?!? I was represented only $880 worth of effort or else I feel like the outcome would have been a greater amount that I was entitled to.These lawyers will not do their due diligence by their clients anyone seeking appropriate honest representation should undoubtedly steer clear of this firm.

I was in a major accident on June 26th 2020 (was hit by a drunk driver). I just assumed the other person’s insurance would cover everything since It was my first accident ever. Parks Law firm made contact with my parents and I agreed to do a case with them. They were awesome. They handled everything and it only took about 5-6 months to reach a settlement. All of my medical bills were reduced and paid fully which was my main concern. They are also bilingual speakers (Spanish and English) which helped a lot since my parents are Spanish speakers. Leslie was great, she was always calling me or my Dad to keep us updated. And when I emailed or texted her she would respond immediately. They really showed us that they cared and they helped us along the way. I would recommend them to anyone who has had an accident just call and ask for Leslie she will handle the rest.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. DO NOT use this firm. They are unresponsive, do NOT care about you AT ALL. The settlement they got was weak at best and didnt even get my lost wages back. Was told it would be 14 days to get my pathetic check and then was told it would be closer to 60 and they cant do anything about it. They wont even make calls to the insurance adjuster to inquire. LAZY!!!!! Spoke with one of their charming Legal Assistants A#^&R and she couldnt care less and has been really rude through out this whole thing. They DO NOT advocate for you and clearly dont care about accident victims, all they do is send a letter and MAYBE make a call to someone and then take 34% of your settlement. I dont think this Parks guy even exists as I have never spoken to him once and always get some excuse as to why I cant speak with him. Just a horrible experience all around.
