Made an appointment today for 1:30pm for 2 people. My mom is very strict and traditional and requested a female massage therapist. Instead 2 men come in to our room and frightened my mom. We were under sheets half way undressed.. I told them our appointment specifically requested a female therapist. They spoke with a female in staff and sounded like a huge fight about it. The male therapist provides me with a phone translation that they couldnt get a female for another 20 minutes.They left us there in the room without a word. So we got dressed and left. No apologies for anything, they said nothing to us. As if we didnt matter. My mom was so freaked out!! Seriously disappointed with the lack of communication and staff that cant even speak English. What has happened to this place. It was a great place to be.

I personally think there is nothing wrong with the service here, they deserve a 20% tip. To me, their service is very good and the people are very friendly. I will still patronize here. After all, they rely on tips to earn living expenses of!

My husband and I went for a couples massage for our anniversary. The massage was decent and the massage therapists werent bad. However, the massage felt very rushed and as soon as the timer stopped they left the room like their pants were on fire. Then when we paid with cash the gentlemen at the front acted like he didnt carry change. Like he expected that as his tip. Which I give tips separately or let them know to keep the change. Paper money spends just like plastic. I would not recommend this place for any massage if you need real relief.

The massage was great. It was a gift from my husband so I wasn’t clear on what all I was to get done but I read on the certificate hot stones. The timer went off and I asked the lady what about my hot stones, she laughed and showed me a stone. I told her and showed her my certificate that includes hot stones. She laughed and said maybe next time. I said so I won’t get it today and she said little English.Then she asked me what about a tip and seemed upset because I didn’t give one and threw her hand at me like go on.

Held off on writing this review to give then a second chance, but after today Im done! If I could give no stars, I wouldEarlier this week I went here to get a gift certificate. They were busy with customers, no one working the desk. Sign said they are busy with client and to wait or schedule appointment. Not possible to book an appointment for a gift certificate purchase. No idea how long I would have to wait for someone, but I waited four 20 minutes and gave up.Today I called first before driving out there and fighting Saturday parking. I asked if there wasd someone working desk and was told yes. So I drive out there, spent 10 minutes finding a parking space, walk to the store, asked a staff member and they said I had to book an appointment! I explained again that I wanted to but a gift certificate. Was told okay and then she walked away.A few minutes later someone else comes out and rudely says no massage, call! I explain again that I want to buy a gift certificate. Im told no massage. She then puts thebusy with customerssign in front of me.They dont understand English or that I wasnt too get a certificate.I wait and when I see her again, I hold up there gift certificate sign to show here.She wafts here hands over the desk and then tells me to call the number!I call the number and I ask told to buy it online.I need a certificate, not something I cant give to the person Im seeing in 20 minutes! I want something that looks professional like you would get from a business!Im done with this store.They need:1. Someone working the front desk independent of massage. If not, they need a sign saying what time they will be back at the desk would be helpful.2. Someone that speaks English.3. If they cant sell certificates at this store, maybe having them available away the mall office would be another option. They handle regular gift cards anyway.

Omg! My feet feel amazing

Please read the reviews.I was visiting from Atlanta and thought I’d get a nice massage while on vacation. The masseuse did a mediocre job.I did not like how I was treated once I told them I had a prepaid Groupon voucher. The lady said that I would still have to pay as she didn’t know how to accept the vouchers. She then called the owner (the one who scheduled the appointment) who had an attitude that I didn’t tell him I had prepaid. Mind you, I saved a whole $8 by buying on Groupon.I paid $34 for my voucher and the price was $42 on site. I also tipped 35% of the voucher price, which I shouldn’t have since I was still in pain when I left and there was no hot stones used as advertised.If you don’t want clients to save $8 by using Groupon then stop offering the discount!I don’t recommend coming here; horrible experience, you will regret it!!

Great place for an inexpensive full body massage. I’ve been going there since 2009. They take walk ins or you can make an appointment over the phone or online. I drive there from Keller because they charge half the price of anyone in Keller. I have chronic back pain and I always get a deep tissue massage there from Nancy or Lucy. I highly recommend them.

The two stars is for good reflexology - I would have given them 5 - but for the issues listed below1. They leave the door open - you hear the noise from front office and mall traffic2. The person who was giving massage was also managing front office - he walked out 5 times during the 1 hour reflexology session3. There was an upgrade listed in the special and it was never performed4. Started late and ended early - with 5 breaks in between - Is it really 1 hour session?

I have been patronizing Shiatsu Renu in Hurst for approximately 16 months - Each week I have a standing Saturday appointment at 3pm - on 12/22/18 I arrived to find out that the schedule had been changed by Frank (owner) and I was not notified of this change. I have complaint to Frank (owner) a few times about his rude, unkind, non-considering behavior with his customers that patronize weekly. I texted him upon arrive and called twice to no avail. I believe its time to find another massage location that is more respectful and considered of others. BTW: I drive 45 minutes each week because of Maria my massage therapist - The BEST ever!

Do not go here!! The customer service is so unprofessional and inconvenient. They pick and choose who they want to service. The guy on the phone said they were booked but the place is empty. Don’t bother buying a GroupOn because they will make it extremely hard for you get a booking.

Made an appointment to come get a massage. I knew yall closed at 6 but the man on the phone said to come up there anyways and be there by 515. I arrived at 510 and was told the guy that was going to do my massage already left. That was very disappointing considering I just spent 9 dollars to get there and now another 9 to get home for absolutely nothing. Thank you for wasting my time and for not even giving me a courtesy call to let me know they couldnt get me in.

Absolute worse experience... booked an appointment and was there 10 mins beforehand. Waited for 45 mins and never saw anyone. Called the store and the man said someone would be there in 5 mins... 15 mins later I saw someone. I left because that is absolutely unacceptable customer service! Will never go back! Not to mention my previous visit I requested a female and when I got there was told all they had were males. A simple email could have prevented me from wasting my time

I was really excited to try this place seeing they offered Ashiatsu( feet walking on back that isnt painful yet very effective). Back was hurting.90m special-combo pkg.Lady did good job on Ashiatsu though :))(had to move to her room for that).She was nice.HOWEVER, first part- Reflexology was terrible!!I enjoy reflexology too.So disappointed, arghhh!!!Older man is not cut out for this job.Paid too much for what I got.I remained polite, but I told guy up front.Did not feel relaxing at all; felt rushed.Quick, moves- not flowing like it should be.Had to keep asking for more lotion/oil bc it caused friction on my skin( really) - on verge of itching.My other location uses alot-flows better.Massage scalp part...more like he was scratching my head...:///Done CORRECTLY, its AmaaaazingNot Here, unfortunately.Again, older man Doesnt hv the technique or massage touch.Plz get more qualified people.
