This location is my go to stop now. My doctor sends my medications there and my photography stuff gets sent here now the staff on site are always happy to help and great me with a smile.10/10 would recommendThank you CVS staff for making my day better.

Bought a covid test from Pamela. Sat in the parking lot and opened it. Two vials were missing. Drove back around to get my money back for an incomplete product and Shannon, the manager, told me to take it up with manufacturer and CVS will not refund money on products that are not CVS brand. The return policy on website 11/1/2021 does not specify what Shannon told me and is outdated. CVS is happy to take our money but refuse to refund the defective product. These women were dismissive and scoffed when I asked for help with this. Be aware! Shannon and Pamela are protecting CVS and not the customers in their community.

I was unable to use the restroom. No help at all just got followed as if I was going to steal something. 😞 this was Nov 21st 2020 . Very poor performance in my book.

I visited this location for the first time to receive a first dose of the COVID vaccination series. I booked the appointment online and checked in via a text message link to provide notification of my arrival. My wait wasn’t excessively long and a staff pharmacist administered an injection that didn’t hurt that much.

My family and I have been using this pharmacy for as many years as I can remember. Because of Covid hours I have not been able to make it in to pick up and prescription. I asked them to hold it u til my next day off and the woman on the phone was completely unresponsive. So I asked if her unresponsiveness meant they couldn’t hold it until I was able to come in during their hours of operation on my next day off (which is in less than a week), and she said “mmhm”. Thankfully, the medications I am taking are or keeping me alive, and are just managing things. Thank you, for showing me the kindness another human being should be shown.... we will we using another pharmacy from now on.

Cashier extremely rude to hearing impaired customers. Refused to help, demanded I use self checkout. Self checkout requires hearing. He/she/it refused to lower mask for me to read lips even though I was 15 ft away.

The pharmacy staff are great.These folks are very helpful and friendly. They recognize me when I walk up, calling me by name. Of course, as legally required they do ask my birth date to confirm who I am. Still, they will joke with me and greet me even before that. In total, I like the pharmacy, and would give them a five star rating.Now, I only started coming because my insurance pushed me to do so. I have a natural tendency to avoid places with loyalty cards as I view them as a) an invasion of my privacy and b) an inconvenient way to make me shop. I like the pharmacy staff, but do not shop in the store part. The folks in the store do greet me and seem very friendly. Because of the loyalty card, the store portion only gets a 3. If they would do away with the loyalty card gimmick and lower their general prices, I would be a regular customer of the store, and I could raise my overall rating to 5.

I I havent had issues with the pharmacy in over 6 mo. Thats not the same for the sales floor staff usually seems nice but I have been on hold for 8 min finally gave up. Sad I was calling to tell them how awesome they are...

I dropped off 2 prescription one for ibuprofen and the other for a very common antibiotic. The guy told me it would take a few hours. Wasnt really happy for the wait time but I dealt with it. When I showed up about 4 hours later they still didnt have it ready and I waited for an additional 10 min in the drive thru. 2 days later I get surgery and get prescribed stronger Ibuprofen and more of the same antibiotic as well as acetaminophen with codeine. Except I go to Walgreens instead and pay way less which doesnt make sense bc both places filled generic. Walgreens finished my fill in like 15 min. Walgreens is def superior

3 hours to fill 1 prescription, an antibiotic for my father. Then I had to wait another 20 min after I arrived to pick up. girl at the counter knew I was waiting and didn’t bother to call me when it was ready.

Negative stars! Pharmacist gave us the run around for an hour about a script they claimed to have and after an hour of going through drive through and then being told to go inside while they fill.... Waiting again for them to finally tell us they dont have!! I already drove out of my way because the Dr even called to confirm they have it! And the ONLY reason I went to CVS is because it was on my kids chart and the Dr called it in there... CVS has the worst pharmacist ever! They even gAve my daughter another patients script. WALGREENS ALL THE WAY BUDDY!! CVS IS A JOKE ALL AROUND NEVER HAD ANY LUCK AT ANY LOCATION!!! WALGREENS PHARMACIST LIKE THEIR JOBS AND ALWAYS COME THROUGH!! Goooo Walgreens!!!! 😊🖕Cvs

Im normally a Walgreens shopper for quick items but I stopped by on my way home to grab a couple things, the cashier couldnt figure out how to look up my card or give me a new one there was a long line behind me I ended up telling him screw it and paid double what I should have so the people behind me wouldnt have to wait any longer. I will make sure not to go there again.

Even though im the only person here waiting on my one prescription they said it will be two hours wait. I guess they process all their scripts in order regardless if youre standing there in person at their counter. so far, 50 minutes have gone by and not a single person has been here to fill a script......I dont understand whats up with CVS...

Horrible customer service. They pick and choose when to put quantity limits on certain items without putting up a sign by the product so you know beforehand. You wont find out til its time to checkout. Ill never return to this location EVER AGAIN. I wish I could this store a ZERO rating.

I drove all the way over there and the Pharmacy closes at 9pm while the store stays open until 10pm. It clearly says PHARMACY. Get it right, people. Now I will cough all night.

The pharmacy department is the worst. The guy there was very condensing and rude. My prescription was transfer to this ovation and after he asked why I was there like 10 times I asked do you have the medicine here ? He said yes but is in our inventory but I have to go back to the other location. I wish I can give this location a negative star.

Terrible service to take your passport photos, the photo came out really dark because of poor lighting and no flash on camera. The lady there wasnt friendly at all either.

Pharmacy tech Stephanie went the extra mile, calling to try and track down a Rx from a doc-on-call service, when I walked in 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday. Cant ask for more than that.
