They got me to see the doctor over a month ago before I could order supplies. Since than I have been calling leaving messages for Tiffany but she never returned my call. As a matter of fact, most of the time nobody picks up the phone in the office. How are they running their business is beyond my understanding.

No communication from this practice and they havent sent me supplies for 6 months. All they want to do is schedule visits. They dont submit paperwork in a timely manner and wont account for why things take months to do which should be done in days. When you visit they just want to rush you in and out. The doctor is good but everything else is horrible.

Poor business office. I called billing to ask a question about my bill and got hung up on.

Poor communication. Delayne complained about others not inputting information and that she ahould have done it herself (unprofessional). I had to finally take care of things myself after weeks of poor communication. Took 2 months of going back and forth to finally get the sleep study scheduled, and when we showed up they didn’t even know we were scheduled! Luckily they took us in. Will never use them again!! Too much blaming each other.Update: Delayne Personally told me she would fax our doctor the sleep study results Wednesday of last week. I called the doctor today and she still has not faxed it over. I did talk to Delayne about the unprofessionalism on her part and the part of the staff. Of course she denied She ever complained about her staff to me. I asked her why would I be lying about that? I also told her that the other staff members Said they had problems with her also, which is also very unprofessional.
