This is my third time coming here and I have enjoyed each visit!! 2 out of the 3 times Nelson did my dip manicure and did SO good. He was thorough each time, and didn’t rush. They last me 3 weeks!! The front desk guys are very friendly - upbeat, and do an amazing job at getting me in when I call to ask for an appointment! Side note... I really enjoy the plants they have inside!*UPDATE* if Nelson is not available-I highly recommend Tyson!! I decided to try almond shape nails and I fell in love with them!! Tyson is so SWEET and makes sure I like everything he’s done/doing to my nails! I seriously love coming here yall. Be patient when they’re busy and they’ll definitely take care of you :)

We had so much fun at nail lounge & spa! The staff was so friendly and made us laugh throughout our experience. They were very kind, attentive, and have lots of drinks and nail colors to choose from! Very clean, and the orange pedicure smelled phenomenal. Tyson is the best!

Ive gone here a bunch of times for pedicures and really like them. I went earlier today to get a manicure and while the person I had did a good job on nails, there was some confusion. As he brought out the lotion, I noticed it was purple and asked if it was lavender and told him I was allergic. He said no and showed me that the bottle said sensual amber. So I let him rub it on my arms but immediately recognized that it smelled like lavender and so asked again. He said that yes it was lavender he just poured it into this container. So now I have itchy rashes all over my arms. I dont know if he misunderstood what I said but every time Ive been in there before, Ive let them know Im allergic and theyve always made sure to not put it on me.

Have been going here for about 6 months and they always take care of me. Lena, Kevin and Jason are who have all done my nails and they always do a great job. This is my latest set done by Kevin

I came in to get my nails done and wasn’t sure about what details I wanted. Heidi helped me so much and did a phenomenal job from the color pairing to shape. It never felt uncomfortable she was a great conversationalist. Def will be back!So I came back and this time I worked with Jason. Definitely recommend him and Heidi. The dark and metallic was done by Jason. This was my second time and I Loved the service from beginning to end. The conversation and comfortability throughout both of there services was much appreciated. Thank you guys for a job well done!

Always a great experience at Nail Lounge and spa. I had an issue and they were quick to resolve and get me taken care of. They are always willing to get me in quick and take great care of me when getting a pedicure or polish change and a dip!

I always pick my nails off as soon as they start to grow a tiny bit. But this place did such a good job that all my nails stayed on for like 3 or 4 weeks! And I got them redone dip powder over my real nail. I LOVE this place!!!

I went in knowing nothing of what I wanted and walked out so happy. I have a fresh spring pink that glows in the dark. What a surprise that was! I also got my brows and lip waxed. Everyone was so helpful and made me so comfortable and relaxed. My tech explained what he was as doing and why since I hadn’t had my nails done since solar French tips were a thing. Overall this was amazing!

Very Happy bridal party! Due to to recent weather our original nail salon had to cancel on us the day before my sisters wedding. Luckily found this gem! From the moment we walked in they were super nice and excited to pamper us, especially the bride! Some of our party had never had pedicures before so it was a nice relaxing experience for them! We all left feeling amazing, especially the Bride! Thanks for everything Tom and We! You guys are great!

This is my nail place. They do a really good job, my gel nails actually last for 3-4 weeks. My daughter gets dips that look amazing and last along time too. Super Friendly staff! Prices are comparable to every where else too.

I love this place ! They make sure youre comfortable and have a wonderful experience every time. Each pedicure almost puts me to sleep and the craftsmanship on my nails is unlike any other. I made the mistake of going some where else because I was in a hurry and had to come here to have them fix it. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed! Youll have a full drink, soft feet, and beautiful nails.

I do not ever take the time to write a review but this was hands down the best pedicure I have ever received. Henry did an amazing job and I recommend him for anyone that comes! I came in at a busy time on Sunday but it was very much worth the wait. 100% worth the price too.

Service was great, really enjoyed it! It was my fiancé‘s first time ever getting a pedicure and he was not disappointed, he’s already excited to go back! I have been here once before and it’s the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Although we had an appointment set we still had to wait a bit as no one was available to work on us, but throughout the entire short time we waited, the men up front were very apollogetic and kept checking up on us to make sure there wasnt anything we needed it. Great customer service and will keep coming back!

Not really a fan of this place as a first time customer. I was really confused and there was very little effort to explain anything to me. I understood they had plenty of people getting pedicures, manicures and massages, but I wouldve liked at least a little context behind how things worked. Because suddenly being asked a bunch of questions about the options I didnt know they had after getting told theyd had someone to do a pedicure wasnt kind of jarring. I was given the menu to look at the options though I was kind of confused what was a part of a basic pedicure. It was good though.And then the pedicure got a little messed up during the manicure. The guy doing it checked it and just sent me to the dryer without saying anything else. And I was left there without any idea of how long I needed to be there or anything.I was already running late to another appointment so as soon as my nails were dry enough I got up to pay. I didnt want to give a tip because I didnt really enjoy my experience, but the host was standing over my shoulder so I gave one. He asked if everything was okay and I told him my complaints and he told me they could fix it, but I told him I seriously didnt have time while he was nice enough to get the guy who did mine to fix it. He said that I can come back to get it fixed.I dont get my nails done often (I dont think I look like I do either), and I hadnt been to that place before today. I never want to go back even to get my nails fixed. The shoes Im wearing to prom tonight wont show it so I probably wont as I have other things I need to get done.Next time Ill stick to going to a smaller place I already know I like.

You walk in and are told to pick out what you want off a menu on the front desk, then you pick colors and they take you to your chair. They were friendly and were able to explain the difference between gel and dip nails (yes they were upselling since dip cost more, but if you can tell me specifically why its worth it then I am much more receptive to it). Would definitely go back.

I was recommended this place by one of my friends and honestly Im loving it. The salon is huge compared to other nail places Ive been. The work they did was clean and fast. I asked for the magnetic cateye on my ring finger but I didnt realize its hard to do on short nails 🤣 so noted for next time. Theresa was awesome though! She talked to me (a lot of places you just sit in silence) and she gave me a hand massage after. Lovely place and staff.

This is my nail place for a reason. They have the SWEETEST staff, and theyre all crazy talented, too! They often will discount my service just because, they always ask how the family and I are doing. Plus, they have the mood changing dip in! Not to mention, one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. With reasonable prices and great staff, I highly recommend Nail Lounge.

I was asked if I had an appointment and I said no and told that they couldn’t help me. I did not see if I had to make an appointment if I did I would’ve made one .

If I could give this nail salon more than 5 stars I would ! I booked my full set gel nails with Ann for the holidays and she was amazing. She made all the art work just like I wanted when I showed her my Pinterest designs. Weeks have past already and my nails still look brand new, excellent quality. She was patient and super nice. I’ll never be able to go to a different salon after this great experience!!!

I can’t say enough great things about the entire team here. Vivian and Henry have been my nail specialists for a couple years and they are both exceptional! On the rare occasion I have had to have a different pedicure specialist (like Johnny or Jimmy) they have also been amazing!I have a gel manicure done (natural fingernails) and Vivian makes them look SO good. If I have ever been traveling and a girlfriend wants to go get our nails done, it never looks as good (and I make an appointment to see them as soon as I am home). They aren’t the cheapest - and there’s a reason! If you’re looking for the cheapest place in town, you get what you pay for. I promise. They are worth every penny!Oh, they also have cocktails and such while you are having services done. Not the cheap box wine or bottled margaritas, either.

Will totally come back here, Diggin the Jack Daniels and Coke two of them that come with your pedicure manicure combo great massage great Ambiance loving .....I am now down grading my review I went in to get a simple manicure and I stood in line for about 5 minutes and didnt get any help Was very discouraged I just left.... I will try them one more time and give them another chance things happen....

I love this place, it can be pricey.. but it’s very worth it they treat you very well and make sure you love your nails.. etc I would recommend it to anyone that loves a good job and feel good about it

Wow! These employees are so sweet and have excellent customer service skills. I am blown away & just moving to Texas, I think I’ve found my permanent nail salon 😭Ann did my dip manicure & she was very attentive.Jimmy did my pedicure & he took his time. This made me really happy, most people just try to do everything quick and then let you leave, but he really took his time with the massage, clipping and shaping, & scrubbing, I was really happy. Lastly, Tom, who I think is the manager or owner, he was walking around the salon making sure everyone was okay, even me.I can’t wait to come back 😊

I previously gave a good review, but my last encounter a few months ago was a deal breaker. The woman that did my mothers nails was very rude, and kept pulling on my mother instead of asking her to move her hand in different positions. Then when I went sat in the waiting area, a couple of the other technicians immediately got up as if was disturbing their break. WE OR Wi and Vivian are nice, but showing disrespect to my dear mother is a no go. I remained calm, but ill just stay away because I have a low tolerance for bad customer service. 👎👎👎👎

I tried their $68 pedicure, it is an hour long and was awesome, she took care every single things, fabulous massage therapy can compete to any massage place, i wish she can do body massage either!The salon is look super clean and smell fresh!!

I chose this salon based on coworkers recommendations. My wedding is in 5 days and I wanted VERY specific nails and toes done. Excellently dipped specialty nails with very friendly and helpful management. However, I would NOT recommend a pedicure. My toenails were literally cut off after being asked if I wanted a ‘cut down’ in which I replied ‘yes a little please.’ My wedding - ahhhhh!!!Management could see how upset I was and generously gave me 20% off of my total and offered if anything needed to be fixed in the next few days to come back in; I greatly appreciate the kindness but I can’t grow my toenails that quickly to be fixed!!!

This place is amazing! My whole family has come for the last 5 years or so. They are always so helpful and accommodating to any needs! When Covid first happen I was a little nervous so waited until October to get my first pedi and they are going above and beyond to keep everyone safe, it’s wonderful! They always give top notch service and the owners are the sweetest! My sister lives in Roanoke and I’m in las colinas and we still drive to their location because it’s worth it! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Suzi was my person for my pedicure and it was my first time visit the nail salon...I’m super impressed, I have severe ingrown toe nails, Suzi had completely transformed the way my toes nail grow! She takes the time to do everything correctly. She’s one of the sweetest girl i have ever meet too!! She gave an amazing massage which is hard to come by at the most salon!!

My mother and I visited today. 1st time to be here and WOW totally blown away!! With everything going on everyone had mask on, and it was VERY CLEAN!!! They made sure we washed our hands before doing our nails (even with them wearing gloves). They are taking every step to make sure all was cleaned. Vivian and Mae did my moms nails and toes. She loved them and her nails and feet. Tom did my feet and Ive never had such amazing work done before. We will be back!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Im telling all my friends

First time coming here. I can honestly say one person can make a difference and Henry was the one for me!!!! My Pedicure was on POINT!!! My feet has been screaming Oh Henry since I left, so I will most definitely be returning. Forgot name of young lady who did my nails but Im still in awe about them as well. First impression Got me, going to return to see if my experience will happen all over again. Love it

First time here today. Immediately was able to go back and have a pedicure started. They were prompt and very polite. Great prices for spa pedicure. My one concern going in was my ingrown nails and Suzy asked me twice if they felt better after she worked on them and wanted to ensure I was fully taken care of. The boyfriend came too and he indicated Becky was gentle with his nails and did great with massaging throughout the pedicure. We had hot stones and wax with milk and honey and it was a great experience. We will be coming back 👍🏻

I have been going to Nail Lounge and Spa for several years now. I have always been pleased with their service and their staff. I have used many of their techs over the years. Right now i am using Heidi and Henry. Heidi pays a lot of attention to detail and is very sweet. Henrys pedi was fantastic even though I got the cheapest pedi and I am very picky about my sore ticklish feet

I refuse to go anywhere else. They are absolutely the best and are so detailed with their work and take their time to make sure your hands and toes look top notch. Love everything about this place!

Its only been a week and mynails are already breaking. For $115 I would expect them to last at least the normal 2 weeks.

I liked this place at first and would only recommend Tris (tree). The manager, (or who I perceived as the manager, with a thin face and spiked hair) was rude, goes out to smoke every five minutes and treats the employees poorly. Along with his attitude, some employees bring their screaming kids on Saturdays and Sundays.I, like many people go to get a manicure to relax, so I feel it is inappropriate for any employees to bring their, again, screaming kids to work. I once asked why it was a little more expensive than other dip manicures and he said that if I broke a nail they would fix it for free but that was a different story when I came for a broken nail. After two weeks one nail cracked. The manager was upset but ushered me in to get it fixed.The manager almost insisted i get a new set the second time I came to get a nail fixed, again, after Id only had them two weeks and two days. The third time I came in he was blatantly rude and insisted that I get a new set of nails. I knew that I would be coming back Saturday for a fresh set for Christmas, but in his mind I was taking advantage of their business when he had told me it was free to get a nail fixed. But after his rudeness and plain disregard for pleasing the customer, I will never be back and have urged that my other friends do not give them their business. If they hadnt told me that fixing a nail was free, I would have gladly paid the fee and thanked them for the service. Other than my complaint with the inappropriate manager I noticed that they reuse dirty towels with me and every other customer, they reuse files, and dont sanitize cuticle cutters or their nail machines that often cut cuticles and make them bleed, between clients as well as dont autoclave their instruments. I would not recommend this salon and urge the salon to fire the manager who obviously doesnt care about clients or their wellbeing.

I’ve been a resident of HEB since late 2010, it took me until last year to find this amazing place! I love everything about it! V & Jason are absolutely outstanding :) their attention to detail is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been to a lot of nail salons...I highly recommend their eyebrow waxing as well! You should totally go the extra mile for the extended massage on your pedi...worth it!

Seriously, the best looking dip manicure I have ever had. So many salons make their dipping powder super thick – not the case with this one. My nails look and feel natural, but are still beautiful. At $36 (they have 10% discount on Mondays), I could not be happier!

By far the best nail place I have been too. Its get clean every time I go. The people are friendly, professional, and take care of you. They also offer options I havent gotten anywhere else. If you want to feel pampered and relaxed this is where you want to be.

Sandy and Julie were absolutely amazing. Sandy did my gel manicure and Julie did my gel pedicure. I have never had a better manicure and pedicure. Both ladies were professional but personable. I appreciated how meticulous they both were. The pricing cannot be beat; especially with the VIP treatment I received. I will definitely be back!

Did a mani/pedi about a week and a half ago, got dip on my finger nails. Nikki did my nails. She was amazing and did some really awesome designs! I loved them! I would give 5 stars but 2 nails have already chipped and are starting to lift causing them to get stuck in my hair. Ive gotten dip at a lot of different places and they last me at least a month before they start lifting. I paid a lot for the nails and design ($25 for just the design) for them to crack/chip/lift only a week and a half later. Very disappointed

The employees will make sure you are satisfied with their work and treat you as if they’ve known you for years. Highly recommended.

I was extremely disappointed I had such high hopes for this place after reading tons of good reviews and seeing many pictures of good quality nails. The place itself is very nice but I asked for gel acrylics and the shape I wanted turned out very awkward. When filing down my nails the man made me bleed 3 times! Also the sides of my nails aren’t painted so my nail bed looks smaller than it actually is and when he used the glitter gel he missed a spot at the bottom of my nail and I paid $50 expecting to get amazing nails but I ended up leaving very unsatisfied..

My mother and I have visited this place twice now and have had excellent service both times. The staff is friendly and strive to give you the best service possible every single time. Great prices with amazing service!

Decided to give this place a try today based on the raving reviews on Goggle. I arrived at 6:30pm. I saw a guy standing near the front desk and a lady walking around. I got to the door and it was locked. The guy didnt even look up to acknowledge me. Their hours clearly says they are closed at 7:30pm so I dont understand why they were closed an hour early. I knocked and he just waved me off!! I was very upset about that as this was the only time I can get here after work. I would have felt better if he would have at least open door, apologize and welcome me to come back tomorrow. I was planning on spending a decent amount of money to pamper myself but they just lost out on a customer. Very disappointed!!

The staff is friendly, they provide adult beverages, and the massaging chairs are fabulous! I may pay a little more than other places... But totally worth it.. Wouldnt go anywhere else!! I first tried this place out in November 2017 (after having tried & been disappointed with many other places) & it has become my go-to salon. Every time I come here I receive top notch service. Ann is usually the one that takes care of me, but I had Julie this past Monday & the service was even better than last! I cannot express how amazing & hospitable they are here. They always offer me something to drink as soon as I sit down & finish off with a relaxing hand/arm massage after getting my nails done. 5 stars all the way!
