I have been seeing him for over 3 years. I find him ready to talk to and I never feel judged. I can not put into words what a difference in my life he had made. Thank you Dr Caruso for being the for me when I need you. Your the best. I would recommend him to everyone I know and I have.

Stay far away from this man. I was at TPRG for 2 years and saw him many times. Said in many occasions I didnt want to live the rest of my life in pain. After the Stimulator that he recommended failed horribly and sent me to the ER 3 times I called him upset and said the same line. This time he called the cops told them I had a weapon (Which I did not) saying I threatened to kill myself. After I was immediately released from JPS cause they clearly saw I was no threat to anyone I called him and confronted him. He was hesitant to admit to his lies over the phone afraid I was recording the call. After that he told my doctors I was an addict and that I was a threat to everyone to make a story to cover his lies. I was then immediately dismissed from pain management with no last month RX despite an opiate contract dicating it. Moral of the story, this man is a liar, deceitful and I wouldnt have anyone I know see the man. Stay as far away from this Dr as possible.

He blew off my daughters appointment twice. Very unprofessional and detrimental her mental health.
