Slick system, nice place. Quick in and out most days. Dr. Drake is a good solid dude, doesnt overpromise or try to heal every single thing that ails, but seems to have a pretty good grasp on what hes doing and has really helped me straighten up. Just as much, Ive been totally impressed by the subs!

I love coming here! Jordan, at the front desk, is always friendly and makes my boyfriend and I feel welcomed. Dr.Drake is very considerate and always listens to my concerns. This is probably the best location I’ve been to in DFW and in Houston!

I went in with pain - shared what was going on. I was out the door in 2 mins. I though the chiropractor was looking at the areas when all of a sudden I here him say you are all done. Unfortunately I was rude and told him that this is why chiropractors get a bad rap.....something along those lines. I was not adjusted......just because you go through 3 different (yes only 3) different adjustment positions doesnt mean you are acutely adjusting anyone. you got my neck to pop but that was it. Very lazy Dr. I have a chart that shows what Im used to receiving - at least read my chart. Chiropractors like this make it hard for the good chiropractors to be respected.

I came in and signed up in December and then shortly after came down with Covid-19. I wasn’t able to visit again until the end of January after all my bonus visits had gone. I personally still felt the effects of covid and was constantly tired so I didn’t make a point to go into the Joint. I cancelled on March 11th and when I did the woman who helped didnt give the curtesy of telling me that my membership renewed that day (I thought it was on the 13th) so I had a full month I had just paid for. Instead she tells me that she will take my key card since I won’t need it anymore. I noticed the charge on my credit card a couple weeks later so I called this location. The guy basically told me that it’s not their problem or practice to inform their guests of whether or not they still will have any access to the membership after cancelling. I know they are covered per the contract I know I signed so I can’t do anything about it or get my money back. The fact that they have horrible customer service is why I gave them 1 star. Had they of refunded my money or told me from the day of cancellation that I still had a month left, I would consider signing back up at a later date as I had planned. Nope, not anymore. Definitely plan to tell everyone I know to watch out for the way The Joint works, like a shady gym membership.

Cons. Well I went in to continue my chiropractor visits and told him about my very bad back problems along with my hand usually my past experiences with chiropractor they do not adjust anything until they personally take an xray to see whats wrong first, but this was not the case here. He didnt check my back out he literally just adjusted it however and I was literally in alot of pain the entire day which never happens in my last chiropractor I understand chiropractor sometimes cause pain I was already getting seen but dude I can barely stand it was bad , he didnt do any xray to make sure, he didnt do a physical exam at least to see my range of motion the visit was just extremely uncomfortable felt like he didnt even care.Pros. Price plan is very affordable, nice clean placePs. Im not calling or emailing if you would like to get in touch email me

Seems like the chiropractor just wants you in and out, lacks knowledge and experience and i think and lacks the equipment, maybe they dont give the guy enough to work with idk just expected more. Wouldnt recommend.

One star because they don’t offer 0 stars. received a mailing for an introductory visit last week. i go in to use the coupon they emailed to me and he said it was only good in november and december. had the email with the date and he would not honor it. Not good business. shameful!!!

Dr. Drake is simply amazing, great first visit and it’s even better knowing that they are 5 min down the road, definitely coming back.

The doctor is very friendly, but I felt as if it was not a real adjustment. He caused pain in my neck and now I have constant muscle spasms. When trying to speak with him about he got very defensive. I am now having to pay another doctor to find out the extent he messed up my neck.
