This is first time here and I got a pedicure. I will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly, they made sure I was taking care of and the massage was an actual massage and not just a rub for a few seconds and done. It was amazing! Definitely recommend.

This place first of all is not what I expected. My husband purchased a Groupon for a collagen mani-pedi and so I came here to redeem it. This place has pictures that are deceiving from what they have online. The place is dirty and not clean. I called ahead of time to make an appointment (like what Groupon says) When I arrive a little before my appointment time I came in to explain why I was here, I am not sure if she understood what I was saying. I tried explaining it again but I dont think she understood English. She started on my feet first. I looked down and saw that there was a black hair on my leg when she was rubbing my legs with the got stones. I was grossed out because it looked like a pube hair. That was not my hair for sure I know. This lady I guess what the owner came over and asked about my manicure and I told her it was a Groupon deal. She made sure and very clear that I can not get Gel polish. She said it about 3 times. I told her I never said I wanted Gel polish. My manicure started and she did my nails. During this whole time they didnt even talk to me. No conversation what so ever. Also during my time being there of a total of 2 hours no one came into the nail salon during a very busy time of business day. When I was done I went to the counter to checkout with my Groupon on my phone the lady had NO IDEA what to do. I was explaining to them that they have to scan the barcode and I hit Mark Redeem. So they called the manager on the cell phone and I had to wait for her to come back up to the store (let me remind you I had been there over 2 hours and was so over it) She arrived and took a screenshot of my phone and said You okay like 4 times. I said so I can leave? She said no, wait. After that I left and she said Sorry. The lady that did my feet and hands was so nice and took her time, but this place needs way better customer service. Will not be coming back again.

Absolutely love the Warm Lotion Massages - love it when they heat up the lotion and wrap you with steaming hot towels. After i done nail polish they took picture of there work and sent to me.

They did a great job. Call to get an appointment. Will be going back.

Great people with excellent service, thats my 3rd visit and every time they do perfect job, Linda did my pedicure and after that Jennifer took over and did my Nails, she always select my paint and design so i get surprise every time, best Nail Salon in Hurst

Yesterday i went here VIP SPA NAILS HURST TEXAS instead of my regular place as this very closer to my home, however Jennifer did my dip nails and she did perfect job.

Extra ordinary service , nail salon was very clean and smell good , love to go again , recommended.

Needed to get my nails done today and quickly as I was flying out of the country for a wedding. The spot I normally go to was a little out of the way of my errands, so I went on Groupon and checked out their pedicure options. This was one of the first ones that popped up and the reviews looked good, so I decided to buy and check them out.It was cool that I was able to call and make an appointment. I was a few minutes late and they still saw me. When I arrived I guess their air was not on because it was super hot inside--like really hot. They offered me some water and wine while my feet soaked, which helped a little bit. I think after the second customer came in they finally realized how hot it was and closed the air and turned on the AC. The lady that did my feet was nice enough, but continuously coughed and contributed to her allergies. I could tell that she was not super happy about my feet and made the comment that I must havent had a pedicure in over 2 years--which is so not the case.I found out from the other customer that this location has changed owners several times as the service has not been the best. After what I experienced today and the fact that my nail polish within just an hour started to come off the service and the products have not improved. I was not impressed with the final product and I wont be back.

Im so pleased that VIP has new management! They are so kind and did a great job on both my manicure and pedicure. If you left because of past management then you should consider trying them again.

I had a pedicure done here 2 weeks ago by the owner/nail technician. She did an excellent job, so relaxing & wonderful leg massage. My toenails still look fresh & perfect 2 weeks later! And I only spent $27 with the tip. They give 20% off M-Th. Please give them your business so they will stay there. This location has had multiple owners in the last severaal years. I actually forgot my shoes the day i was there & they saved them for me for an entire week😉

The specialist in this place always does a wonderful job. he never disappoints!! The prices are very reasonable. I definitely will not be going anywhere else!!

I came here this evening and got two waxing services. The women were very pleasant and welcoming. My waxing was good as well. I had 2 issues though. 1: There are no posted prices. When I asked how much it would be, the two women talked back and forth for a while before throwing out an arbitrary number. 2: While the equipment and chairs are not dirty per se, its a bit rough looking inside the actual building. I will be going back as long as they are consistent with the prices.

ALWAYS nice, very friendly staff, clean location and very competitive prices. I can go on my lunch break for a pedicure and know Ill be back to work on time. I have definitely been to nicer salons, but I get the same pedicure here for $20 that they charge $45 for.

Excellent experience. Highly recommend the organic mani/pedi combo. You get a great leg massage with the pedi & a great neck massage with the mani. Hot wax with both. We would have given them 5 stars, but we had to wait 1 hour from our scheduled appointment time to get started. Sammi did adjust our fee for our inconvenience. Next time, we will call first to check availability, as it is only the 2 of them. (and we will definitely go back)

If I could give this place negative stars I would, very distasteful experience. I was treated like I was underclass because obviously I am a woman of color, so I got vibes that’s automatically they thought I don’t have money! I’m new to Texas from Denver so I went on Groupon to try a few places out. I tried this place, they only have one nail tech and she is horrible. She kept eating, answering the phone (personal and business) speaking in her language... she rushed through my nails and wasn’t paying attention and shaped my natural nail reall weird and when I tried to address it she tried to kick me out “You don’t like it, go now and don’t come back” I gave her my phone to redeem the Groupon so I could leave and she wouldn’t give my phone back! Her and a co worker surrounded me yelling.. it was confusing and so unprofessional! I’m always confused on why people don’t like black people, it upsets me. I will NEVER support this business again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really like there quote , Happiest girls have prettiest nails. i saw there AD on facebook @VipSpaNails and i thought to give a try , and i really like them , they are so humble and kind , i prefer to take appointment before i go , cause they are busy specially on weekend , and luckily i meet one of my friend she go over there from long time , so i guess lot of neighborhood girls go up there, i really recommend Vip Spa Nails - Hurst Tx. they do great job , they are very professional .

It’s a shame because this was my go to nail place for six months, but after today I’ll never go back. They told me it would be a 20 minute wait- I waited for 45. Then they had me sit and let my nails soak for 20 minutes with no one talking or helping. I ended up removing it all myself. I told them I needed my manicure done at the same time as my pedicure, but didn’t do it. Instead they did other customers. 2 hours later and my pedicure was finally done, but was told it would be another 30 minutes until someone could start my manicure. I laughed and said no. I left. This place has no customer service and I will never go back.
