I liked it here. They were nice and did a great job. It was my first time here and they waxed and microthreading my eyebrows. It came out perfect. Next day, I went in to have my hair colored- it was a challenge but she did it. Thank you so much for your service.

Advertises that they close at 7pm but the sign on the door actually shows they close at 6pm.

Dirty and I still have hair!The place is not clean. There was no where to put my clothes so I had to put them on the floor- which was dirty. I was here for a leg wax. I still have hair on my legs. Very disappointed.

I love Perfect Brow in Hurst on Pipeline Road! Judy is by far the best eyebrow professional in the area! I am very particular about my eyebrows and have been doing them for years . Judy does an amazing job of creating the perfect shaped eyebrow and also perfect tinting if you really want to make your eyebrows look amazing. The Salon is very new n clean n in a good location. Don’t hesitate to come visit this excellent Salon!!

I’ve given this place many chances since I’m so close. I’ve done eyelashes and it took my eyelashes out since they use cheap glue and lash brands. I did this multiple times since I did enjoy when the older woman did them, but stopped since it took my lashes out. I did the eyebrows since they were cheap and they were fine, I also ask for aloe so never had the no aloe problem. I did have a problem with the tinting. The only thing I can say for tinting, is that they don’t know what they are doing. So in my experience, “perfect brow” is not so perfect. Hopefully they improve!

They did not use aloe, they are heavy handed, I am bleeding in three spots, they have toys for kids, but the toys are filthy and broken. I get my eyebrow down once a month, and I pay the same rate at another sail. The other salon asks if the work looks right, uses aloe, massages head while doing so. The place is clean and atmosphere is upbeat and friendly. Same people all the time. I’ve been to this location three times willnnever come back. I do not recommend coming here. They have had a grand opening sign up for over a year.

No wait, but did a subpar job on my eyebrows. One of the employees took a picture of my son without permission and sent it to someone with her phone. This place is cheap $8 for eye brow threading but VERY unprofessional. Id rather pay more for better service and RESPECT. I wont be returning.

Im not going to lie. I did not like my eyebrows. The lady pointed to a shape & I agreed. Once she was finished I didnt like the outcome. I felt like she removed too much hair.
