He knows the hearing aid I’m using and made appropriate adjustments after a through hearing exam. Great place. I went to one on Harwood in Bedford. Best price on my hearing aid I found and Oticon is exceptional product. Front office staff are courteous and helpful. Dr Guthrie is professional, knowledgeable and ready to make your hearing aid experience pleasant. I’ve gotten 2 sets from this office and I’m continually impressed with their dedication to keeping price down and providing great service.

They had a long original warranty & Livingston offers an extended warranty after the factory warranty expires. I recommend Livingston to anyone needing hearing aids.

We visited Livingston and had an examination. At the time I was shopping. We also visited their competitor. Dr. Michael Guthrie at Livingston proved to be more through and professional. Both my husband and I had a test. Fortunately, my husbands hearing is fine, but I needed aids. Dr. Guthrie was helpful in recommending the aids and knowing what my insurance would cover. The follow up appointments were awesome and the adjustments allow me to hear the TV and movies with great clarity. We highly recommend Dr. Guthrie at Livingston in Hurst.

Had a dome stuck in my ear causing severe pain. They were awesome removed it in moments and set me up with the correct domes for my hearing aids and ear. Will use them from now on!

Put this off for years, finally got an offer for a free screening and my wife convinced me to go in. I called and could not believe how nice & polite the whole staff was, no hard sell. went through the testing and fitting. Hearing again is amazing. I cant say enough good things about these folks.

This place is great. The team at Livingston is very professional and concientious. I followed Mike Guthrie from another hearing center because he makes a difference.

I returned my hearing aids because I couldn’t afford them at the time, but the doctor and the staff were very hospitable, friendly, and no issues with the return. I plan to use them in the future. FYI: I went to a wholesale warehouse club to get a cheaper pair, but the quality wasn’t worth the lower price

Dr. Guthrie was very thorough in testing and fitting of my Oticon OPN2 hearing aids. I have only had them for about 2 months, but they seem to help my general hearing. I do not think the directional noisy environment technology works very well. I still cannot hear people across the table in a noisy restaurant. The Smartphone application seems to work okay for Apple Phones, but the blue tooth functionality is not yet very reliable.The technology doesnt seem to work with Android phones which is funny because $30.00 bluetooth headsets work very reliably with Android phones.They blame it on no standard for Androids but every maker of headsets seem to work fine with any Android version. In addition every major car manufacturer has Bluetooth connections to Android phones. They keep saying they are working on the issue but I am sure they are waiting for Google to pay them a premium like Apple probably did.The staff at Livingston were as professional as Dr. Guthrie, so I would say they were very helpful. No complaint with the staff or Doctor, just wished the technology was equal to the cost. In comparison, if a computer that cost $6000. only worked as advanced as a 1980 DOS machine, we would not have the internet or smartphones.
