Been going here for years!!! Love the people that operate this business. Great physicians and great staff. They’re kind, considerate, caring and provide quality services. I tell everyone I know, who may need their services, about them. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my acupuncture needs. I’ve used several physicians and loved all of them. I stick with Dr. Ray because he knows me the best. I’m a runner and always have some sort of issue. As an athletic person himself, he’s amazing at dealing with athletic “issues”. The services are successful in addressing my needs. It’s a family run business and they all work well together. If there were 10 stars, I’d give 10.

I first visited this clinic a couple of decades ago when it seemed that nothing was diminishing the adult-onset asthma that was keeping me from working full-time. Ill forever give their wonderful staff and Traditional Chinese Medicine credit for taking my asthma down to a controllable level that I could, literally, work with.Since then, their team and treatments have been integrated into my personal medical care routine. Sprains, fractured bones, stress, allergies and more have been benefited as much from the traditional Chinese Medicine, physical therapy -- and even massage -- here as from Western Medicine, but in a different way. I feel fortunate to be able to experience how the two disciplines augment each other and keep me feeling so much better than I might otherwise, considering medical needs I have encountered.I became a physical therapy patient here because Id been disappointed elsewhere. I love the one-on-one PT and have found the knowledge, commitment and professionalism exhibited to be exceptional. I believe that, especially while the pandemic has been so restrictive, being able to combine acupuncture with PT at each visit has done as much to help me physically as it has to keep me positive, smiling and upbeat.While Ive seen several staff changes in 20 years, Ive been consistently impressed by the professional medical attention I receive and the pleasant staff interactions I have at each visit. They seem to be a caring and loving family, and they make me feel like a part of it.

I injured my hand and my doctor wanted to do thousands of dollars of surgery and leave me without the use of my dominant hand while I had a newborn. I decided to give acupuncture a try and it worked! I was better in just a few treatments. The people here are kind and compassionate. Dr. Ray is the best doctor I’ve ever had and continues to help me with other aches and pains. Love this place!

Dr. Ray Chernly is a phenomenal acupuncturist and awesome individual. He listens and attacks problem areas thoroughly. Id been dealing with shoulder pain that originated from a sports-related injury sustained in 2015. I tried cortisone shots and topical treatments between 2015 and 2018 but the pain persisted and I eventually scrapped those options and decided Id live with the pain. I fortunately stumbled across Dr. Chernlys practice in March 2021 and can honestly say that after a few visits the shoulder pain is 100% gone. I really didnt think Id ever be able to say that. The acupuncture procedures were coupled with physical therapy led by Dr. Marlou Macaraeg. Dr. Macaraeg was just as phenomenal with regards to the shoulder PT regimen prescribed and attention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Chernlys practice. The other staff members I interacted with - Verna, Lois, and Pamela - were also a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. Im a believer in acupuncture and physical therapy. Your body will be thankful you chose Dr. Chernlys practice.

A friend of mine introduce the place to me and I found it very professional. I’ve been to three chiropractics and this place is the best experience ever! Belinda is awesome! I made a plan of five visits for my mom. Every time she came with upsets about the back pain along her leg about, she left with a relaxed and happy mood. Belinda is professional, kind and truly caring about her patient. Our Every visit She spent more than an hour asking and listening to my mom’s complains about her pain, carrying out the acupuncture and later massaging from her back down to her feet. My mom speaks mandarin with a strong dialect and Belinda is always being patient to listen. I’m very very happy and grateful to her! Strongly recommend this place to my friends and families with deep trust to Chinese medicine and acupuncture!

Wonderful staff and Belinda is great!

So I’ve only been about 3/4 times now and I must say when it comes to the actual service they provide it is great. Acupuncture/ medical massage has helped relieve most of my back pain. The only minor issues I have with this place is the clinics appearance inside is really outdated and also when you go back to your room you can often hear talking from the halls/ check in area and that can take away from the relaxing experience. Other than that the service is good so I’ll definitely keep going.

Compassionate and caring staff. Dr. Ray worked on my plantar fasciitis twice and it felt significantly better. If you have not tried Acupuncture this is the place. From the moment you walk in you can feel the staff are there to help.

The doctors are experienced and have good bed side manners. Plus no side effects of the treatment. Going there for an sprained ankle. First treatment onwards it has started feeling better.
