I had an emergency with my fuse box in my home. I called these guys. They had someone out to me within 30 minutes. Turns out what I thought was something small turned out to be something huge. They worked with us on how to fix. They were able to do an entire box change with some extras added on, and were able to do it that day. I cannot sing their praises enough. Very impressed with Porter and Ephraim. Very pleasant, courteous, professional. Left our home cleaner than when they came. I was a little nervous at first because Porter did not seem to know what an attic fan was or what it did. But he installed it and it seems to be working. A few hot days will tell the story better. The can lights they installed look beautiful and we are pleased with the lights and the service.

Called on Monday morning to obtain services. Explained the issues that I was having with my garage and exterior outlets. I was given a firm appointment for Wednesday with a standby for Monday. Was called about 1130 to see if it was a good time in about 30 minutes. Service tech showed up (Mike Ollis) and after identifying himself we proceeded to go over the issue. After a quick assessment, he went to work and was able to identify the problem. He confirmed his assessment and fixed it.Was and Im still impressed with the results. Went over paperwork, played my bill, and he was off to another job.

The technicians arrived promptly, and were very courteous and respectful of my home. They quickly identified the problem and explained competely what they could do to repair it. Porter and Josh installed 4 direct wire picture lights including new wiring and switches. They installed 2 ceiling fans with wiring and switches and a gorgeous crystal chandelier with new wiring and switches. They also installed a 220 volt outlet in the garage. Everything is beautiful and pristine. The walls and ceilings are unblemished as Porter and Josh were so precise in their work everything looks as if it were completed when the house was built. I highly recommend Hedgehog Electric and will call them for all my electrical work in the future.

I feel that the look of their work and professionalism was quite good, however, after pricing given for an additional item, (felt price was excessive); asked tech to stick with original order—technician confirmed to complete original order ONLY. When job was completed, invoice was higher than original quote (because tech added service). Paid cause the work had been done, even though my brother and I said we would complete ourselves. Felt it was good that tech would call and ask original electrician with any questions, but was also concerned that tech on site was not knowledgeable about job he was working on.

They were courteous, and kept us informed in all the work being performed. Very neat and clean after their work was done. I would recommend youre business as one of the Best for customers service. Thank you

I called four different electricians. Out of the four, this place was one of two that actually answered the phone, and the only one that sounded professional when doing so. I was given a few hour window of being seen the same day and the guys showed up a couple of hours after the call. I also appreciated that this company gives you a 30-45 minute heads up when someone will be there so its easier to listen for the door. The guys showed up and acted professional and polite. My smoke alarms had been going off for about 3 hours straight at this point and they didnt waste any time getting to work on them. All our alarms were expired and weve had problems with them for a while so the guys got some new ones installed and we havent had a single issue since. I highly recommend this company and Ill definitely be using them in the future if I need something else.

Our electrician’s were both Jessie & Porter. They ran the 220 volt electrical conduit from our exterior panel to the location of our Bullfrog Spa. They installed an exterior safety cut off switch per code. When the spa arrived they came back out and made all the connections. TWO HUGE THUMBS UP! These guys are total professionals and did an outstanding job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Ed and Jaden are top notch Electricions, highly competent and knowledgeable. They worked diligently to make our home safe as they meticulously checked every aspect of the electrical system, taking extra time to be certain we understood the nature of our specific situation. Ed did a great job. Working in commercial repair for years, Ive developed a habit of noticing how the screws are oriented in switch faceplates. I my experience, Electricians that are through in the application of their trade orient the slots of the screws in a switch faceplate are all lined up in the same direction. Ed did that, and his work showed the same attention to detail.
