I brought my mother-in-law here to get hearing aids and it was a great experience. Kelsey made us feel comfortable and welcome. I appreciate how thorough she was when explaining her loss and about their products. As soon as she put hearing aids in my mother in laws ears her eyes lit up because she could finally understand me! Kelsey the hearing specialist in Huntsville was very kind spirited and laid back but extremely professional at the same time. My mother is in a nursing home and with covid I am unable to bring her in for her checkups. Luckily I was able to bring her hearing aids in myself or Kelsey offered to come out there to clean her hearing aids. You dont get care like that to often!

I did not purchase hearing aids from Miracle-Ear, my 2 year old daughter is wearing a hearing aid that was purchased from her ENT from back at home in New York. My husbands job moved us to the area and we needed someone to clean her hearing aids , so I stopped by and met Diane and she cleaned the hearing aid for me and did a great job. so now when we need her hearing aid cleaned I just pop in and let her take care of cleaning the hearing aid.
