Doctor Flack is a good urologist however, his office staff is grossly incompetent. After six weeks and three calls to get my records set to my GP, still no results. They keep assuring me that they will send them immediately however, they have a completely different meaning of immediately than the general public or the dictionary for that matter. Maybe theyll send them by Thanksgiving? perhaps Christmas? Easter? or after Im dead?

Never got a chance to see Dr. Flatt because of the staff members answering the phone. I was referred by my PM who faxed the information to Dr. Flatts office on 3 different occasions, but each time they could not find the information. After call #6 the two ladies that were answering the phone just gave me a quick I do not see the information and then hangup. Based on the two ladies managing the in-coming calls I am afraid to go to the office now.

75 minutes on hold, still no answer. The last afternoon I tried to call, they just hang up the phone at closing, no matter how long youve waited to speak with someone. I fully expect this to happen again since 1 hour and 5 minutes later it is now quarter til 5PM.

Dr. Flatt and his staff are wonderful! They’ve taken great care of my husband and have gotten him in office immediately following a stone.

Been with Dr Flatt for over 10 years. Best I have found. Professional, caring and just plan great doctor.

Dr. Flatt himself has been alright, my primary issue is office. The office is too busy to take care of anyone well and on multiple occasions the office has forgotten to refill prescriptions I need. When I call and leave a message there’s never a guarantee I’ll get a call back.

Horrible. Doctor didn’t even see me for more than 60 seconds and I was misdiagnosed.

Absolutely horrible staff, I was on hold for 15 minites only to have a rude Secretary tell me she could not help! If you can find someone else do so A.S.A.P.!!!!
