Dr Chu is always supportive and helpful. After leaving a very bad situation she was a new Doctor to me. She has listened patiently and helped me to gain a sense of control over my health. She is also very knowledgeable.

My first time seeing Dr Ann Chu, she listened and took notes she ordered a series of blood work including looking at things my previous Drs had failed to do, her office made to email my test results which I was pleased to get. On a 1-10 I give her a 10 and would recommend her to anyone who needed a good Dr.

Dr. Chu was thorough, punctual and caring. She listened to our concerns and addressed them in a kind, professional manner. I’m so glad we chose her for our care.

I arrived at my appointment as requested and was taken in about five minutes latter. The nurse took my vitals and left. The doctor arrived and went through my records with me along with my medications and gave me referrals to several other specialist. She told me she would request my medical records from my previous doctor and see why he had me on certain medications. I thanked her for seeing me and we made an appointment for end of July.I was very pleased with the doctors attitude and the way she presented things. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Ann Chu was supposed to send over a referral for me last week and that has not happened yetI would like to change my rating to a 5 star. Dr. Ann Chu did send in my referral. There was a mix up on the other end.Dr. Chu is a very good doctor she listened to everything and responded professional. I will make her my primary care doctor and will referral others to her. Worst Doctor ever!! She wouldnt see my son in her office over a month ago because he didnt have fever! She did televisit appt by phone and prescribed bacterial antibiotic for ear infection. Two days after finishing that antiobiiotic, we were in ER as he had bloody mucus stool. They tested for C-diff and it was positive and caused from antiobiotic that he didnt need! Dr Chus office stated it would be 2 weeks before they could see him for followup from ER. One week later, we were back in ER due to badly swollen throat and lymph node. When I called to get earlier followup appt with Dr Chu from that 2nd ER visit, I was told they couldnt see any patients WITH FEVER, COUGH OR CONGESTION DUE TO COVID-19. I was like hold up, over a month ago, Dr Chu wouldnt see him in her office WITHOUT a fever and she prescribed bacterial antibiotic over phone which resulted in C-diff!!! I wouldnt recommend this doctor to my worst enemy!

Great Doctor, excellent bedside manner, great care, fantastic physician. (alliteration intended). I just wish she were still taking patients. She was my doctor for years and I always got great care, but I moved away for a few years for Grad school, and I cant get an appointment. This makes me quite sad because she was always great.Now I cant seem to find a doc anywhere. The one I did have is off on maternity leave and her partner couldnt see me for days.I honestly dont get it, but there isnt a whole lot I can do. I miss my Doctor.

Shes been my Dr for over 20 years. She is very thorough and has a great bedside manner . I dont think I could have found a Dr who has been with me through some of the hardest things I have been through and treatment for all my lung and other problems. I can talk to her about anything and if she cant help me with a problem she will help me find a dr who will. Dont know what I would do without her.

Terrible. Coded visit incorrectly, refused to fix it. Dont use unless you like dealing with the call center. The only reason they call back is to tell you they are reporting you to collections.Updated 4/8... Even after paying the bill they still reported to collections. This doctors office does not care about people and will destroy your credit even after taking your money
