You asked for my feedback so here it is. The office is new, clean and kid friendly. But, there’s only one dentist and not 1 hygienist which is not ideal and a bit of an inconvenience.

My daughter loves this dentist. She had a very traumatic experience with her first visit elsewhere so for her to like them so much says a LOT. The office staff is always friendly too!

Our pediatrician referred us to Jambo Kids and they were able to get us in quickly. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. It is nice to find such an organized receptionist. She easily pulled insurance, sent referrals and set up appointments around my schedule.The dentist and hygienists are very patient and work well to easy the fears and anxieties of my children ranging from 4 years old to 18 years old.I am glad to have found them and expect to be long time patients.

Such a clean and comfortable environment! The doctor was super nice and so were the other ladies!! They did really well with my child who has only been to the dentist once before and he hated it this was our second time at this new place and he did absolutely amazing. They made him so comfortable and made him feel proud and brave they definitely know what they’re doing!

After a quick facebook search for pediatric dentists that accept Medicaid, I looked into Jambo Kids Dental. My son has never been to a dentist and I was anxious of how he would react. I called and was given an appointment in less than 7 days. When we arrived the lobby was clean and social distancing was in effect. When we went back for the exam the office was again very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and Dr. Faria was patient, kind and attentive to my son. Our experience was exceptional and I hope for my son to be a long-time patient.

I thought the office looked very clean and modern. The staff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything to me. I did not have to wait long to go back for my appointment like some other dental offices I have been to. I am very happy that I found this place. I will definitely be returning.

We’ve brought our 2 and 3 year olds to Jambo dental twice so far and both visits have been so positive! I was nervous because our 2 year old will hardly allow us to help her brush her teeth but the kind staff and Dr. Farria were so excellent with her! On the second visit our 3 year old had to get a filling (and consequently a needle), they gave her laughing gas and she was totally calm and relaxed, watching TV while they did the procedure until she literally fell asleep in the chair! I think our kids actually enjoy going to the dentist! Lol

I called on Tuesday and my son had an appointment on Today , which is Wednesday the very next day. The front desk staff were awesome. My son said in the back the nurse was nice as well as the dentist... they are very concerned about the children’s Dental hygiene 👌 overall our visit was GREAT

We had a pretty okay experience. The staff is VERY professional and friendly, and I could tell that the dentist was experienced in her craft as she spoke with me about 1 of my children. I only want the best for my kids, and she seems true. Though this is a pediatric dental office, it lacked colors and kid comforts - tvs, toys, etc. - which can be a good thing, considering toys can become germ carriers; but the people were helpful.

I was worried at first about going to Jambo Dental because of some of the reviews on here. I also know how some people over react about their experience with things if it doesnt go their way. So i went anyway and i had such a great experience. Everyone was so nice to me and my 2 year old son. We got in and out really quick. I would highly recommend.

My son is terrified of going to the doctor or dentist. Dr. Faria was incredible. The environment was very clean and they disinfectant continuously. I appreciate the reminders of where the hand sanitizer locations are through out the visit. They have TVs on the ceiling to help keep the children distracted. I loved how Dr. Faria takes the time to not only explain to me the expectations and procedures but she explained it to my child providing comfort and reassurance. I called for an appointment and was seen the same day. The receptionist could tell I was nervous she was so kind and friendly which helped me to relax. The best part was they schedule accordingly so we didnt have a long wait. We were in the back immediately after check in and COVID screenings. Great Place! We will use this location from now on.

My daughter is VERY afraid of doctors of any kind. The dentist and hygentist are always so patient and they talk to her to try to ease her discomfort. Also a very clean facility. Highly recommend!

The dentist herself was very sweet and helpful at the end of the exam but my children were terrified and crying by then. This wasnt their first dental experience, and weve not had that happen before. The tech Katelyn was rough and rude throughout their exams. She didnt even seem like she liked children. I stopped her on the second child and just asked if we could see the dentist.They didnt want to let me back with my very small children. I insisted, so they said I could stand in the hall near the room. They tried to have my 1 year old lie in a dental chair by himself while they examined him. They both turned to do things and I had to lunge in and catch my baby as he rolled off the chair.The office looks like an adult office. Very stark. They seemed to have no experience with children. Nothing to entertain/distract kids. A TV or two would have been nice. Or even a little treasure box trinket after the exam. Nothing. Weve been to several non-pediatric offices that were better equipped to deal with children than this supposed pediatric office.

The dentist, Dr. Faria, was very thorough with the dental check. The dental hygienist was also very kind and attentive to my son and his needs. Will be returning again soon.

I brought 3 of my children to this dentist a few weeks ago and all 3 of them complained about how they didn’t know what they were doing and hurt all of them. We came back today to do my son’s teeth and I explained that I would have to go back with my son so I can make sure he is not hurt in this process again. I advised them of what my children advised me of last time. The doctor tried to explain why all 3 of their mouths would be hurting and give excuses. When I advised her I have been taking my children to the dentist for years and we have never had an issue, she advised me she would not be seeing my children anymore. Please be careful of where you take your children.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the dental office and how personal they were. I left my phone in the office, I came back they looked for it, didnt find it. Stella found the phone after I left and delivered it to me at my house. I live on Tennessee line. The office is on University drive in Huntsville Al.So nice of her to drive all the way out there. She could have waited till the next day but she knew importance of the phone.Super nice..The office visit was just as nice!!!
