Dr. Lindalee Clayton and her staff are absolutely wonderful! Her dental office has a very friendly and positive atmosphere. I have been going to Chase Family Dentistry for about 7+ years now. I highly recommend!

Paid the office a return visit after being out of state for 3 years. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My dental hygienist was Hanna. This was my first time meeting her and she was absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Clayton was also great.I was a little apprehensive as I was told I would need to make two visits—one for an oral evaluation and another for a cleaning—but they were able to accommodate both in one visit thanks to a cancellation (lucky me).The evaluation included a gum line evaluation where tissue above each tooth—both front and back—was poked, prodded, and measured. This was definitely unpleasant; but I expect it was a one time thing to verify gum health. Overall a positive experience and I’d recommend this office.

Dr. Clayton and hygienist Hannah made my cleaning easy breezy lemon squeezy. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for about 8-9 years and they’ve been great. I’ve had a lot of cleanings and a few crowns. The staff is always nice and helpful. Love that this is so close to home!

I used to love this place. recommended them to everyone , that needed a great dentist office. Until today I went in for my cleaning and the lady that does the cleaning took my temperature and it was 98.7 then she took my sons that was 100.3 and preceded to tell me they couldnt do my cleaning today. Because he had a fever,hes 5 and has Always ran anywhere from 99 to 100 thats normal for him . we also drive from harvest to this dentist so needless to say . I left this place very upset and aggravated. I will not be back . I will find another dentist. Side not 100.3 isnt a fever plus she wasnt working on him and he also had a mask on . So if mask are so great then why ?

Alway a great experience at Chase Family Dentistry. All the staff is very professional and friendly, Dr. Clayton is wonderful and they all do a very thorough job with cleanings. Any other dental work I have had done has always gone well with no issues. I would recommend them for sure to anyone looking for a new dentist and will continue to use them in the future! Place is always clean and with Covid I feel comfortable with the precautions they are taking to keep everyone safe!

First time going and I went in done my paperwork and I cleared my throat ( I guess they thought I was coughing) the she came out said I had a temp... everytime she checked it... it was different and was having trouble with the it. Said I had rescheduled after I waited weeks for this so I went to my car got my temp checker out my purse and BOOM no temp at all!!! And mind you I went to get a check up yesterday and my doctor checked my temp as well!! I had no temp at all so my family will no longer go here I went to a dentist the same day and was seen and had NO temp there!!! Aka don’t clear your throat in the waiting room!!!! And I’m still checking my temp ..... NOTHING!!!

The staff is very friendly and on top of everything before you even have to ask! My 6 year old went today and he LOVED it! We will see how tomorrow goes when I take him back for a filling and take my oldest son for his first visit! I am very impressed so far!

I have been going to Chase Family Dentistry since 2011, after a horrible experience at a dentist I had previously. Their staff and doctor are beyond helpful and cheerful. Dr. Clayton is very knowledgeable, and caring. I even got my husband, and my parents to go to their office.I would highly recommend them. My husband had to have a tooth extracted, and they even called the next day to check on him.

Great place and very comfortable. No stress. Dr. Clayton is kind, soft spoken and very gentle. Her professional staff are the same way. I love them.

You will never convince me there is any better dental office than Chase Family Dentistry. The entire staff is an absolute gem. Had a great experience with Chase! The entire staff is wonderful! They described everything they were doing and why and I didnt feel rushed when the doctor came in. They took there time and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable! So glad I found them!!

My new and only Dentist. Chase family Dentistry is a Pain Free office. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The Assistants and Hygienist walked you through everything that is about to happen ahead of time so there are no surprises. They have tons of information and educate the clients on proper procedures and actions to keep your teeth and gums in tip top shape. I love this place. After only 3 visits in the last 6 months, I would say they are the best. It was probably 7 years since I had been to a dentist because of previous experiences. I only wish I would have found this place sooner!

I LOVE this Dentist, ALL of the employees and the environment. The ladies at this office are always kind, respectful and very, very great at their job! I am a pretty hard dental patient. I get extremely nervous and feel like freaking out at the thought of going to the dentist. However, going to Dr. Clayton has changed my whole outlook on it. They make sure you are pain free during procedures. If, at ANY time I start to feel uncomfortable or upset, they will stop and let me get relaxed before continuing. I value my teeth and my overall health a lot. Health is even more important than time to me because what can you do with your time if youre not healthy, right? And Ive learned that the mouth is a particularly important part of the body for overall health. Plus I like to eat. Plus I like to smile and be happy. So I floss. I brush. I get preventive care. But now that Im getting older, my mouth is getting drier, and I got a couple of cavities. Theyre the first Ive had in 20 years. (And btw Im deathly afraid of getting dental work done. Thats one reason I take such good care of my teeth.) Dr. Lindalee Clayton is my dentist. She is friendly, thorough, and gentle. Shes knowledgeable. And she communicated with me excellently. Ive always thought she was great. But then I needed work. Ugh! Dr Clayton reviewed the treatment alternatives, and I decided to get the cavities restored with gold inlays because they last longer than the white fillings and they dont have any safety controversy like the mercury fillings do. They cost more, but it was worth it to me. The staff was so kind before, during and after the procedure! They were professional and efficient without ever seeming rushed or hurried. Dr Clayton gave THE BEST injections. Yea! Im not embarrassed to admit I was somewhat terrified of the shots. But Dr Clayton really did a wonderful job. Thats the best part - no pain! When the inlays went in they were beautiful, and fit like a glove. Dr Clayton uses digital scanning to make impressions for crowns and inlays and things like that. I had an impression years ago and it was a mess. This was really cool. She has a laser too though she didnt use that with me. Apparently she keeps up with new technology. Anyway, I had a great experience! The staff was wonderful. Dr Clayton was wonderful. They get 10 stars from me!

We began going to Dr. Clayton in 2008. While we have moved now to the other side of Huntsville, we continue to see Dr. Clayton. There service has always been excellent and very friendly. Well worth the drive.

Got two wisdom teeth pulled, 1 on each side. Took them no time and there was no pain or discomfort. All of the staff were polite and accomodating. I would go out of my way to recommend Chase Family to a friend.

The receptionist is super friendly...The dental assistant and staff are very friendly...This is the first time Ive ever had a dentist listen to me. She is the best...The whole office staff made me feel comfortable. I totally hate going to the dentist, but the staff at this office makes me look forward to returning..

My visits are always efficient and the personnel are very nice. Teresa has been my hygienist for quite a while. If she will keeps me, I will keep her. I drive from Madison to Chase for my dental appointments. Until 7/2015, I lived very close to Chase Family Dentistry. Normally, with only two appointments per year, the distance is not a problem. I plan to continue, LindaLee knows me and my expectations and vice-versa.

The staff is very friendly. They make you feel at ease. Even Dr. Clayton explains what she is going to do. Very up-to date with the dental equipment!

I went there, July 2016 and had a pain free and productive visit. Years of neglect were fixed and I can smile with confidence. Dr. Clayton listened to me and gave me a numbing agent that didnt trigger a severe fight or flight response.

My last dentist scared me for all dentists to touch me, Chase Family Dentistry made me feel so much better so comfortable I will return back to them for more work, I super highly recommend them for anything you need in dental work, the whole staff was polite, professional and very friendly as well, love them all

Bad experience. I came in on a Tuesday to find out I was given the wrong date and the dentist was out of the country. The receptionist looks up my name and tells me im in for the next week. Well I come in the following Tuesday, having missed two days of work now, and am told Im not scheduled for an appointment and a different receptionist now cant find my name in the system. So im told they might could work me in for x-rays since im a new patient and if they have time can do the cleaning Ive taken off for two days of work now. When asked about the if they have time statement, I was never given a solid answer. I decided against the gamble of if they have time and left telling them I will just find another dentist. Im sure others have had great experiences with this bunch, but I simply didnt.Ive always been under the impression that a small business such as this is looking for customers for a lifetime, but apparently they already have enough business.
