We absolutely LOVE the team at Valley Wide Dental. They always make it such a great and calm experience for my 3, one of which gets dentist anxiety. The ladies at the front are always kind and willing to help anyway they can. Michelle and Jessica are so gentle and Dr. Mia is exceptional. Such a great place!!

I am 63 years of age. I was a patient of Valley Wide Dental Services when Dr. Baker was alive. I am not a person that enjoys going to any doctor, dental or medical. The professional care I received with my visit has restored my trust with Valley Wide Dental Service. My doctor, Dr. Ward and his assistant were concerned that I would not be in pain with the tooth extraction as well as me understanding what to do to in providing care at home. They created a “Care Plan” with me asking for my input before doing anything. I was and am Very Pleased with Valley Wide Dental Services. The team members in the front office to the members working directly with the doctor treating my concerns, I truly applaud you and say, THANK YOU!I am referring my daughter who is looking for a dentist to call and schedule an appointment.P.S. The doctor I saw yesterday, 08/09/2001, had such a pleasant aroma, not sterile but pleasantly clean.

I was so pleased with the level of care given to my little ones today. The staff was professional, efficient and very friendly. Dr. Mia was kind and gentle. They put my little ones at ease (which put me at ease). I had been dreading the visit since both little ones are special needs, but this was hands down the best experience at a dentist office I have ever had.

I take my 10 year old here & he loves them. He was really nervous about having to change to a new dentist when we moved here. Everyone weve met there so far is very nice. Once my youngest is old enough, I will be taking him there as well!

My child was terrified of going to the dentist, until changing to Valley Wide this year. The staff are great with my special needs child. They work quickly, efficiently, and calmly, which makes him feel at ease, and makes my experience so much better. I wish that we had come here sooner.

Dr. Taylor and his staff was very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable, I was a little nervous upon arrival, but talking to the medical team really helped me calm down that anxious feeling. My children are 3years old & 1. The dentist and dental assistant were very patient with them! They were very professional and reassured my children that everything is okay. My oldest is on the spectrum, he was a little afraid but the assistant came on in and treated him with nothing but kindness and love. The DA and dentist helped soothe, by singing all of his favorite songs. My experience was amazing. Staff is very helpful and professional. However, I will say ma’am are a little on the high end .. 4.00

I love valley wide dental because they are patient, kind, and more. I have 2 children with autism and they work with them very well an they take the time to see rather how the kids would react to the equipment. So if you choose a dental place valley wide dental is the place.

I love this place, we have been going here for 10 years and have had no issues with this dentistry until this morning. Our hygienist aggressively and harshly handled my teeth. In her defense, my teeth had much tartar that required removal so some bleed is to be expected but even after driving home (a 20+ minutes drive) my teeth are still consistently bleeding. This hygienist was so rough that my teeth (both top and bottom) shifted at a noticeable angle thus leaving an inflamed gap between tooth and gum. I understand that having bacteria on gums can leave them sore, and maybe even bleeding for a little while, but not for 30+ minutes. I am still bleeding as I write this review. I apprentice that she (My hygienist) took the initiative and apologized and explained herself while still denying the fact that my teeth were shifted after her roughhousing. In conclusion, Id like to say again that I do love Valley Wide Dental and all these years that we have spent with them are not in vain. I just hope that the hygienist I had would be less aggressive to avoid future reviews that would bring the entire Dentistrys overall 4.8 star down.

I had a very nice dental visit. I asked Dr. Taylor, several questions and he was very nice about answering them all. Looking forward to my next visit.

I booked an initial appointment to include a cleaning. The hygienist struggled using the x-ray machine, suggested I had Periodontal Disease, and wanted to perform treatment before the dentist conducted his exam. This disease is progressive and I would have been informed of concerns prior to this visit. She never did do the cleaning for my teeth. During dentists exam, concerns of disease were not mentioned nor did he notice they were not cleaned. Even said my teeth looked great. This was the only time I have ever been to a dental cleaning that took an hour, and yet a cleaning did not occur. I just sat there, and had to schedule another appointment. Since then I have tried to contact the office manager on two separate days. Left a message with my number since she was out running errands. Still no call back.

I had to change practices for my daughter and we chose Valley Wide and couldn’t have made a better decision for her. The staff is always nice and accommodating and the hygienist is usually the same we’ve had since day one and she treats my daughter with so much kindness and compassion. Highly recommend!!! They are so kind and actually took time with my son to answer all of his questions and concerns and just talked with him throughout his visit. We chose Valley Wide because when I called to see if they were taking new clients they were so nice on the phone (which is a tremendous change from others I had called), then at his appointment they exceeded my expectations. At our last dentist we were pretty much bussed in and out with barely a Hello. They actually made it personal and the kindness was extremely appreciated and that means a lot for a childs dentist office. Thank you all again so much!!

I was there sometime June 2020, the front office lady or dental assistant whoever that was could not let me in for my cleaning during pandemic her reason that I have bills my insurance did not cover. I later wrote to the the director of the place and still have not heard from them. They are horrible over there.

We arrive at our appointment 10 minutes early , we were told to wait in Car, we had to wait , they were behind, I told the Front desk I had be at work by 3, so in a time Crunch Michelle went to work on my Teeth and did a Great Job Examining and Cleaning my Teeth, she was so Gentle and kind, Thank You Michelle It was worth the wait

The tech who took me back and performed my cleaning made me feel very uncomfortable and was unprofessional in her conversation. I attended Valley Wide in my youth and sad to say I may very well be finding another dentist to go to as an adult.

I’ve been going to this dentist for several years, like 10+ years. They have been through so many changes it seems like and I’ve NEVER had a terrible experience, they have all been great! Today though was the top experience. They were all super nice and I believe Mia was my hygienist, I’m not too sure but today was by far my favorite experience. She made conversation with me (the best I could lol) and she throughly explained why I was feeling pain on the nerves sometimes and she gave me helpful tips on how to help! I love it here!

The dental assistants and staff are very nice and welcoming, you wait in your car, message theyre number saying your outside for such and such appt and which car and theyll come give you stuff to fill out info and they come get the child and go inside since the covid(so yes they take precautions) which is understandable, never had an issue at all , my kids love going there , you wont regret it
