This place and ALL of the people are amazing! I had the pleasure of having my dentistry done by Doctor Jordan Taylor! He is the first dentist I’ve tried here in Huntsville and he will most definitely be my last! He and his entire staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and informative.Dr. Taylor took the time to explain each of my options and made sure I understood what was going on, which in turn helped me to make the best decision possible for me. He was very gentle, really set my mind at ease before my procedures, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Always such an easy appointment- from the front check in- the appointment itself- and check out- it just goes so smoothly. A great dentist, my favorite Ive had. I like that hes willing to explain stuff, doesnt seem impatient. My dentist as a youth was always very intimidating but I dont mind going here. Beautiful renovations inside as well!

Ive been coming to this dentist for over a year and they are always friendly, quick to get to your appointment, and thorough. I usually just need my cleanings, but I have gotten fillings as well and Dr. Taylor was gentle with numbing my mouth and did a great job filling my front teeth (they look like my normal teeth). I would recommend then to everyone!

Dr Taylor was referred to us for my daughter’s crown. I ended up scheduling a cleaning for me as well bc I have been without a dentist for several years, and they were able to work me in quickly while I was waiting on her. Everyone there, from the front office to my hygienist, to Dr Taylor, was absolutely amazing!!

Dr. Taylor and his team really listen to you and work to resolve any issues you may have. I had been experiencing locking of my jaw, and on my first visit with Dr. Taylor, he thoroughly examined my bite and determined that sleeping with a mouth guard would help. He fitted me with one and it has completely solved my problem. Also, shout out to my hygienist Denise - she is kind, friendly, and gets my teeth squeaky clean without any soreness afterwards.

The staff is attentive and supportive; will answer all questions. They includes with friendly welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in office.

I have spent a lot of time in dentist chairs and Dr. Justin Taylor is one of the best. Yesterdays consultation about my bridge was both professional and warm from his initial comment I know these teeth well (after 7 years) through the assessment of options, to the printed out treatment plan with $$ and appointment schedule. With this dentist I feel like a full partner in HOW my dental problems get solved. I have never had issues with any of Dr. Taylors work. His Covid protocols are reassuring, office was just remodeled and prices are affordable. I kind of look forward to my visits. 😁

Best dental experience Ive ever had. Tooth extraction no pain done quick and explained each part. Much better than that dental chain dentist in Madison. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Dr Taylor is an awesome dentist! Great guy and takes his time to make sure you get the best care. His staff are the greatest at making sure your visit is as pleasant as possible. They offer a extensive amount of services that my other dentist did not. Great location near Bridgestreet Town Centre.

Dr. Taylor was patient, gentle and explained everything step-by-step. I had NO pain with my injections or either procedure. The temp crown looks great. His assistant did an excellent job. I’ve had a lot of dental work but none this professional and with such great care! I can’t recommend this practice enough! My entire family and SIL are switching.Visit One My experience at Stone Creek was excellent. I was a work-in as a new patient with a dental emergency. The office had been closed for a week, so they were very busy on their first day back. That didn’t stop the staff or Dr. Taylor from taking time with me to give me a detailed diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Taylor did several x-rays to determine my issue and make sure he diagnosed me properly. He explained it all in detail and took the time to explain the next steps. The staff was great. They apologized to me for the wait when I felt like they went above and beyond to get me seen ASAP. I am returning for a root canal and crown. I will definitely make this practice my dental home. It was very clean, safe, organized and professional!!!

Very personable! Dental hygienist very knowledgeable and Dr Taylor takes his time to learn about you and answers any questions that you may have.

All my family members use Dr. Taylor and his hygienists and we all like them very much. We didnt have any issue with the dental treatments/services with them. We have always paid our bills without thinking twice that there could be an issue with the billing. However, after revewing our bills recently, we found that they have filed with the wrong codes multiple times for all of us. All the services should have been covered by our insuance companies (same company for some of us for many years). We received bills of different amounts for different people at different times. We finally called and confronted with the admin person handling the filing. The only comment I could say is that we werent treated nicely in the call. I wish they could train their staff(s) to file correctly with the insurance company.

We recently moved to Huntsville. Finding a new dentist is never easy, except this time it was! The office was lovely and the staff was very efficient and friendly. The hygienist was thorough, yet very gentle. Im already scheduled for my 6 month cleaning and exam. We found our new dentist in Dr. Taylor.

I cant say enough about the high standards of Dr. Taylor. He had sent an impression off to a lab and when he fitted it , it was not perfect. Instead of making it work, he took the time to show me why he wasnt pleased and said it happens rarely, but lucky me, it happened. He decided to take another impression and start over. Maggie took an impression and also fitted me again, for a temporary crown. She was spot on. I would actually live with the temporary if I could. She did a great job. Hollie is my dental hygienist and also does an incredible job. I just happen to know her instructor when she was at school at Wallace State and can honestly say she learned from the best. I am sure I missed some names but I always have a good experience (well as good as you can expect from going to the dentist).One more thing, Dr Taylor is all about high standards in his work. And if you dread the shots like I do, he does an exceptional job of NO PAIN!

Doctor Taylor was recommended to me by a friend. So I had my initial appointment with him for an exam and xrays. His staff was very nice and Doctor Taylor took his time to explain to me his views on my teeth. I appreciate his thoroughness and honesty regarding my options regarding a possible future issue with my tooths root canal. I highly recommend him to others.

I have mixed feelings about this dental office. The actual service was good. My dental hygienist was professional and friendly, and Dr. Taylor was fantastic. He did a wonderful job and made me feel very comfortable. However, the office manager responsible for patient check-in is rude as hell. She lacks customer service skills and doesn’t have a pleasant demeanor at all. She creates an uninviting atmosphere with her distasteful attitude.

Great service, I like the new renovated facility as well as mood and environment in the office. I was also pleased with the doctor attention, treatment and work. The only reason I did not put 5 stars was confusion with the bill at the end of my visit, there was not clear explanation of a summary and the last additional filling payed. I left still little confused.

My semi-annual dental cleaning went very well. The dentist, hygienist, and clerical staff were professional, with each individual doing his or her job well. Visiting a dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but this dental team has made it more bearable.
