Changela is an incredible therapist who has helped me through some tough times. She is compassionate, grounded, and practical. I can’t recommend her enough and am grateful for her support.

Sarah Beth is one of the most genuine, caring, gentle, loving, and kind people I have ever met. After every single session my first thought is always “Wow I’m so thankful for my therapist”. She is attentive but not in an invasive way. She’s never made me feel judged, embarrassed, or ashamed of who I am or what I’m feeling. There are things I have felt like would take me forever to get out and work through, but once I’m in Sarah Beth’s office I’m able to relax and feel safe and like I can talk about those things. She is patient and let’s me take the lead on our sessions, even if my inattentiveness makes me constantly switch up topics. I’ve had other therapists, but Sarah Beth is different, and I highly recommend her. I’m so grateful for Sarah Beth, and if I could give her 20 stars I would.
