The scheduler was able to fit me in as an emergency patient, which I am so thankful for. Her staff, from the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists, are cheerful and probably smiling behind their masks.Dr. Wright explained everything she was doing and offered suggestions for an ongoing problem that sound like that will be a big help.

Im a fairly new patient of Dr. Wright. I came to her with what I feel was emergency. She discussed the options with me and clearly doing what was best for me and taking cost savings under consideration was paramount to her. Had I remained with my old dentist I would have paid much more based on the options he offered. Later, I had an infection in another area and Dr. Wright took care of me and got the infection under control and preceded with an implant. After my two dental surgeries Dr. Wright took time to check to see if I was okay. Dr. wright and her entire staff are very kind and professional. Routine 6 month tooth cleaning. The hygienist was/is very efficient, thorough and professional. All the staff are professionals in word and actions. All virus protocols were observed.

I have been going to Dr. Wright for years. She is the best dentist I have ever had. I will continue to go to her for as long as I can. Smiles by Design is a very good place for all your dental needs. I go twice a year on their Smile Saver program for cleaning and they do an excellent job, today Angel was very good and right on time. Love this place.

Terrible experience!!!!!! Dr Wright had been my dentist for years and began designing my smile. They were aware of my age as it’s part of my records, not once was I told they don’t accept Medicare and they knew I was approaching 65. They had no problems pulling just about every tooth in my mouth to prepare me for my “designed” smile as I had BC/BS. As soon as I turned 65, which again they were aware my 65th birthday was approaching, I was mandated to move to Medicare.So with no teeth, they dropped me as a patient never finishing their “design” so now I am toothless with a huge thanks to Dr Wright. Disgusting they would do this to someone. Totally destroyed my mouth then refused to fix.I guess Medicare won’t help her pay for her $100,000.00 car.I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy and she deserves to be sued for what she did to me. Such a shame that she is that greedy.

Was be the best dentist office in town. They always greeted you with a smile. Not anymore!I recently missed a appointment due to not being able to take off work. This office sent a letter stated they had to drop me because it was difficult for me to keep appointments. Wow.So if you want a long term relationship with a dentist office, this isn’t the office for you!
