I absolutely love Dr. English! This is the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. I can barely feel when they give me a shot and when I do they tell me everything is going to be okay! I’d recommend this dentist to anyone!

The staff at this facility is phenomenal. Dr. English is professional and very direct about resolving any issues. Had feelings, mouth guards, x-rays, and a root canal performed. Hate shots, especially in the mouth; best shot in my lifetime.

Awesome services, the doctor and nurse are very friendly and caring, they called the next day to check how I was doing. Customer service is great and they treat their patients with respect, I can definitely refer someone to them.

I asked multiple times how much it was going to cost as they said they would accepted my insurance. Asked if there’s any way of getting a definitive answers on it and they assured me there was nothing to worry about and gave me my cost since they could “look it up”. All was fine until my insurance came back and denied the claim saying they should of sent a form over with the estimated cost BEFORE doing anything and that dentist offices are well aware of how that process works and that it just takes an extra day or so for them to get back with what they’ll cover. Not only that, they told me I was due for x rays and that insurance covers it which I was not? therefore insurance also wouldn’t cover that. Just save yourself the headache and being sent the intimidation letters when they’re the ones who incorrectly handled the situation. A SIMPLE FORM IS ALL THAT WAS NEEDED.

Never been to a dentist office like this one where they take so much care of their patient. Staff is incredibly helpful, very friendly and make you feel just like family. They work quickly and check up on you after visits and do all they can to help you out with anything you need. Definitely the best around!

Dr. English is professional so is the rest of the staff. They treat me and. y family with so much respect and kindness. My mom had very sensitive teeth due to a bad job done by another dentist and Dr. English was able to help my mom and fix the problem. Very organized from top to bottom.

I have been a patient of Family Dentistry of Huntsville for 14 years and have only had the Best of Care, Wonderful Doctors who do not want to cause you any unnecessary pain. Wonderful, Wonderful work!!! Very Kind Receptionist. Have always fit me into their schedule for an emergency. I cant say enough good things about them.

My wife went in for a root canal this will be her second time for the same tooth due to Dr. English doing a poor job. Seems they do that on purpose to charge twice. Instead of doing it right the first time.

They treat my family and I with the best possible care, they go out of there way to handle any emergency we throw at them which has been a few. Thank you Dr. English and Dr. Koranek for always being there for us. I would highly recommend them for Professional Dental Care.

I dont understand the negative reviews. This office will bend over backwards to help you. They have gone over and above every step of the way for us. We are lifetime patients. Sometimes there are misunderstandings, and peoples attitudes tend to color their view of the situation. I believe in reviewing good equally as much as bad. I refer this office to everyone I know. So please take situational displeasure into account when deciding to visit this office!

NOT COLLEGE STUDENT FRIENDLY! All I needed was to schedule an appointment. I explained to the receptionist that I had never scheduled a medical appointment before. Instead of politely explaining her questions and being patient she was rude and very impolite. Having a nasty attitude will not bring you business. I understand why I never see cars at that dental place. Do not go here. There are way too many dental places in Huntsville to have to deal with awful service and attitudes.

My Experience with this Dentist Office Was AWFUL. I Had a chipped lower right tooth that was making ground meat of my tongue. They had no appointment available. My wife had them place me on a cancellation list then proceeded to look elsewhere. She secured an appointment 30 miles away. On the morning of she received a call that someone had canceled. She accepted to the appointment &cancelled the other. While in the Dentist chair, I emphasized the chipped tooth painful condition. I was told, well have to make another appointment to fill the tooth. The receptionist rudely stated I didnt tell your wife wed fill your tooth today. My wife told her, how could Ive said this when he hadnt been examined. She said BUT I DID TELL YOU HE needed it fixed this week due to him departing the following Monday on a weeks job. The receptionist rudely said. You dont make since . My wife said, Yall called us thus causing us to cancel with a Dentist who was prepared to GET THE JOB DONE!!! Bottom line, I WOULD NOT refer this office to TOOTHLESS person!!!
