Another review from my wife. She needed a full sey on short notice and couldnt get in to her normal place. Went to Heather at Fusion and was very impressed. Very friendly staff, clean location, and they did an amazing job on her nails.

Michael and Stephen are TOP NOTCH, so friendly, and fun!!! Today Michael took care of me and Stephen took care of my daughter. It’s so nice to get so much more than you pay for! That’s why I LOVE to tip them WELL! I will never change nail shops!

I went and got my nails done 9/3 and it was so rushed, as I’m looking now I realize how uneven and not all the way painted they are

It was great. My nail tech was in a rush, she seemed really stressed or hungry but I didnt mind, she still did great. I can see how someone who gets their nails done regularly would be unsatisfied but I like them. Theyre beautiful!

Today Michael did my fill in, he was great. I highly recommend him. He takes his time for perfection. Will definitely seek him next time.

I truly love Hearther and her work. But to get changed 81.00 when I didnt get any new nails just wanted white tips on nails and toes and pink powder instead of white was a big shock to me. Heather may have been telling me the price after she had told me she couldnt do white tips on me but knowing I cant hear good I had no idea I was getting charged so much for white tips on my nails I already had. The man that did my feet did an amazing job and deserved a big nice tip but after already paying 81 00 I could not tip. Not so sure I will be able to come back with these prices

Michael is my nail tech. I just get an acrylic and gel overlay on my natural nail. He does a beautiful job. He is gentle with my hands and doesn’t leave a mess all over my fingers. He is also very fast!

Hannah is simply the best tech I have ever been to! I am a diabetic with other health issues which means I cant have cuts of any kind because I can get an infection and spiral downhill quick. She was so gentle and did a great job! I love my nails!

Considering this past week I got my original dip and came off in 2 days!! A friend recommended me to Fusions. No doubt a good choice. Did not get the mans name who did my pedicure but he made it enjoyable and did a really good job. Heather did my dip nails, she did a very professional and clean job. I should for now on come on another day besides Saturday! Very busy! Still very good quality and would recommend to anyone!

The service was great! They greeted me immediately with a smile & a happy demeanor. I checked in & got straight in without a wait. The young lady who helped me was friendly & quick with the eye brow & lip wax. The eyebrows hadnt been done since Covid began, so she had to fix what I have been doing wrong for a year. She did a wonderful job & I will definitely be back!

Luke is fantastic and took extra time and care for my nails and toes to look perfect for my birthday party! He is patient, very kind and extremely talented!

Eric was my nail tech. He did an excellent job. I had gone to Arbor nails on County line Rd for dip nails, the tech did a horrible job. She even put gel polish over my dip polish 😒. Left polish on my fingers without cleaning it off. Rush, hideous job. This was my first time here and Im very pleased. Been to at least 6 different nail salons here and Ive finally found a great person to do dip nails.

I was upset because I made a 3oclock appt with Julie was not taken care of until 3:25 and they sent Luke. I said, oh appts make no difference, but I let him take care of me. I will return and see if I can make an appointment with Luke. Julie did apologize but I was trying to see if I made an appointment pp, why was she working on someone else. I did enjoy birthday song when I checked in!

Very courteous and efficient! Mary asked me multiple times “How do you feel?” She was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. I’ve never had a nail technician do that. Will definitely return.

Dalena is amazing. The entire staff is wonderful and kind. Best place for these services. They know me by by first name, Jennifer. I hope they see my review and know how much I appreciate them. They help me relax and spend time on myself. I highly recommend them.

I loved my nail tech. I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I wanted. The only problem was that she cut my finger a little while she was drilling my nails but other than that I loved my experience and will be returning.

Always clean. They are very good and you need an appointment as they can get busy but they will work you in. I have overlay on my big toes because of nail problems. But they did a great job and the overlay lasts.

Great service. After weeks of packing to move my nails and nerves were a mess, Ivy was friendly, kind, and professional. She did a pedi, dip mani, waxed my brows (first time Ive had that done since we went into quarantine 16 months ago!), and made me feel like myself again.

Received #3 pedicure which was fantastic! But I wanted the matching polish on my fingernails since I cant have acrylic/gel for work. My technician said that wont last long ill buff your nails to make them clean and shiny. I said again I dont care I just want want polish. Proceeded to NOT put polish on my nails and then charged $18 for a basic manicure. Happy birthday to me..

Ivy took good care of me it was my first time getting my nails done and she made me feel very comfortable I was able to relax And not worry about anything else. I was also grateful that she was very careful on my toes because I recently had part of my nail removed she made sure that she did not hurt me or get too close to where the nail have been recently removed. I am definitely coming back here soon and definitely would recommend Ivy!!

I spent $90 + on a polish change and pedicure in which I received the thickest overlay on my toes that I’ve ever received in my life . Their work def doesn’t match the prices . Never again.

This was my first time patronizing Fusion. Heather provided a complete set, she was amazing in completing the look that I wanted. I showed her a picture of the nail set and she amazed me. I will be back. My nails are functional and fashionable. Not to mention they look authentic. I had been going to another local nail shop for years but my attendant left, when I was offered another person, needless to say he did a terrible job. I will be making my appointments w/ Heather from now on!

After multiple bad experiences in Hazel green it was so great to enter a place where people made you feel good about getting your toes done. Im the caregiver to a hospice patient with 0 breaks for months. I needed a bit of tlc. Thank you for helping the old caregiver feel treated a little. Your value is not overlooked here. I promise.

I was in Huntsville visiting my son and needed my nails filled in. Fusion was recommended to me by a local. Heather made sure I received exactly what I ask for which was a French manicure using the Dip. I was very happy with the results. My nails look amazing!!

I came to this establishment on November 4, 2020. I wanted a simple dip polish with design on two fingers. I straight line on one and a V on another. The very next morning the paint starts peeling off two of my nails. One had a design. The other did not.I wanted a refund then and they told me they would fix it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them fix it. November 5, 2020 the very same day the polish started peeling again!I called and the person I spoke with made it known they understand I wanted a refund for the dip. I had also gotten a manicure and my eyebrows waxed, which I was happy with. He told me to come in to get a refund. I wasted my time driving 30 minutes across town with my 6 month old son for the third time in 3 days to be told it isnt the dip problem its the polish. I wont be getting a refund.Save your money or go somewhere else.

I got a Christmas design and was so very excited and thrilled to have her be able to do this for me as another place I have been wasn’t able to. She did impeccable and was so kind about it along with the other staff. I am a nurse so things like this just makes my day when I look down and see my nails while I am working long hours! Definitely plan on going back!

I used to visit a lot more often but now that I live towards the state line and work in Athens I can only come by once in a while after work to get a fill or a pedicure. Ive had multiple people work on my nails here and Ive never had any issues. After previously trying dip nails at other salons, Im convinced Loan Nguyen at Fusion is the best at dip nails in Huntsville. She recently did a fill in and gave me matte nails that look fabulous. One of the men there has worked on me and given me a beautiful French ombre set before, too. If you want good work and a relaxing atmosphere, goto Fusion!

The best salon I have ever visited. Everyone is so friendly, talented, and professional. I have been going for over a year now and will not go anywhere else.

I came here with high hopes after reading the reviews. Once seated and with a nail tech he cut my finger with the drill right away. Accidents happen but this one left a mark and blood. When I left after not being waited on further I was still charged ten bucks for the removal of my prior SNS, which I removed as I sat there by myself and left when it wasn’t fully taken off. Overall, bad experience.

Excellent service with Hannah. I got dip nails and a gel pedicure. She is professional, fast and my nails are perfect. She is by far my favorite technician.

Overpriced… gel Polish usually 5$ extra it’s 25$ here PLUS pedicure price .! I got French tips and my tips aren’t done right and are uneven .!!! One of them is half done! French tips isn’t even an entire nail painting and although it said polish included I still had to pay extra. Still tipped the lady but will never go back 53$ on just my toes and I didn’t get anything special

Lucy is THE BEST and THE SWEETEST! She does the best pedicures and the best gel overlay! She makes time for me even if I didnt have an appointment. She would try to squeeze me in.

Awful experience. Went to get a simple acrylic set , the tech went to remove my previous nail set and completely rips the nail off(no soaking in acetone before or anything) I complain that she’s hurting my nail and she continues until my nail is broken. I tell her that if she continues I wouldn’t be paying for it because my nail is now broken she says that they couldn’t do that so I left.

The spa itself was clean and the woman who did my hands was nice but the acrylic Is separated from my nail on 5 different fingers. It would be different if it had been a week or two I know it can happen naturally, but it’s been 3 hours. They did shape okay for what I asked for, I have somewhat slanted nail beds so I know it won’t be perfect. I also paid extra to have gel on top and it doesn’t even cover my whole nail, it looks like there’s been a whole week of growth since I went. The gel is messed up from where portions of my nail were missed and has Bumpy residue from them not cleaning my nails after acrylics before applying gel. The girl complimented my natural nails and then did a sub par job on them. They were friendly and it wasn’t super expensive but if you want your nails done right I would look elsewhere. The pedicure for the basic was nice and worth the money though, the chairs are comfy and good massages. Maybe if you get something other than acrylics it’ll be better quality. They worked quickly to get us in though and because they were friendly I tipped. Not the worst I’ve ever gotten but definitely not the quality I was told about. Would give 3.5 stars if possible.

One of the best salons so far. They dont lift like at the other salon I used to go to. Wish they were slight bit thicker, but all in all, amazing. I got to no one but Julie! Shes awesome!

I stopped by to have my polish changed in hopes of my nails being fixed because of the shoddy work of another salon. I was more than pleased by Luke! He not only changed the polish, he fixed every single nail that wonky, mis filed, and looking like amateur work. They turned out perfect!

I drive from Decatur to get great dipped nails. I love how they take precautions with hand washing and temperature checks to prevent the spread of Covid19. I feel safe getting my nails done there, and the quality is great.

I went here January 21st with my mom to get 2 pedicures. We get there sit in the pedicure chairs tell them which pedi we want they said no you get this one we were getting the 2nd one but they wouldnt leave us alone until we got the 3rd one listed. So we get it done the older lady doing my pedi went so hard with the grater thing I had to actually move foot out of her hands and found out later that spot on my foot had a cut from where she was doing it so hard. my mom barely got a massage and I didnt. She burned me with the hot stones and when I told her she laughed I was red for days where she used them.

I am very pleased with the service received.

They had a relaxed, fun, calm, relaxing environment for me to get my nails done at the end of a long day of work!

I am always pleased when I visit Fusion! Today, my schedule was hectic, and I didn’t make it to the nail spa until 6:15.... they close at 7. So I would have understood if they asked me to come back another day. But they asked me what I wanted to have done and were very gracious about the time. Stephen’s (the owner) wife took care of me and finished a few minutes after closing time... but they were pleasant and happy the whole time! I love this nail spa! Prices are very reasonable and the facility is clean!

I made both my pedicure and full set for Michael and Delena on Friday morning with Stephen. However, from what I was told someone made an appointment with Delena on Sunday, so she was double booked. I let the other customer keep her appointment and will reschedule a pedicure at a later day.

I really like it here, it’s close to where I work and unlike other salons they greet you when you walk in! everyone is smiling and friendly, and happy to take suggestions. the guy that did mine today pulled my chair out for me, they have hooks for your purse and he apologized for my wait (which was literally like 15 minutes). I was so pleased with the experience and i’ll be going back next time to get them done!

Heather Rocks. No matter how busy the shop is, she always make you feel as if you are the only one there. Customers love her and the total shop. Their health inspection number is always 100%. I have never seen it lower in the 3-years I have been a customer.

Terrible! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail place. The lady doing my nails was terribly rude and mean to me. If she wanted me to move my hand she would tap my hand and point where she wanted me to put it. My nails looked terrible, the top coat was bubbly, the color didn’t go to the edges of my nails and I had white chunks on the underside of my nails. I called the manager over and all he did was make excuses. He said that all I had to do was pick the white chunks off myself. Which I explained I shouldn’t have to finish my nails when I leave. He explained the bad polish was because I didn’t get “gel nails” but I’ve had my nails done plenty of times and they turn out fine.

Been going here for years, never had a problem. Went back the first time after they reopened during COVID. Didn’t get my usual, just wanted gel on real nails without overlay (normally get overlay), tech did a half way job, did a manicure that I didn’t ask for, either was questioned that’s what I wanted and everything was rushed. I ended up paying over $50 for gel nails that didn’t last 2 weeks. Finding another salon I can spend my money in.!

I get pedicures to get the dead skin off the bottom of my feet. I’ve seen Hannah three times and she is amazing.
