I thought that I knew the town I lived in, I thought I had a lot of connects across the city... I thought I had/knew a lot. But what I didnt know was that I was wrong. I listened to a story about how Leadership Huntsville changed the live of a few close friends, after showing a high sense of interest, I applied for Connect 21. I was convinced that I was far from qualified to be selected, the talented and respected graduates that I had researched really solidified that thought. Thankfully I was wrong, I was graciously given the opportunity to be a member of the 21st Connect Class. Through out the 9 months of this class we were introduced to every emotional aspect of our city/region/state/nation. We were pushed to endure so many different view points, solicited to ask respectfully provocative questions so that we can really dive to the root of humanity. These aspects would also allow us to see more to the issues we face every day, challenge our own thoughts and opinions. I could continue to rave about how this organization has changed my life. I can sum it up into a easy to understand statement: Leadership Greater Huntsville has taught me how to be a true Servant Leader in my every day life. Thank You Leadership!

Could not be more thrilled to have participated in a Leadership Greater Huntsville program this past year. This is a group of hard working people who give of themselves to grow and enrich our community. They pour into each person in any of their programs to help that person learn more out our community, and to learn more about ourselves, so that they we can all go on to achieve more than we ever thought possible. Couldnt ask for a better organization in Huntsville.

It was an honor to attend Leadership Huntsville. The speakers were superb, and the cadre that ran the course did it with professionalism and passion. I would highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to grow as a leader.

This program exceeded my expectations in every way. I learned so much about North Alabama; what we are doing great and where we need more help. I met so many great people and I’m using what I’ve learned and who I met to make a difference in this community. It’s a lot of work, but it’s extremely rewarding. I can’t recommend it enough. Everyone that goes through has the opportunity to make some kind of positive impact. The only downside for people applying in the future is that they can’t be part of L-32. It’s the best class ever.
