I came here after being diagnosed with a sprain. It was so painful I could not walk, all I had was a brace and crutches. I was told to wait and see. I came back 2 weeks later and did not feel any better. Again, wait and see. After 6 weeks I had an MRI and it was actually broken. What was I told to do then? Keep waiting, with my other foot developing tendonitis and my hands so sore from crutches that I couldn’t do anything. The doctor never actually did anything but called me in for regular appointments to squeeze me for money. Even if it had been a sprain, it would have been a grade 3 and required some kind of actual care. Don’t go here. They don’t take your pain seriously.

Extremely over-crowded building, appointments are never on time. They stick you with whoever they feel like. They want to get you in and out as FAST as possible. Dr. Gent did an okay job on my shoulder, but that does not make up for the awful process it has been dealing with this group. Let a REAL orthopedics group take care of you.

Dr Jablonnsky is an incredible surgeon and outstanding bedside manner. He has performed 2 knee surgeries(one on each knee). The first knee was complex soft tissue injury. He was the first to diagnose it. I feel blessed to have found such an outstanding ethical physician/surgeon. Look no further for your orthopedic surgeon who specializes in Knees and Hips. Thank you for repairing what no one else could and creating a pain free life for me post surgery.

Called on 8/17 to get my medical records. As i was explaining to the lady i needed to speak with a person in medical records and not a machine because i needed them that same day and had requested them 2 days prior. She rudley just transferred me over without saying a word. I work in the medical field that is not acceptable. Sue in medical records is fantastic. She was very helpful and kind. Didnt rush or ignore my needs. I wish i knew the other ladys name but she never said it..wonder why!?!

Id give the service 0 stars if possible. After being told I would hear from the surgery scheduler in 1-2 days I took it upon myself to call them after a week of nothing.... Informed that while they are understaffed and busy they had my file right there and had been meaning to give me a call. Asked when I would like to have my surgery I was informed that the doctor was busy for quite a few weeks and that the surgery time I would have liked, you know the one that Ive been trying to coordinate with my job just wasnt possible. I was hen told I needed to see a doctor just to get cleared for surgery but that doctor couldnt see me for 2 weeks so now were pushing 2 months of me needing surgery. I was also told that they would send everything to my insurance company for approval, well that was a lie. Nothing will be sent to my insurance company until 1-2 days before my surgery which doesnt seem right as they need to approve this in a timely fashion. Getting my records and finding another doctor ASAP since this office is clearly too busy to handle proper administration work while keeping patients properly informed.

I was referred to a so-called Back specialist named Dr. Jing Liang out of this office by the Centegra ER in Woodstock. So, I schedule an appointment and go. Out of all the back doctors Ive had to deal with over the past 7-8 years, this one was by far the worst. Heres a synopsis of my experience:I have a seat in her office and when she walks in, she literally looked like she just came from Woodfield Mall. She was in heels, blue jeans and a fashion jacket; no lab coat, no name tag. I wasnt sure if she was the doctor at first until she started rapid firing questions at me. And when I tried to answer, she would never let me finish; she interrupted me every time. And while I would try to answer, shed be typing and clicking around on her computer (not making eye contact and clearly half listening to me; probably google searching my symptoms). She shouldve had access to my x-rays since all the local Centegra facilities are linked up but I dont know if she ever looked at them. Either way, she did not seem confident about anything she was saying. In fact, she back-peddled twice about two different spontaneous diagnosis she made that she insisted were definitely the problem. And then when Id question her how she knows this for sure, shed say well I dont know for sure so lets order some really expensive CT and MRI scans and see. While Im sitting there completely confused and super unconfident about her, her diagnosis and recommended course of treatment, she types what I assume were notes and then literally got up and left. I got up a moment or two later and looked out the door and yelled Am I done here? I hear the clacking of her heals come around a corner and yap go talk to the lady at the end of the hall, shell set you up with an appointment. And then poof, gone again. No Have a nice day; It was nice meeting you; thanks for coming in; see you soon. Just walked away.. again. So, not only did this so-called doctor not look or act like a professional or inspire any confidence whatsoever, she literally treated me like I was in her way, like I was wasting her time. I had to waste 3 hours of my PTO time and probably will get a bill, which I dont intend to pay.My advice to anyone reading this, dont go here. Or at least, dont go here for the back specialist named Dr. Jing Liang. Total non-professional.
