They very nice and polite and professional very friendly 😊 I would recommend them to anyone if they lived in this area oh they also do bubble packs too for meds if you choose to have your meds done like bubble packed!

Very helpful and nice workers

I have never been in and out in an acceptable amount of time. I’ve never been here without an issue. They either lose the prescription, don’t tell them I’m waiting for a prescription, or tell me it will be a 10 min wait and it takes an hour. Never once have I had a smooth experience. This place is horrible.

Love getting all my prescriptions here

I needed a prescription filled for myself after being diagnosed with thrush. The pharmacy close to my appointment was closing and said my medication was on backorder anyway, that pharmacist was very rude, however, the pharmacy tech was super nice and suggested that I try Marshall Pharmacy. She said they were open 24 hours a day and because it was a Sunday evening after a full day of work, I called them. The pharmacy staff was very courteous on the phone and even nicer when I got there. They were sympathetic with me and my diagnosis and completed my prescription within a few minutes. So happy to have such great customer service at such a late time in the day. I was so tired from working 7 days a week and they were so pleasant. Thank you again! I will definitely use your services again!

Depends on what pharmacist you get. Some make up there own rules as they go. Very dissatisfied with this pharmacy. My husband has been on pain meds for 9 years. We both are in our 50s and we are treated like we are drug addicts. Awful

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with in my entire life- based on two horrible experiences and multiple smaller bad experiences. I called two prescriptions while having blood work done and was told it would take 20 minutes. I went to pick it up after the blood work (an hour later) and it wasnt ready. I waited for roughly 15 minutes and they called my name to come and pick up my order. When I got to the counter they only had one of my two prescriptions ready. I had to sit back down again. Another 15-20 minutes passed and my prescription still wasnt ready. I got in line and when i got to the counter my prescription wasnt ready and the employees were extremely rude to me. I finally decided to stand at a window that wasnt open, flag down a pharmacist, and demand my prescription.In my second experience I called in a prescription before bed one night and was waiting on a text confirmation. Never received it. I called it in again at 8 am the next morning and was told it would be ready in an hour. My mother went to pick it up for me on her lunch break (4 hours later) and the prescription was not ready after she waited in line for ages. I called the manager and she told me they had a 24-hour policy on refills. I had never heard of it. She transfered me to the pharmacy manager and I was told the same thing, even though I was told at 8 am that morning my prescription would be ready in an hour. The pharmacy manager was unspeakably rude and said Im not going to do this with you and put me on hold in mid-conversation. I hung up, called the pharmacy back and asked to speak to her again. I demanded they give my mother an emergency dose (it turns out they were OUT of my medicine after all) and made them fax my refill to another pharmacy. I will never deal with this pharmacy again. Stay away from them.
