Shafeena has been a big support and helped bring needed clarity to my life. I think she’s has a balanced approach because she is supportive but also tells you things like it is. I recommend her sooooo much!!

They never pick up calls!

I had been looking for a thurough, effective, relatable, and qualified therapist for over a year. I received a quick response from the first email I sent inquiring about services. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a kind and respectful therapist that wasn’t pushy or rude. Though the office itself is a bit out of my way, it’s worth the drive ! Quiet area, peaceful and CLEAN session space, and wonderful energy ! Shafeena is an absolute delight. She’s very attentive and thurough. I wish sessions were more often. This journey is a new one for me, but I’m so glad I made the right choice by going through Breakthrough Mental Health Counseling!
