I’ve gone here so many times over the past few years. They are my favorite place. The woman at the front desk is always polite and professional. Every masseuse I’ve gotten has been amazing. When my backs hurting or my muscles are knotted and tight, This is my go to place. I have gone in for walk ins many times, but being in Huntington Village, you should call ahead if your tight on time to ensure there is an open table

Every time I came here the massage experience was awful. I only come here out of desperation because of a stiff and sore neck but every time I come here they always make it worse.My last visit with them will be my last. I complained about how unpleasant my experience was and was scared they cause serious injury to me. When I politely brought up my complaint and asked if this establishment had licensed masseuses, I was met with an older guy from behind the desk. He took offense by simply asking if this place was licensed and started to harass me by cursing me out and poking me to instigate a physical altercation!!!! I was in complete shock that I was met with this level of abhorrent behavior by management.Words can’t describe the level of mistreatment this place offers. Judging managements reaction, it’s safe to say that this place is NOT LICENSED and most likely VIOLATES HEATH CODES and EMPLOYS ILLEGALS!Both locations are strongly advised to not be financially supported to avoid the mess and harassment I have endured.

This place is amazing! Their staff are responsive and make you feel relaxed and welcome. The prices are fabulous. Every time I visit my sister we make it a point to stop in for a foot massage.

I come here for relief from certain muscle spasms. The specialists are genuinely kind, focused, and helpful. The spa itself is more serene and spiritual than any other tui na establishment I have been to.

NEVER AGAIN.My wife and I had been here 2-3 times and had great foot massages. We came back today and despite having appointments they dont seat is next to one another, which wasnt ideal but fine.Im in the bed directly next to the thin door to the lobby, seperated by a folding barrier. Meanwhile, my wife is across from me next to the wall to the office. Both of us endure several loud conversations between the people up front and customers inquiring about their services as there is no sound proofing whatsoever. In addition to all that, my wifes neighbor, instead of me, is a very loudly snoring man.Not being able to relax at all, my wife asks if she can move to another bed away from the office and the snorer. They continue not to make any effort to quiet the man. Eventually they move her to a body massage room and continue. Not soon after, my massage is done and they give me my glasses and my wifes glasses so that she cant see when she finished a few minutes later and I have no idea where she is either. Additionally, after my wife is moved her new neighbors cell phone goes off several times without anyone making an effort to have her silence the device.We enter the lobby and the man running the place is glaring at me and sighing as if he is frustrated with us. After he glares at me without anyone saying anything - such as sorry about that, I finally ask how much it is and he proceeds to charge us the full price, despite my wife and I not having a relaxing experience to say the least and my wife not getting the full massage.They have absolutely lost out business. This was not the relaxing experience we were looking for in order to decompress after the prior days family funeral.

Full hour of solid foot massage starting though, with head, neck, arms and fingers. Very relaxing and worthwhile.
