Matt is such a meanie and unprofessional. Looks like Im not the only one to make a complaint about him. Will be calling corporate tomorrow. He needs to chill and not use condescending communication.

Horrible pharmacy new to the area and my insurance company only gave me one insurance card The pharmacist claimed I needed a whole other card, however when I called the Walgreens pharmacy at rite aid they could find me in the system no problem. No idea how that worked there but not here considering they are both Walgreens pharmacy but when Amy Crabtree (pharmacy manager) came to the speaker and yelled at me about needing another card because the pharmacist couldn’t figure it out and hadn’t even asked my birthdate to attempt to look me up in the system she was extremely extremely rude. Even when I called the other pharmacy and told them she said they had to contact her to get the transfer that she couldn’t just transfer it or contact them, the other lady laughed and said she already had her contact information and knew who she was and sorry I had to deal with her. So she must be well known in this area for the awful attitude she displayed to me in front of my family. Will never shop or use this store again. If I could rate this pharmacy 0 stars I would.

Pharmacy are very kind and quick

I live in an are that is in the middle of the Hepatitis A outbreak and wanted to be vaccinated. Even though our local health department was giving out shots for free, it was much more convenient for me to stop at the Walgreens that I pass by frequently. I went in and asked the pharmacist to look at my insurance cards and let me know if my insurance would pay for the vaccine. I was told it would and was given a receipt (after getting the vaccine) that said my insurance had saved me $113.99. My wife he asked about a Shingles shot and was told the insurance would also cover it. She had the shot and was given a receipt that said that our insurance had save her $169.99. Several weeks later I received two bills from Walgreens: one for $160.59 (a $9.40 adjustment had been made, insurance paid nothing) and one for $63.55 (a $50.44 adjustment had been made, insurance paid nothing). I returned to the pharmacy and questioned why I was told that the insurance would pay for the vaccine, but it did not. The pharmacist said it was just like going to a doctor and getting a prescription that may or may not be covered by insurance. I informed him that my doctor always lets me know if insurance covers an elective procedure or not before I decide if I want to proceed with it. The pharmacist just repeated what he said before. I have written a check for both bills and will mail them tomorrow, but I will not be using Walgreens for anything again.

Typically my go to pharmacy for my families needs. Recently had an experience with a pharmacist named Matt who I would describe as incredibly rude and inattentive. I tried to explain that I had to pay cash for one of my wifes medications while the other would be run through her insurance. I came back for the medication and realized that the medication price was not correct, he explained that I had told him wrong. I have never had a problem with this prior to my run in with Matt, and I hope he can learn to be polite to customers in the future and listen when they are expressing their needs.

Honestly, theres not much difference between Walgreens and CVS. For me, the location is more convenient than most other drug stores.

Great place to pick up a few things on the way home.

Only Walgreens in town, still better than all CVS, however still selling Vice ( Cigs, Beer ).

Watch your money here. It seems to disapear here. They will miscount and will be rude to you making you want to leave. Worst walgreens I have ever been to.

Superb service

Hands down the WORST Walgreens Ive ever been to. The staff at the pharmacy are slow and extremely rude and condescending to customers. Its nearly impossible to find anyone to help you locate anything or to scan your purchase.
