Vally Health is the best !Mr. David Whitmore is by far the best pediatrician in cabell County. 2 sick kids and was in and out with handly any wait ! Thanks you vally health and Dr. Whitmore for all you do for my babies

Always on task with you and get back with asap if there a problem or a question that didnt get answer in the correct way so yes all of mine family is a Valley Health patient has been since 1987 and we have had 2 doctors all this time which was ( Dr Donna cause no one could say her last name ) and Dr David Whitmore which he has save mine husband life and mine by not waiting for a certian thing not wait longer to make check in with speicaltis when we did to save our life listen to us when we say the kids or gbabies are sick to investigate it to see what it is and not just rush off say its nothing thats the doctors for our family and their family too ...

I have been a patient at different Valley Health facilities for 28 years! They have always treated me with respect and listened to what I have had to say. Valley Health is a great place for children and adults! All of my 7 children are patients too! I wouldn’t trust any other place.

They are always nice and polite and today I was told about the sliding fee program because my insurance through my employer had been cancelled because Ive been off work due to not being able to work because of a stroke and Im very thankful that the young lady told me about it.

Dr. Mani was great with my son. We were in and out fast but she did a thorough job. The staff is always pleasant.

Valley Health Systems are, in my opinion, the best doctors, and give referrals for skilled doctors who specialize in all your needs. I have been with Dr. David Whitmore of Valley Health, for a very long time. I could not fathom seeing anyone outside of this office.

At highlawn valley health I felt safe from thspread of covid while receiving professional medical care and advice promptly. Doesnt see children under 12years

Has been all 4 of my children’s doctors office for over 18 years. Obviously, we have always been satisfied with the office. Very perplexed and disturbed when I had to pick up a copy of my child’s immunization record today, I was not questioned or asked to provide any proof of identification whatsoever by front receptionist. My child is also now over the age of 18, which is even more concerning.

No complaints. Clean environment. Professional attitude.

Full of a bunch of quacks. I came in because of ear pain and the first doctor told me I had an infection without specifying what kind. She gave me an antibiotic that didnt help. I came back in a few weeks later for the ear pain and the second doctor again didnt specify what was wrong with me. She said there is some irritation in my ear and gave me ciprodex ear drops, and never specified to me or on the bottle how long to take it, when to take it, etc. Thank God my insurance covered the expensive medication, because that didnt work either and further irritated my ears. I will not be returning to valley health in regards to ear pain if I cant even get a simple diagnosis and treatment. Im willing to pay more to see a specialist who can actually figure out the problem.

If you have PEIA insurance, they overcharge you for co-payment, dont understand how the Comprehensive Care Partnership system works, never code things correctly so that your insurance pays appropriately. Also, I constantly have to call to see if I owe a balance, as I never get mailed anything even though my address on file is correct. Never had so much trouble with a billing department in my life. BUT The doctors are great.

Easy access from parking lot. There are pediatricians, psychologists, obgyn, and family doctors at this location.

The dentist Dr. Murphys office told my wife on the phone she would be receiving the twilight option. But when we got there the dentist was rude and said If you want that youll have to call someone else. Made her really uncomfortable he pulled the top ones and she couldnt stand anymore. To h*** with this place and him!

My experience at Valley Health was awesome as usual. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. The staff there is very good. I was taken in within 10 minutes after I arrived. The nurses and Dr Whitmore are great. I would recommend Valley Health to everyone.

I really like my daughters doctor. His name is Daniel Whitmore. He really listens to your ailments and problems with concern and tries to help.

I love how Dr. David Whitmore takes care of me. If I have any problems he searches until he finds the problem. 90% of the time when I tell him my complaints he already knows whats wrong. He is always kind and gets the job done. He and his staff are always kind, considerate, and helpful.

Valley health has helped me so many times. I love that they have a sliding scale for those in need and even with that, they still dont have a waiting list much longer than the average place. They treat their patients with respect and I think this place is great! Getting a bus here is a little tricky since it drops you off at the bottom of the hill, but the facility and prices here and great. They help so many people.

Have been going to Valley Health for about 20 years and I love it! They are always kind and helpful. In the 20 yrs Ive been going I have only had 2 times that I had a long wait. I have seen both of the Whitmores and Dr. Mani who is my primary physician and I love her! She takes time to listen to me and takes good care of me and my children and grandchildren.

Dr. Manimakela Raman, Dr. Whitmore, and his brother Dr. Whitmore are some of the best doctors Ive met. Their nurses are diligent and very friendly. This Valley Health location is quick and convenient. I love this place.

Let me start off by saying that I had called two days in a row, leaving messages for my daughter’s doctor. The first time, a prescription was sent to the pharmacy and nothing about the more critical condition was discussed. The second day I called and told the nurse about this issue and was told to bring her in. I took my daughter in as a walk-in and we didn’t see her pediatrician. Instead we saw Dr. Mani. I was not listened to about my child’s condition and basically got another prescription and pushed out the door.My daughter has had diarrhea for a few days now and it’s bad enough to blister her. I appreciated the prescriptions for the diaper rash but I wasn’t even asked about my child’s diet or temperament or what could have caused the diarrhea. I just kept being told to keep her hydrated (which I have) and that if it’s not better in a few days to come back. I understand that there’s nothing they can give her for the diarrhea because of how young she is but questions should have been asked to figure out if this is food related or a virus.This is the third time that I’ve been disappointed by their walk-in clinic.It seems as though they are too busy to ask the real questions unless you’re there for a scheduled appointment.

The whole experience was terrible. The incompetence and unprofessionalism was displayed from the get-go. No information given. Just told a prescription had been called in. No INFORMATION given concerning a diagnosis!!! Will not make a return visit!

Would NOT recommend dr Daniel whitmore to anyone! I called to try to switch my baby’s formula bc her belly has been hurting her & she hasn’t pooped in a week. He has a nurse call back & tell me try sensitive formula, she’s already on the sensitive!!! What dr wouldn’t know about there patients! So I told the lady that & she calls me back & tells me go buy & try a different formula! Some people aren’t rich & cant just go buy a 20+ can of formula & they really made me feel like I was a bad mom when I know I’m a very good mom. Just would not recommend he has never tried to sit down & explain & look at my daughter right he’s in & out the room before we know it.
