This Dental Group is very professional. Dr. Rongo and is assistant Karen were very understanding, patient and kind when it came to my daughter who suffers high anxiety and panic attacks. She had to have some dental work done they went over and above to help her feel comfortable and sensitive to her situation. The entire Group starting with Amanda and the others at the front desk always friendly helpful and kind. I’m sorry I don’t remember all of their names. We will continue to come to Pro Dental Huntington for all our dental needs. I am so grateful thank you all.

Having been here several times over a couple of years and unfortunately I have no desire to return.Dr Rongo seems to be a very competent practitioner, but his bedside manner has been unsatisfactory. I work in a major hospital and have never experienced a Dr talk over a patient, discussing treatment with the assistant without including the patient and then just walk out of the room, finished. I had to call him back once to have more work done because he just left without saying a word. I also feel I’m being constantly “upsold” to charge me more money for things that I honestly don’t know need to be done. When I ask questions about this he is short and dismissive in his response.Everyone else is very nice, but it’s left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s a Shame, I was hoping to remain a patient here.

Excellent, thorough and nice hygienist. Complete, thorough initial exam.Excellent, thorough, gentle dentist and assistants. Nice and accurate receptionists. Office clean, comfortable and accommodating. Initial repair work was done well and anticipate same for future work. Only suggestion is I wouldve liked a discussion and understanding of repair work urgently needed and suggested work (more than a printout) prior to work commencing and scheduling. Though a partial discussion was given after I inquired, and expect a full understanding of overall dental health after initial work completed. So far, excellent dental office.

Quite the experience if i do say so myself. From having a tough time schedule an appointment because of my busy schedule, the team here was super accommodating to me and making sure what worked best for me they’d make work. Opening and welcoming front desk staff to experts in the back who are making sure my pearly whites stay pearly forever. If you aren’t coming here you’re going to the wrong place.

I’m always a little nervous when I go to the dentist. Joanie went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and keep me relaxed. Her and the rest of the staff are very professional and do a phenomenal job. I’ve had a lot of work done at this practice and I’ve always been pleased with the results. I have endorsed this dentist office to many of my friends and family.

My family has been going to Joannie and Dr. Rongo forever, and my grandsons go and love them too. We moved up North a couple years ago, but still come back to them 3 or 4 times a year! They are the kindest, gentlest and friendliest team one could hope for, as well as extremely competent and professional. If theres an emergency, they somehow always fit us in, and there have been a few over the years. Maybe someday well have to find a dentist closer to home, but for now, the 3 hour drive is okay for peace of mind and friendly faces.

I had a bad tooth ache when I was out of state. I had to visit a dentist there who had a hard time identifying the tooth in question? My left side of my face was in pain. I said give me some mediation so I can see my own dentist. Dr. Rongo was able to identify the correct tooth and get started on a root canal. I was able to save the tooth and be out of pain.Thats why I always be a patient of Dr Rongo.!
