After an entire year of PT for very painful hips , no running, no skiing, and finding it difficult to get through a 12 hour shift, I was very dejected and almost ready for surgery. I came in for treatment for my first ever acupuncture appointment anywhere, so I didnt know what to expect. I tried many different methods for release in my left trapezius, neck and wrist. But most of it was only temporary and kept tightening back up sometimes as early as the next day. After going to Greg, everything has been released without any set backs and its been two weeks now. Im very pleased with my experience. The professionalism and friendliness of Greg and his staff are definitely a bonus as well.

I was experiencing neck/shoulder pain I thought was related to a bulging disk in my neck via an MRI. Greg quickly diagnosed the actual root cause of the pain was actually related to an old gym injury (sprained rotator cuff).After the first treatment I felt 60 to 70% better. After the second treatment I feel 90% better-- and now ABLE to work on strengthening the muscles in my shoulder and neck.I had completed months of physical therapy on my neck, but the problem never really got better because the issue was orginating in my shoulder. Greg quickly and accuratly solved the problem.I cannot recommend ETWA highly enough.

Without going through all the details I will say that if I could give Greg 10 stars, I would do it without any reservation. I, like many others came to acupuncture as a last resort. I had been to several doctors over the course of three years trying to get some therapy for a nerve issue that caused unbearable itching. I was living on ice packs during the night, every night. After reading on a support group that acupuncture had helped some, I gave East to West a try. I was desperate for relief.Greg was honest about a course of treatments and that after 5 we would know whether or not we would be successful. The first two were uneventful but by the fourth my itching had decreased to 1 ice pack a night. Fast forward I see Greg once a month and my pain is managed. This man was the only who knew what I had and would not give up on the treatment. Aside from being knowledgeable, he is empathic, and believes intrinsically that this is the path to wellness.I am so grateful to have found this practice. Would not recommend visiting east to west. It is an uncomfortable, not- relaxing environment. Of all the acupuncture practices I have visited, this is the least clean and least enjoyable of them all. The staff does not change the blankets and pillows between each patient. It was very loud when I had visited and not relaxing at all.There are better places out there to get the same, if not better results.**In response to your reply— I have been there, so has has my mother and brother many times.. please check your system again.

I came to East to West Acupuncture for a sprained MCL. In only 3 sessions my knee felt significantly better if not back to normal. Greg is extremely sweet and makes his patients feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend this business.

This place is amazing. I did a google search after experiencing some bad back pain. I was able to get scheduled the same day I called which was pretty awesome. This gentleman had me healed in LITERALLY 30 minutes. I was amazed at how quick the results were. After 5 years of constant pain in my Achilles from sports injuries, I consulted with several surgeons about next steps. I have been seeing Greg and his staff for about 3 months. I am completely amazed at the progress that they have achieved and I am living life relatively pain free. As a retired member of the us whitewater team my body has taken a beating. I was having severe pain for almost 10 years. I have been to physical therapy, multiply doctors and chiropractors. I can’t say enough about Greg McCue. I have had tremendous foot pain for almost 2 years and have tried orthotics, injections, physical therapy, athletic stretch support bands and other ankle and foot supports. Since I could remember I’ve always wanted to become a mom. At the early age of 14, I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, better know as, PCOS. I was in constant pain and never had a regular period. I remember not understanding; what does this actually mean for me? Will I be able to have children?Many years later, after being married less than a year, my husband and I couldn’t wait to have a baby! I immediately made an appointment with my OBGYN to discuss the odds of us being able to conceive. They told me I would most likely need to take several hormonal medication to regulate my cycle (as it was totally irregular), blow out my Fallopian tubes to help the conceiving process, and be open to the idea of IUI or IVF since it’s usually the end result. I was sick, depressed, upset and physically ill from the Syndrome. It was so upsetting to think I would have to go through all of these procedures and possibly end up with nothing.After weighing all my options and taking advice from a very good friend of mine, I decided to call Greg at Rising Tide Acupuncture. I was scared, afraid, and unsure if I was “wasting time” by getting treated with “needles” rather than listening the the OBGYN. Greg was kind, reassuring, patient with me, and most off all EXTREMELY knowledgeable about my syndrome. After only the first visit, he made me feel my decision was the right decision. First, he treated me for my excessive fevers, chills, and severe body aches. My entire life I suffered from these symptoms and within a few weeks of treatment they were gone! After, he worked on regulating my menstral cycle (which has NEVER been regulated since the day of my first period). Which he regulated after only a few months of treatment. Finally, we worked on getting my body right to conceive a beautiful little baby. Greg treated me 2 times a week for several weeks. On November 21, 2016, I went for a checkup at my OBGYN to document the progress Greg and I have been making with my PCOS and to get a monthly blood test to test my levels. The appointment went as usual and they told me to call the next day for results. On November 22, 2016 at around 12 noon, my life was changed for the better..... I WAS PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe the doctor on the other end and they couldn’t believe the news either!!Besides my husband, of course, Greg was the FIRST one to know! We continued treatment to keep me healthy and the baby healthy! For the first trimester we continued with the 2 times a week and eventually switched to once a week.I am forever indebted to Greg. I owe it all to him. I owed it all to his patience, his staff, his time, his knowledge. He is one of the greatest people and doctors I know!! Because of him, on July 21, 2017 weighing in at 8lb 13oz the most beautiful baby girl was born, Penelope Joy, the greatest gift of our lives.A HUGE thank you to Greg and his amazing staff. I have been a patient at Rising Tide since June. Greg has been helping me with my fertility issues. Never in my life did I have regular cycles (due to PCOS- Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome), but after just 2 months my cycles are now regular. During the first week of treatment I had an internal sonogram done with my OBGYN who confirmed I had 4 large cysts on my ovaries. Just one month after beginning treatment with Greg, 3 of the cysts completely disappeared and the 4th was very small. For the first time in 2 years I went off all medications and trusted his diagnosis and treatment. Im so glad that I did! Greg is professional, kind and SO knowledgeable. He is a master at his craft and I always leave the office feeling relaxed and calm. Greg is very responsive and answers any questions I have between sessions.
