I needed a new pillow - a seemingly simple and quick task. I never have time to shop and i was walking by at the WW mall. Fred helped me and explained the differences between all the new technology and made it super simple to try out the pillows. It was such a lovely experience. I just might go back and buy a mattress when I’m ready!

I dealt with Franklin, the store manager when buying my king Pro Adapt firm mattress. He was no pressure but rather wanted me to understand the differences in the mattresses and bases so I could make my own decision. After going home and deciding which mattress I wanted, I bought the mattress on a different day and actually drove one hour each way to buy it from Franklin rather than just buying it online or from somewhere closer. In my book, thats a real compliment to the salesman; a real gentleman.Now Im just waiting until delivery. Ive slept on a tempur-pedic for the last 17 years so I dont expect to be disappointed.

I felt completely safe while Franklin let me test the beds. They are covering with protective sanitary sheets and sanitizing them after. Masks are being worn.I cant wait to finally get a good nights sleep.

Just bought a Luxe-Breeze king bed from John. He explained all the benefits of having a breeze bed considering I sweat at night. Coming from a traditional spring mattresses I was blown away how comfortable the bed was and he talked about the 90 night sleep trial and 10 year warranty. I felt no pressure to buy the bed when we first tried the bed out and he answered all my questions. Great customer service!

Shopping at this location was a great experience. I had both of my kids with me and I still felt relaxed. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and attentive. We desperately needed a new mattress. Ours was about 10 years old. I havent slept this well in years. Always tossing and turning. The mattress arrived a few days ago. Just experienced an amazing shopping experience. Walked into the Tempur-Pedic showroom at The Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington to shop for a mattress.
