I just went to Cryo Body Health for a Cryotherapy session! Ive had chronic back pain for years and nothing was really working for the pain so I decided to try Cryotherapy. It worked for me! After a few consecutive sessions, my pain felt better. Ive been to a few places since then but this place was awesome! It has a great zen like environment and is extremely clean. Location is great as well being across the street from the Walt Whitman mall and there is a Hand and Stone underneath where I get my massages and facials. Nothing like getting cryo and a massage right after!The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to tell Alexa to play my favorite song of the moment while I was getting my session which I loved and it made the 3 freezing minutes go by that much faster. The machine itself got much colder and spreads the cold more evenly than others that Ive tried which is also incredible. It definitely makes for a whole body experience!The best part of it all are the packages and the prices. Ive bought Groupons for other places that Ive tried and the Cryo Body Health prices in general even beat most of the Groupon prices. They even have first time specials.I will definitely be going back! I think I finally found my Cryo home.
