I went into this center today to inquire about signing up. I explained to them that I am Jewish and we keep a Kosher home and I can’t eat non kosher food in the home. However because I work I only eat 1 meal a day at home. The rest of my meals are eaten out of the home and do not have to be kosher (and can be Jenny Craig). I asked if I would be able to join the program eating all of my meals through Jenny and one meal a day prepared by me. The woman I was working with went to ask the manager. She told her “she wants to know if she can do the program without the dinner” and the manager answered “No”. The manager did not ask any questions as to why. Just no and I was told I could leave. I completely understand that they have policies that are 100% not flexible but I would have appreciated if the manager would have taken a minute or two to ask me why and see if there is a way to accommodate me. The customer service experience here is terrible. I felt dismissed and was given the vibe that they don’t want my business.
