Highly disappointing. Booked a session for my 22 year old daughter and it was done by Zoom. The session barely lasted 40 minutes and she told me my daughter needed a Psychiatrist or she wouldnt work with us (my daughter has no risk of self harm). How she could deduce this in less than 40 minutes is laughable. Luckily, we found a great therapist who actually sees people in person and didnt at all feel the need for a Psychiatrist for basic anxiety and social phobias. Biggest waste of money.

An excellent therapist serves as a guide, helping us to resolve the problems that we can, and to cope with problems that may be unsolvable. Such work is deeply personal and requires trust. Ms. Saks is exceptional in developing the necessary safe environment required to derive the most out of therapy. She is warm, engaging and insightful. She is a careful and astute listener, and is particularly adept in posing questions that prompt deeper thought and clarity in the patient. Those in her care will reap the benefits of working with an empathic and highly skilled practitioner. I recommend her with the highest praise.
