Sebastian and Stephanie at the front desk were so welcoming! Sebastian made the check in progress quick & easy! I saw the doctor a few minutes after being checked. Dr. Kareema talked me through the entire appointment! The entire team made me feel safe and comfortable! Will go to them all the time

I was very nervous I have had such bad experiences in dentistry. I can’t tell you from the time I walked in the door to the time I left it was a wonderful experience. The hygienist was so compassionate and made me feel better she talked me through the process of my cleaning and the doctor came in to see me and she helped me with my anxiety and made me feel so comfortable. I have never felt this way in a dental office everyone was so pleasant, attentive to my anxiety, and was very thorough and professional. So glad I came having my whole family come from now on. I have finally found a dentist that’s compassionate and understands my needs. Thank you to you all!!

Melissa is a great hygienist. I just got my cleaning done and she did an excellent job!! At Nay Dental everyone is so professional and they make you feel comfortable. Dr. Nay is very detailed oriented, she has done fillings for me that last 15+ years. I’ve gone to this office since I was little and my mom used to take me there. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!! 👍🏻

This was the best dentist visit I’ve ever been too. There was 0 wait time. THEY ARE ALL SO NICE. Stephanie was so sweet, Melissa cleaned my teeth so well, and the doctor answered all my questions and gave me such good insight on what I needed moving forward. Not to mention they gave me flowers for Valentine’s Day with my toothbrush and tooth paste package. 10/10 would recommend you go here. Very clean and organized.

I feel lucky that Dr. Nay Dental office accepted my insurance.Her office is very clean and strict COVID-19 rules before they start working on patient teeth exam.Dr. Kareema she is so nice doctor and very patients explain all issue of my teeth.Staff in her office always treated me with the utmost politeness, especially Hygienist Melissa, Sandra...Dr. Kareema did four extraction on my upper teeth today, it is a hard job on her and me, but she comforting me with her gentle voice when she thought might cause me discomfort, she will said I am sorry You did a good job...Are you okay? Are you feel pain?I thought, in my neighborhood or community have a dentist like her is our treasure. (12/20/2020)

These people are very professional they’re very polite they’re very courteous they’re very clean and they are very punctual. Not one time have I felt any pain or had any problems with Melissa or any of her staff. I would recommend Nat dental to all of my family and my friends. As a matter of fact my parents go there as well.

Ive only been going to this dentist for about three months. In that time Ive had five or six fillings fall out over the course of about a month. They wouldnt really take the blame and constantly made excuses. I missed a fair amount of work because of this and all the repairs for the bad fillings were done without numbing my teeth so each of the appointments were uncomfortable in the extreme. I really didnt feel like they cared at all about the situation.Only positives were that they didnt charge me for the repairs and they were quick to act.Would not recommend this dentist in the slightest.

When the person calls to make an appointment they should inform him that when he is already on the site he has to call the Office, if not that until one is inside they tell him that he has to call and wait outside, if they had a little more coordination ,.
