I love the dentist and the staffs, they were super nice with my daughter. The only thing that changed was the toys the kids received after the appointment. My daughter was very disappointed that she didn’t received any toy.

I think they should unwrap utensils that are going to be used on a kid infront of them. And if not been done the keyboard and mouse should be cleaned after each patient. I noticed that some assistants especially males use the computer with the same gloves they are going to touch the patient. Either take them off or change them after using the computer. It is really hard to tell when a patient has Covid-19 and many are not able to get vaccinated.

We are long time patients of Kids Dental Place-Huntington Park. Weve taken my son there for many years and every time we go it is a pleasant experience. The staff is always so polite and treat us with courtesy.The Assistants are always patience and explain what they are doing. Dentist explains procedures and communicates directly with my son, taking him into consideration.The set up is inviting with lots of TV screens showing kid friendly movies. The hand drawn art work on the walls helps to create a calm environment.I only wish they would take Care Credit for payment and that their insurance check was done in a more timely manner.

Amazing staff I love this dentist. Just sucks that for the last 3 visits they don’t give toys for the kids anymore since my daughter always looks forward to get a toy at the end.

I was recommended by my sister and for my First time experience it went great for my son. The staff are very polite and made us feel safe. My son loved it and said he liked it because they showed him and explained to him what they were going to do to him and in fact were really nice and polite with him. Keep in mind my son is only five and he is well with speaking his mind and how he feels. I really do recommend and was highly satisfied with my visit.

I took my son for his 1st visit because he had a bad tooth ache. The the staff and assistants gave us a nice warm welcome and were very nice, friendly and informative. The office is decorated very beautifully and fun for the kids. The process of my son being checked in was very safe, easy and smooth. The Doctor was knowledgeable, patient with my son and made my son feel at ease, considering he had to get a tooth pulled. On the ride home, my son kept talking about how nice everyone was and all the cool details he noticed in the office. I’m extremely happy I found Kids Dental Place and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I been taking my kids to kids dental for about 3 yrs now and I’m happy with their services. I like how parents are allow to go in with the their children. And I’m thankful to the Dr.s and Assistants for their patience with my kids since my now 4 and 5 yr still cry a lot for teeth cleaning. And they take their time for them to calm down to continue with the procedure. I was recommend by a friend to bring my kids to kids dental and I’m glad I did. I recommend it to everyone too.

Usually don’t have anything bad to say I really enjoy bringing my daughter here. Though, yesterday when I went the receptionist that was working with long hair was having a hard day I guess the system was down. To be honest I was understanding but she had such an attitude even when she forgot to do a COVID check on us and confirm our appointment. I was sitting for 50 minutes and she tried to blame me after she made me use the kiosk to sign in. Anyway the other receptionist with glasses was amazing and she apologized for the long wait. If u can’t handle multitasking and providing some decent customer service maybe u need to look at other options. Overall dentist staff is amazing! Just beware of passive aggressive receptionist. 😊

Ive been taking my son to Kids Dental Place for about 4 years now and weve always had a great experience! My son enjoys going to the dentist. All staff, from front desk to the dentist, greet you with a smile and are very helpful. I really recommend it.

I was referred by my sister and I am beyond happy. They try to calm my son everytime by explaining whats going to happen since we had bad experiences elsewhere. I take my daughter here now and she loves it and its not scared.

I really like kids dental place for my kids personally. The decorative walls for the kids my son loved it, the staff was super helpful and the dentist was very gentle with both of my kids.

Nice dentist and always clean. My son has been coming here since he was 3 he is now 11.

This is my 3rd time bringing my son here, and it has been pretty good. They have really good customer service.Dr.s, assistants, manager are awesome. They work as a team. There was quiet a wait, but Im guessing its due to the virus. They have good prices for cash patients which is great.They care not only for their patients but for everyone else in their office.

There awesome my daughter referred me too them and yes I loved the staff the dentist was jus wonderful they gave my child 5 implants and they look amazing ... I would highly recommend this place

Very UNPROFESSIONAL and they don’t see you over one hour later of your appointment - and that happen ALL THE TIME..!SEE PREVIOUS REVIEWS AND YOU WILL VERIFY WHAT I JUST Mentioned and share with you.. go to another location or another PLACE..!They give you a time for your appointment but they see you 45 minutes or 1 hour and 20 minutes later (??) nobody came to me and said something about why they were not able to help me.. very rude the Manager in charge..! Very unprofessional Manager.. - the staff at front desks very professional- but the manager very RUDE..what is the purpose of the appointment if they will see you a different time or more than 1 hour after..!!!!

First of all I wanna say that I have never seen a dental office like the one I my daughter saw this amazing Doctors, Dental Assistant are amazing Customer service as well. I recommend Parents out there that have kids this place is safe clean and no one will harm your kids. I had bad experience on a different dental office they did damage to my daughters mouth. The Doctor & Dental Asst. talked to my daughter through the whole procedure making her feel comfortable and safe and for me that’s like a five stars if I could give 20 I’ll give them. Such wonderful staff and Doctors. They are on point with the appointments if appointment is at 10 they will call you in within 10-15 mins and be out before 11. They have small TVs everywhere even on the ceiling so kids can be distracted while treated. I live in south LA and don’t mind driving the 25 mins for a good dentist for my kids. Highly recommend.

If I Could I’d put 0 stars, every time I come here with an “appointment “ I end up waiting over 1 hour to get called in, it’s sad because I like the doctors but waiting time with a so called appointment is ridiculous, you guys should be considerate of your clients time. It is very unprofessional. Changing my child’s dentist, this is the 3rd time this happens.

It’s a circus at this place!! They run it like an assembly line. They will have you wait for hours without explanation. And when your kids finally see the dentist they try and go in and out. How can this be okay? DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

The staff here is always very welcoming and the doctors are great! Both my 11 year old and 6 year old have gotten work done over at the Bell, CA location and we are happy to be here in Huntington Park now. They try to make your child’s experience here as good as can be; who likes dental visits?!?

I took my 3 daughters yesturday the doctors and helpers were amazing I love this dentist very caring with their patient.

Every time i go with my family the girls in the front welcome us with the best attitude. Always looking concern about everything i say. Even when you call in they always answer and always help. I love taking my 2 kids here. They offer treats for the kids before and after. They make it a fun trip to the dentist they really do. Face paintings, toys, snacks, movies, and more. The staff and the dentist go beyond to make sure everything is being met. The wait is a bit long sometimes but these dentist dont rush they take their time when you are there so thats a good thing not a bad thing. I recommend this dental office to all families. Customer service is the best here.

I’ve been taking my daughter here for about a year & now my son goes here . The staff is really friendly & the dentist / dental assistants explain everything to me so i have a better understanding of what treatments my daughter will need . The wait time is a little long , but that’s understandable since it is a dental office & it does take time .Overall , i love it here and my kid’s love it too

Took my daughter for her first dental check up. Was a bit nervous for her because she gets scared with strangers and becomes uncooperative like when they try to take her vitals at the doctors office.This place doesnt look like much from the outside but i was very surprised when i walked in. Its decorated very modern and fun. They had sports on one TV and Disney Channel on the other. They had a face painter in the waiting area dressed as Snow White. I havent been inside a childrens dental office in a long time so i didnt know what to expect so this was definitely a pleasant surprise.The staff was very welcoming. The receptionist was warm and friendly. We were called in pretty fast. I expected to wait a long time because the waiting room was packed. A dental assistant gave us a tour of their back office where all the action takes place. It is very clean and modern but in a fun way for the kids. In our room we were presented with a welcoming gift (4 big colorful water bottles) and balloons. My daughter was nervous at first but felt more at ease because Frozen was playing in a screen above her on the exam chair.The assistant and dentist were nice and informative. As we walked out a nurse offered my daughter another gift for actually being cooperative and for not having cavities. It was so hot that day that we considered just hanging around for a while because it was co cool inside, too. Overall, I am really looking forward to my daughters 6 month follow up so we can come back here.

Id give it 5 stars but the music they were playing was very innapropriate for kids. All the songs were talking about was sex. I think its not appropriate for a kids dental place. I would really appreciate if they played something different.

Im not mad, Im just disappointed. This dental office was fine before and weve had relatively pleasant experiences. However, today was not the case.... I took my son to his appointment scheduled for 2:30 pm. At 2:15 I called saying I may be 15 minutes late. The receptionist said that was fine. I get to the office at 2:40pm. Its now 4:00 pm and I just left the office WITHOUT MY SON BEING SEEN. Thats how long I waited before giving up. I work for a dental office but chose to continue going here due to a more kid friendly ambiance. During my wait, no one would check in and let me know how much longer they would be, what the hold up was, or gave me the option to possibly reschedule this appointment. I already had this appointment rescheduled because the Doctor was sick (which I understood completely). But then I am left waiting for over an hour without any updates. My husband had to ask what the holdup was. We were told when a room was available, we would be next... multiple people were let in, after we were told we were next. I even saw the front staff look at me from time to time, maybe with good intentions but no one spoke to keep my nerves at ease. Poor customer service though staff is friendly. Office is cute for kids. But I dont think I will be going back. The place and staff have potential but it is not being executed. Its a shame.

Zero stars ! Warning dont come to this place! Spent 3 hours waiting eventhough I made an appointment and they were still taking walk ins . Just switched to the dentist 1 block from there and much better now!

To start off please read all the other negative reviews down here, it’s not the first time. They are very very incencitive with the kids, they are harsh and hurt them. They get upset for denying other procedures. This place has really exceeded bad customer service. My mother took my siblings to get a regular cleaning and they bashed on her for denying further services that were not needed. They were forcing a 9 year old to get a crown!! Then they went as far as intimidating her by saying that the nerves are connected to the heart and that could put his life in risk! This is so unnecessary, dental assistants making a family feel uncomfortable and intimidating. Lots of dental offices are known for exaggerating procedures to charge insurance. Not only this but this a dental office that is located in a Hispanic area and they clearly got upset b/c my mother didn’t accept further procedures for the kids that they denied her documentation of the procedures in Spanish! Their excuse was b/c the assistant that was in charge of Spanish documentation was busy at the moment and gave her an English, even after my mother asked twice for a Spanish one b/c she didn’t understand English and they said NO! Not to mention that they made her sign a document that was not in her language after she told them she didn’t understand it and if they could please provide one in Spanish. We will be contacting the insurance to file a claim against them intimidating my mother and the kids, and threatening them.Do not recommend this dentist, dental offices should not be treating families this way.

Its a ok dental place for kids but the issue with this place is that they let you wait a while like 1 hour to call you for xrays only then they call you like an 1 hour after too be seen the dentist it just take forever too be seen and also the people working here like to talk alot and forgets about the patient😔😔😔😔😖😖

He had already missed an inconvenience. But this time it was too much.The first time, they gave me an appointment, which I attended and at the reception they said that I did not have one, for that day.I had the evidence well, they gave me a card with the date and time of it.Today 13/9/21 I had an appointment at 3:30, we were waiting for more than an hour and they did not call my children.I asked the receptionist why the other people who were just arriving came first and her answer was: that they were going to treatment.My annoyance is, because others have priority?Thats why theyre supposed to date.The truth is, this is a country where we have to do magic to be able to get to our childrens appointments, on time, and this kind of thing is not acceptable.

I like this place because the receptionists are very friendly as are the dental assistants and not to mention the dentists, they all treat you with respect and kindness, they answer your questions and doubts that you have, they always had to tie my son up and Not with them anymore, I like that a lot, the only thing that I dont like is that they dont accept my insurance and I have to pay 😅😅

For patient care super good I have no complaints but regarding the time one has to wait to be treated is a long time because they forget that we are in a pandemic 😷 and their patients are Children to wait 2 hours so that they can go to the hospital My children have been serving for more than 3 years, oh, but now with this time, the second time it takes me 2 hours for them to be attended to, I think Im going to have to think about whether to return or not.

Highly recommended all the friendly staff, from front desk to back ... they all have experience when working with the little ones. And the facilities, very clean and adapted also for that matter, have screens x today parts to distract them from work around the world, screens on the ceiling for the entertainment of the little ones, in their treatment. . . Cant take photos by rule. Just this ... he liked this. Wall to my little one.

Their service is good, but I dont like that they didnt give me the crowns for my daughters teeth, who guarantees that they wont use those crowns on other children. It is not correct, not for me. Otherwise its fine, everything clean.

We wait for patients when it comes time to enter, it was follow-up in a treatment for my son after waiting more than an hour for the doctor, they ask me what I want to do because they could not take the x-rays well and that the tooth cannot be worked, if I want to return I answered that we were not going to lose the day after a month of having made the appointment that they will work in the other part that they already had the times x, the assistant was upset because I told them that for the other visit they would make sure that someone who knows how to drink X-ray I did it because I took 6 impressions of a single tooth and it did not do well the doctor did not want to work for not having x-rays and it was not good for El Niño to try more, they worked with him on another and it was painful for El Niño They no longer had the same attention after I told them that someone who knows how to do them would take x-rays the next time.

The place is beautiful, all the staff are very friendly and they treat my child very well.

They gave me my childrens date when everyone was at lunch and they still get angry when I told them that it was not my mistake but theirs. Girls inside just gossip and little work. Before the service was excellent but they changed a lot of staff and the service is very ugly today.

It is very good but what I do not like is that if they give him the appointment at 1:00 they have been spending it at 3:00 a long time ago.

At first it was nice for my children to go but lately they treat them very roughly, they all want to do it quickly and today was the worst my daughter had a cavity removed without anesthesia and she cried a lot and my son was thoroughly cleaned and it was very painful for him And even though he screamed and screamed and was bleeding, they didnt stop until I intervened, my children already dread returning.
