I contacted the public works department to get information on water submeters. Public works told me they are not the ones who handle those issues, so I was then directed to Engineering. Well, engineering had the same story and I was once again transferred. I was transferred to 4 different departments (all who told me they were not in charge of such matters) and was then transferred BACK to Public Works, the number I initially contacted. After expressing my displeasure with being transferred back to where I started post multiple transfers, public works transferred me AGAIN to a voice mail, and I have not gotten a return call.Does anybody know whats going on in this building? Goodness.
