Love this place! They give the facials & do the best manicure ever! Customer service is always a 5 star!

I called the morning before a big trip and needed to get in for a facial desperately. There weren’t any open appointments, but the receptionist (I can’t remember her name), was amazing and called me back when there was a cancellation so I could get in. Once I got there the owner Ronica did my facial and she was fantastic. She took her time and explained all the steps and how they would help with my issues. She gave me some great suggestions for my home routine and I will definitely be using her going forward. Can’t say enough good things

Natasha was amazing as a masseuse! One of the best massages Ive ever had. The spa is quiet, clean, and reasonable.

I’ve had major improvement with my posture and tight muscles since going that I’ve been able to cut back from multiple times a week to once a month and feel better than ever.

Bottom line - it’s worth it. I’ve been going here since September 2017 and travel from San Pedro, CA. OC is definitely the go to spot for relaxation and wellness. They provide world class services and the owner, Ronica is very skillful and knowledgeable to your specific concerns or needs. I’ve gotten massages, facials and permanent makeup. I’ve used their infrared sauna. There are others services OC provides that I’ll be making an appointment for. This spa is a one stop shop for me :).

The entire staff was amazing towards my girlfriend and myself. The owner was incredibly nice and made the effort to really get to know us. Highly recommend The OC Spa!!Its been a month now. Although the staff was great and the owner was very engaging. The Botox my girlfriend received was of extremely low quality. Would not recommend Dr Bloom. I feel he may of somehow water downed the treatment after saying he would not of given us the deal that the owner gave us.

My friend told me about a great deal she found for spa services, so another friend and I decided to try it out.My friend and I purchased the 50% off massage, scalp treatment, infrared sauna package.First, there was an error on the side of the reception desk regarding our appointments, but they were able to fit us in 5 hours later in the day. Second, I did not receive all the services promised to me. Third, the quiet waiting area is practically a closet and is just 2 chairs outside of one of the massage room, so there is traffic coming in and out. It wasnt what I would expect of a spa. Fourth, the shower facilities are lacking. There isnt a locker room to store my personal items or lotion or hair product to use after the shower.Although the price was hard to beat, the facilities were very disappointing. It didnt feel like a spa to me at all. Id rather pay a little more and go to a spa that gives me a real sense of luxury and relaxation.

My friends and I pulled up around 1pm, the valet (Its free) was patient while we got our stuff out of my vehicle. We even joked about me losing the ticket and he suggest we take a picture now.

I had never had a facial before. I was scheduled for one with Ronica who is friendly and very helpful. She made sure I was comfortable and addressed the areas I was having trouble with. When I left my skin already felt a million times better.

Brought my wife here for some much needed R&R. She was very happy with her treatments and will be returning. Thank you.

GO TO TIFINI FOR ALL YOUR SKIN CARE NEEDS! i am EXTREMELY particular about the way i like my eyebrows. people always make them too thin or uneven and it drives me nuts. tifini listened REALLY closely to the way that i wanted my brows done, repeated back to me what she heard, and made sure every step of the way that she was doing what i wanted and they look PERFECT! i have also been to her for my brazilian wax and she worked quickly and thoroughly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. plus, her facials are great because you can tell that she REALLY knows her stuff and really enjoys making people glow, which i appreciate. overall, she has always been the perfect balance between professional and friendly.

Excellent massage therapists and a phenomenal doctor that provides Botox and fillers.
