I love Dr. Rapoport she has been there for me in my darkest hours and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a fabulous, intelligent and extremely caring doctor. I wouldn’t go to anyone else if you paid me!! She will fight for you medically and always make sure you are ok before you leave her office. I have been to many doctors prior and Dr. Rapoport is one of the best she is so deeply caring about everything you are experiencing with your migraines or whatever else is going on and she understands your pain. She is compassionate and takes her time to be sure she has addressed all your issues in every way she possibly can.Let’s get one thing straight about her staff. This past year has been hard on everyone and this office is no exception. They have struggled like all staff but they have been great throughout all of this and unless you think you can do better be careful how you judge It’s not easy juggling everything they do. I find them doing a great job considering the circumstances. Have a little patience.

Have seen and experienced several Neurologist and Doctors since my Severe accident that put me in a coma for 7 weeks. Dr. Rapoport was by far one of the most educated, dedicated and truly sincere Drs that I had the pleasure of seeing. Her front office crew is on point and I have no clue how so many people have posted negative reviews about such an efficient Dr and office which is very hard to find nowadays. Would definitely recommend Dr. Rapoport if you want to see a good Neurologist because there are very few in Orange County.

While Dr. Rapoport is an understanding and nice Doctor, the front desk is so slow!! It can take months to get ahold of anybody, they never return phone calls or even call to remind you about your appointment. Once you finally get an appointment dont bother showing up on time or early because you are waiting over 45 minutes for your visit, and they will take people who showed up after you because their appointment was before yours. Its really quite disappointing. ALSO, dont forget the $2 youll need just to get your parking validated.

Ive been a patient of Dr Rapoport for several years and although shes a wonderful doctor ber staff ARE HORRIBLE !!! Im changing my entire insurance plan to be treated somewhere else. I really hope the doctor sees this . Her staff are rude, unprofessional, and lie because they are lazy and do the least for the patient. I cant believe they still work there . They should be reported and fired. These are some of the most sensitive patients with neurological deficits and we are treated so badly. I have been given the run around and lied to by her staff . They are impossible to even get your medicine refilled . Im a nurse myself and they lack compassion.

We had 3 appointments with this doctor and she was always late even though we had the first appt. The last one, even the staff was not thereThe door was locked so after 30 minutes, we left leaving a note on the door. They never called us and we are getting a new doctor.

My insurance approved me to go there and they dont answer the phone EVER! I guess they dont need any patients.

Dr. Rapoport is a wonderful amazing Neurologist. Dr. Rapoport changed my life.Josie is also amazing. Josie is caring and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rapoports Office to everyone. I have a been a patient for many years and I am so grateful to have Dr. Rapoport as my Neurologist.

3 weeks later and still no returned call. Very rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hell hole.

Giving them one star is too much for them. The most unprofessional and rude people i have ever met in my life. They do not care about their patients whatsoever. We have been waiting on a call back from these people for a week and a half now. No matter how many voice mails we leave or how many times we call it is ridiculous how unorganized and unprofessional they are. My grandpa is in very bad shape and event the doctor herself saw it as well yet she does not even care enough to check up on her patient or have the staff check in.

Love the Dr., but the staff is just so unprofessional and never get back to you!

I love the Dr.. she saved my life with these tension headaches, I went to the ER several times and they thought I was just seeking drugs .. but with the test she ran and she actually listened to my symptoms and has now cured me I see her once a month and I honestly don’t know what these other patients are talking about ..Thank you Dr. and Staff I truly appreciate you...

Dr. Rapoport is a wonderful doctor but her staff is in incompetent and rude. I have never had such a bad experience at a doctors office! I recommend if you choose this facility to do not expect anything to get done unless youre on top of it because they dont care...

I would have given dr. Rappaport five stars because I cant say enough about her. Shes first class kind compassionate and a great doctor. But I couldnt give her that 5th Star because of her office staff. Ive unfortunately had many issues with them. I wont dwell on the bed but you cant do better than dr. When it comes to both medical care and concern for my well-being, Dr. Rapoport is an angel of a doctor. She has been instrumental in getting me the medication I need to help my migraines as well as an advocate for dealing with short and long term disability issues. I honestly cant say how important she is to me because the English language doesnt have the vocabulary for it. If you want a doctor who will do everything she can to get you the care you need... Dr. Rapoport is the one to see.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EPILEPTIC PATIENTS. They will cancel your outside appointments with other doctors and not tell you, their staff HAS NO IDEA what they are doing and Dr Zhanna Rapoport is the RUDEST and most HEARTLESS doctor I have ever heard of. Yelling at an epileptic patient for not bringing documents they were never asked to bring? And then cancelling appointments with specialists forcing you to go through all the motions again and the WAITING to make another appointment. Never make an appointment here, you will regret it and receive INCOMPETENT and the most INPROPER care from any doctors office on the west coast.

Dr. Rapoport is kind and caring. She listens and takes time to answer questions and to explain diagnoses and treatment. I feel truly blessed that I am in her care. She is a credit to her profession. Her office manager, Josie has bent over backwards to help us through challenging times and accommodate our many needs. UPDATE: Now, a few months down the road, despite being referred to a specialist, Dr. Rapoport and her staff have continued to support us in every way, usually helping us negotiate the administrative/bureaucratic nightmare, and always with a smile and always looking out for me.

Dr. Rappaport gets five stars. She is compassionate and patient and understanding. Her staff however gets zero stars. They are inefficient and don’t follow through with drug authorizations. Numerous phone calls are necessary to get anything done. It’s very frustrating

Dr. Rapoport herserself is the best, literally writes everything you tell her down and explains to you what type of procedures you will have to undergo. HOWEVER, her staff is a complete mess. You can call her office and most likely your call will never get answered. Very unprofessional mannerisms.

Dr. Rapoport is wonderful! Her demeanor (warm, kind, sympathetic, personal, empathetic, brilliant!) puts me @ ease EVERYtime I see her. Ive never had to wait long, her office is clean & her staff is HARD working, efficient & nice, as well. I feel lucky to have been referred to Dr. Rapoport!

Came here minutes before my appointment, just prior to 2:30. The door was locked and a staff member came out and and stated that the great lunch until 2:30 as the sign says, so we waited.. and waited and waited. Finally its about 2:40 and we start knocking and staff member josey and Vanessa answer and state that the sign is wrong and is based on when they actually went to lunch. I get that but your clients waiting outside dont. It would be highly advisable to simply put the words approximately or approx prior to their lunch times so clients get that wait is in no absolute amount of time. Making matters worse is that on the door there was sign stating that theyre out of parking validations meaning that the long we wait outside the door for their lunch break, the more you pay.Dr. Rapaport is incredibly rude and short tempered. I wanted my mother who was out of the country on a conference call during the appointment, however she refused. Instead, she stated that does not do double consultation. While Dr. Rapoport, herself is a very knowledgeable and capable neurologist, her staff cannot seem to run a professional service to reflect it.Her office became notorious among my pharmacys employees for not responding to a number of requests for Prior Authorizations. For more than one medication, and on separate occurrences expanding over a year, I had to revisit the pharmacy to request that they both call and fax their request (again). For each medication... it took over four times/visits to see if Josie had responded so that my medication could be refilled! Even when speaking directly to Josie, she continuously failed to follow through.This last time, I called my insurance to request an investigation as to why they had not received a Prior Authorization from Dr. Rapoports office. After listening to my experiences, and the potential heath risks that this negligence creates - my insurance recommended that I file a grievance against her staff, namely Josie, for her irresponsible performances. Dr. Rapoports offices response, we recently received your grievance and you have been discharged from our office - Josie.This experience is one to take to heart. I now truly believe in the advice that the only advocate you can trust for your health... is yourself. As a survivor of a ruptured brain aneurysm, four craniotomies, and now living with epilepsy... this is one of the most defeated feelings to experience. One shouldnt be punished for expressing their concerns.I wished to continue with Dr. Rapoport, even after the initial discrepancies with her office, as she is a talented and well educated professional. Sadly, her office is unable to reflect this. They are callous and have lost their passion for health care.Please read more of reviews here on Yelp. Dr z rapoport is one of a kind .if you get a message saying that you will get a callback , hang up and call the phone number at , center dr hungton beach calf . if message says call back do it becoies there is someone using her good reputation as part of there group and if number you call in H B mentions a group its not the right Dr. rapoport hang up call during hours . I have also had group calming dr rapoport .if you need to be seen within 5 minuets .of your appointment and I know we are all in pain . and so are others with appointments but to me its more impointant to have time for dr to get ancers and help as needed , but you wont leave saying I felt rush. when you have someone that you fill listen to you . dr rapoport is worth the wait
