It has been a smooth and informative experience changing health insurance plans for our company with Covered California for Small Businesses. Larry R. and Rachel P. were both so knowledgeable and professional when it came to assisting our company’s enrollment. They never hesitated to assist even though we are located in Riverside County. They accommodated us by setting up zoom calls to better communicate and were very quick to respond via email. We are very excited about the new relationship our company has established with Covered California for Small Businesses, Larry R. and Rachel P.

This is my second time using Covered CA… what an absolute lifesaver. Brenda was very knowledgeable and patiently ran all the different ways we could save money on policies. My new plan is almost $200 less than what I had and very little else has changed. They can help with Medicare as well. Do make an appointment to go in for a chat… you will not be wasting your time. I just got home from this location. When I entered, I was immediately greeting by Ruben (Security guard). He was so warm and friendly. I felt like I had known him for a while as he is extremely easy to talk to. I didnt wait at all. I was immediately seated with Yesenia (insurance agent). She was also amazing! I know nothing about insurance and she took me through what everything was. The whole process took less than 20 minutes so very fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend going here :)

First off, I walked in and was immediately greeted by the security guard, really nice guy. My mom and I were very pleases with Yesenia. She helped my mother with her insurance and gave me some quotes on life insurance. definetly recommend it, anything you need go to the expert Yesenia. She will make everything a painless process.
